I consulted the above details, but I couldn't get it, and I had to cry and sleep.

I was staying here few times, because these apartments offer you everything you need. Location is close to everything. Studio is very comfy and large. Just maybe I will put more lights in the room.

Everything is new and tidy. The location is perfect. Close to the bus station and convenient to go elsewhere. Only the washroom is not bundled with the shower tub and not expecting the whole floor to get wet once finishing the bath.

The best apartment I've ever lived in Spain, the location is very convenient and close to everything, the check-in process is very professional, it's very comfortable to live in, it feels great to have a balcony, the sound insulation is also good, the only drawback is that the cleaning service is not included for three nights, there will be a lot of garbage, it would be better if the cleaning service could be included!

We reserved the loft and we had high expectation with the accommodation given that the photos and reviews were great. In reality, everything was great as expected including cleanliness, location and amenities. It is very close to Malaga Cathedral, and the room environment is decently refurbished. 

However, the service is not up to standard. 

First of all, we arrived early and requested for an early check-in. However, the request cannot be fulfilled. 

Second, there was no luggage storage within the facility and we had no choice but to spend extra money for nearby lockers. 

Third, the check-in service is all set up and processed via online check-in form and WhatsApp. The contact persons are not helpful as our requests were not fulfilled. No early check-in, no luggage storage and no real-person concierge. 

Also, the Wi-Fi password is too complicated and the room access requires the hotel Wi-Fi connection. The mobile connection is weak for the area.

Overall, the accommodation was great, but the guest service has a big room of improvement.

避雷 Usually, I leave positive reviews for hotels, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience staying at Be Mate CityLife in Milan. 

From the moment we entered the apartment, there was a strong unpleasant smell, similar to mould, coming from the bedrooms. The odor was noticeable throughout the stay and made the apartment very uncomfortable. Even the housekeeping team acknowledged the smell. However, on the day of check-out, the hotel denied all feedback regarding the issue. We reported the matter immediately to both the hotel and Trip.com. 

More seriously, I injured myself on the bathroom door handle within just a couple of hours of arriving, due to sharp handle and the narrow passage space. Instead of showing genuine concern or taking responsibility, the hotel’s response was extremely disappointing. They stated that the door was “designed in a way that it can swing back and forth” and suggested that the incident was due to not knowing “how to properly use it.” In fact, I had not even touched the door when the injury occurred. I found this response inappropriate and dismissive toward a guest who was injured on their property.

On the other hand, Trip.com handled the situation professionally and showed genuine human care throughout the process, which I sincerely appreciated. Unfortunately, due to the hygiene issue, unpleasant smell, and the hotel’s attitude toward customer safety and feedback, I would not recommend staying here.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Lanza Station (only 4 stops away from Milano Centrale).
Access to the hotel is very convenient with a passcode system. The surrounding area feels safe, not isolated, and there’s no need to worry about safety.
The room is modern, new, and very clean, with all the amenities you need. The bedroom, bathroom, and shower area are well separated, offering great functionality and comfort.
There is also plenty of living space, along with full kitchen facilities including a microwave, kettle, electric stove, and cooking equipment—you can easily prepare proper meals here.
The staff are friendly and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations.
A great option for couples or groups of friends.
