Hotel environment is very good, sanitary conditions are good, very clean. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are perfect. The breakfast is good, the food is rich, the fruit is a lot, and it is very fresh.

To be honest, I am not satisfied with this hotel. I checked in at 9 am. The hotel said that there was a room, but I had to pay half a day's room rate because the normal check-in time was after 3 pm. I have to say that although the regulations are like this, it is the first time I have encountered a hotel that operates like this. After checking in, I found that the building opposite the room was under construction. Needless to say, the noise was very close. The key is that the distance between the buildings was very close, and the curtains could not be opened. Then we were going to go out to buy some bottled water. We went downstairs to ask the doorman which direction the nearest supermarket to buy water was. As a result, the doorman said that the nearest supermarket would take 15 minutes to walk. I will help you get a taxi. According to my own life experience, I didn't listen to him and went out to look for it myself. It turned out that it was only 100 meters away. Speechless 😓. In addition, there are few varieties of breakfast. Except for more fruits, there is nothing good. Regarding the location of the room, I later went to the front desk to adjust the room. The front desk said that changing to the other side would also face the construction site, so I had to give up. The only thing worth praising is that the check-out on the last day was that the front desk readily agreed to delay it to 2 pm, which was good.

Check-in delayed and bad, they didn't find confirmation of Tripp's reservation and I asked for the reservation in the app of Trip apartment adapted to my 83-year-old aunt with comorbidities, I had no request, we had to show the voucher several times, Only after I found the receipt in the application is that they confirmed!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with a very comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The daily housekeeping was impeccable, and small details like complimentary water and fresh toiletries made the stay even better. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also enjoyed the hotel’s central location, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. The lobby and common areas were modern, stylish, and very inviting.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel and Residences Seoul Yongsan. The hotel is conveniently located near the Novotel Ambassador Hotel, which is connected by a linkbridge to Yongsan Station. Yongsan Station is a hub of activity with both shopping and a train station, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore the city.

Right in front of the hotel, there's an IT mall and a convenience store, adding to the convenience factor. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment came with all the amenities, including a washing machine, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Overall, the location, amenities, and connectivity make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Seoul. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Check in was ok, could be better. I extended, but then the front office found hard time to find my bookings on their system. Room is quite big, but need more light so could be brighter. Amenities is complete. They got 4 lifts, but still quite slow and sometimes trouble. Location is not the greatest, traffic is bad in that area.

The location is good, in Sukhumvit Soi 19, about a five-minute walk from BTS ASOK station. There are several massage shops, two 711s, and several restaurants on the way.
There are many restaurants in the Terminal 21 shopping mall at the intersection.
The room is super big, 80 square meters, with two bathrooms and a balcony. The facilities are a little old but very clean, and the daily cleaning service is also good. All the employees I met, from the parking lot at the door, to the front desk receptionist to the cleaners, are very friendly.
Pet-friendly, I met some people walking their dogs in the morning.
Smoking-friendly, because there is a balcony, you can smoke on the balcony.
The price is pretty good, I plan to stay there for another week in July. But the room price seems to be a little higher than this time, it would be better if it could be lower.
A little flaw, the ditch at the door smells too strong, maybe this is normal in Bangkok
