Comfortable room, outdoor hot spring, booked dinner and breakfast are super rich. Special thanks are the warm service and selfless help of the hotel waiter! Because I took my daughter to see the fireworks meeting, I didn't wear a bathrobe, so I asked the hotel waiter for help. Originally hopeless last help, but got a positive and enthusiastic response and help: a hotel work grandmother to help my daughter wear, like a granddaughter as enthusiastic, dressed and a big Kwakawai; A foreign lady named Suzumi (maybe Indian?) helped translate, and she helped to find a way and communicate before and after, until we completed this successful trip. Traditional Japanese hotel, the room is very large, the bath is going to the public bathroom, end at 12 o'clock in the evening, there is tea in the room, there are small snacks, the hotel is a bit old, but it is still good, compared to the Japanese city hotel, it is very comfortable, check out in the morning 9:30/10:00/10:30 There is a car to the subway station to help with luggage. A great ryokan, staying in Yuwahara for the first time, including breakfast and dinner, good Japanese food, hot spring ♨️ is also great, and friends who pass by also love it.

A great hotel. Due to the late departure from the plane, we landed from 3pm to 8pm in Narita. The waiter at the door rushed to help pick up our luggage and said that we were overtime, but there was really no way, so far! In fact, from Narita to this 177 kilometers, it is best to take the sky accest to Shinagawa, and then change to Ito from Odawara to Yugawara. There is a bus from the station to the hotel entrance, which can be reached in 18 minutes. The hot springs are super cool, breakfast and dinner are beyond expectation, in short it is too comfortable.

We arrived at hotel to find that our room did not have beds. I requested a room with beds, since I am unable to sleep on floor due to my illness of Ménière’s disease. I literally requested a room with beds. Unfortunately they said they were fully booked and could not make changes. We had a big family reunion and my cousin was kind enough to offer his room to us. Also, during checkout they gave us a bill with room charges, karaoke and drink fees. We thought that the room was already charged and that we only had to pay for drinks and karaoke. Eventually, it was settled after 30 minutes. They need to be more organized.

Absolutely loved this ryokan! Even though the room only had a toilet and bathing was in the communal bath, it wasn't crowded at all since we visited on a weekday in January. The hot spring was incredibly comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional, not just some afterthought! They were proper Japanese-style meals. For the price, it was an absolute steal! The only downside is that the location is a bit far out, and since we didn't have a car, taking the bus was a bit inconvenient. However, the 30-minute walk to Hirano in the morning to watch the sunrise was absolutely stunning~ Highly recommended!

A traditional Japanese hotel, the package includes one night and two meals. The food and portion sizes are very thoughtful, the room is quite large, and although a little old, it is still well maintained. The hot spring is a highlight and worth soaking in. Although the hotel is named Toshogu, it is still some distance away from Toshogu, so you must pay special attention to this. ￼
