The hotel boasts an amazing location, surrounded by abundant dining options and shopping malls. You can even have your Taobao parcels delivered there and pick them up from the Concierge.

The front desk staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. The robot room service is a convenient touch. Plus, there's a popular bakery in the adjacent mall, just a 20-step walk from the hotel's main entrance.

The location is super convenient, right near a subway station, which is great. The hygiene is good, very clean and tidy. The front desk service was also nice. The only downside I felt was the elevator; there's only one, and it's quite slow. Even with separate elevators for odd and even floors, they were still a bit slow.

Staying at the Greeland Hotel during my trip to Guangzhou was a fantastic experience. The location is superb, within walking distance to Beijing Road and Dafo Temple. What's even better is the free luggage storage after check-out, which saved me from dragging heavy suitcases around while exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, featuring voice-controlled lighting and curtains, and a fresh air system that kept the air crisp. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with quality toiletries. The front desk service (030) was gentle and efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, with many attractions nearby, and not far from Chen Clan Ancestral Hall and Yuexiu Park. The transportation is quite convenient.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk service was excellent. This Eazied Hotel is basically my first choice every time I come to Guangzhou for a business trip! I originally planned to stay for two days this time, but I didn't realize it was Friday and Saturday. When I wanted to extend my stay, there were no rooms available, and the price had increased significantly, so I had to move to the hotel next door. A bit disappointing!

Visiting Guangzhou's Tianhe district, I stayed at the ECHARM Hotel Zhengjia Plaza & Tiyu Xilu Subway Station branch. The location is truly a major advantage, with convenient subway access and walking distance to Zhengjia Plaza for easy shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, not cramped, and the sleeping environment was quiet. The hotel service was quite attentive; communication was smooth when issues arose, and problems were handled promptly. The facilities were well-maintained, meeting all daily living needs. For this price point in the city center, the overall experience was excellent. I recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou for shopping and sightseeing.

The location is great, right across from Yongqingfang! There's a pharmacy, noodle shop, and fruit store right outside, which is super convenient!

The service was excellent, very warm, attentive, and they even provided a local travel guide!

The room size was decent, and the bedding was comfortable. There's a common area on the first floor with free coffee and tea.

The restaurant on the 4th floor is quiet and comfortable, offering milk, soy milk, coffee, Chinese noodle soup, Western salads, and bread – quite good :)

Great value for money! It's not too far from Xiaobei subway station, about a ten-minute walk, and there's a large parking lot right outside, which is really convenient. For just over 200, it's a steal in the city. Plus, they have a laundry room.

Pros: Although the building is a bit old, the renovation and design are excellent. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom is particularly well-designed and practical. The whole room features smart controls, and cleanliness is good, with prompt service. The location is superb, making subway travel convenient. You can explore Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, Yongqing Fang, Shamian Island, and the riverside area in Liwan District all on foot. There are also many great food options nearby, allowing for a deep dive into Xiguan culture.

Cons: There's only one elevator, leading to long waiting times and crowding during peak hours. The hallway air freshener scent was a bit overpowering. The restaurant is small, and there were no seats available during peak times.

Overall, it offers good value for money!

The Xiaodu voice assistant was very responsive. The room was spotless and elegantly decorated. The environment was pleasant, with complete facilities including laundry and a gym. The location was excellent, close to attractions and the subway station. Complimentary coffee and tea were available in the lobby, and the afternoon tea desserts were delicious.

This is pretty much the closest hotel to Luohu Port. It's only about a 5-minute walk to the border crossing. Its main advantage is indeed its excellent location. The cleanliness is decent, but there are a lot of guests, and the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty average.

I'm a returning customer, and as soon as I heard they reopened, I knew I had to come back. The environment is great. Even though my room was on the sixth floor facing Shenzhen East Station, the noise wasn't an issue at all; the soundproofing is excellent. Across the road is Buji Old Street, making it super convenient to find food. The transportation is also very accessible. As for the facilities, there are plenty of outlets in the room for easy charging, and the shower has strong water pressure and stable hot water. Regarding service, I especially want to thank the cleaning staff on the fourth floor. She helped me with the washing machine operations and even noticed that the washing machine seemed to have a problem with water intake after I left, and helped me switch machines and re-wash my clothes.

The room was clean and tidy, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the environment was especially comfortable. The facilities were quite complete, with a gym and laundry room available. The breakfast was pretty good, and there were plenty of entertainment options. The front desk lady provided excellent service. It was a very satisfying trip, and the coffee was delicious!
