A Touching Moment

The housekeepers, Ms. Wu Huanqin and Ms. Zhao Huanfeng, noticed we had a baby crib in our room and a pile of laundry in the bathroom. They proactively provided us with clothes hangers and replenished our drinking water. When we returned to our room, we saw the items on the table and a note they left. It was truly a heartwarming moment; these two ladies anticipated our needs and took the initiative to fulfill them. We are incredibly grateful! We experienced the hotel's excellent culture and the high-quality character and service of its staff. We will definitely be returning to enjoy our stay again.

I chose to stay here for four nights because it's not far from the hospital. First, let's talk about the front desk staff. Their attitude was generally quite poor. On the first day, after checking in, I found some black stains on the bedsheets. I went to the front desk, and after watching the video, they said it wasn't a foreign object. When I asked to change rooms, the staff showed no apology, but they did eventually switch me to another room. I sincerely recommend training the staff or replacing the whole team.
The room was about 30 square meters. The TV had no internet access. The bathroom had a strange smell, and the exhaust fan was useless. The bedside outlets weren't wall-mounted; instead, there was a universal socket on one side. The room had no smart features at all. The shower stall was so small you couldn't even turn around, and the overhead shower head wobbled precariously once the water was turned on, feeling like it could fall off at any moment. However, the housekeeping auntie was very kind! The location is indeed quite convenient, very close to both the subway and bus stations.

Upon arriving at the hotel by taxi, a polite and efficient bellhop swiftly opened the car door, greeted me, and helped with my luggage. With clear hand gestures, he guided me to the front desk for check-in. The lobby was grand and luxurious. To the right of the front desk, there was complimentary welcome tea, and to the left, free services. DAVES, who was incredibly friendly and smiling, checked my booking details and quickly processed my check-in. He even added me on WeChat! My room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with new facilities. During my stay, I often messaged DAVES on WeChat to ask about local snack recommendations, tourist attractions, and transportation routes. He was always patient and quick to help me plan and navigate. This is definitely my top choice hotel when visiting Beijing!

The room is very spacious, and the bathroom area is quite large, perfect for a family. There's plenty of room for dining and playing together. The height of the chairs and tables is a bit mismatched; you sink in quite a bit when you sit down. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Plus, there's a private indoor hot spring in the room, which is free and quite nice. The hotel breakfast is pretty average, with the variety and taste on par with a 3-star hotel in the city center. The hot spring is connected to the hotel, and you can re-enter until noon the next day by registering your room number. However, you do need to exchange your entry wristband.

After staying here, I realized I liked this hotel more than just a little bit! Haha! The kids loved the little cats roaming around the hotel grounds, and my husband and I really appreciated the comfort and relaxation here. We strolled over to the wellness center, and the staff member, Li Shujuan, was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively showed us around and explained everything. 👍 The only slight regret was that it rained that evening 🌧, and the restaurant only offered a buffet, with no à la carte service available. 

We visited Jinhai Lake Bibo Island on this trip. The next day, when the weather cleared up, it was about a 30-minute drive from the hotel to Bibo Island, and the scenery along the way was lovely. The hotel is next to the Beijing Jinhai Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center. Within a ten-minute walk from the hotel, there's a fish restaurant called Jinmaiyucun (Jinhai Lake Main Branch), which is great for fish.

This was my first stay at the Yalong Bay Metropark Villa Resort. The day before my arrival, our butler, Xiao Zhao, proactively contacted me via WeChat to confirm my itinerary and inquire about any special requests. The hotel is located next to Yalong Bay Golf Course, boasting a beautiful environment with rivers winding through lush greenery. Our room had one bedroom, one living room, and one bathroom with a bathtub and kitchen. The courtyard also featured a small separate room with a sofa, air conditioning, and a double bed, comfortably accommodating two people, along with a small tea room. The private pool in the courtyard was a hit with both adults and children. The room attendant, Wang Xiaoyan, brought us water and fresh towels several times a day – excellent service! We dined at the hotel restaurant, enjoying a set meal of coconut chicken and the buffet. Restaurant manager Xu Xiaoling personally greeted us, showing genuine care and even giving a gift to our child – truly thoughtful. Breakfast was served until 11 AM and the food was quite good. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the main road, from where it's about a ten-minute walk to the Yalong Bay public beach. The beach is beautiful, but the jet ski vendors there were quite aggressive, often using megaphones to tell tourists to leave, claiming that area was exclusively for their business and telling people to go play elsewhere.

This hotel is truly a bang for your buck! It was such a pleasant surprise to find a hotel in Sanya that's so affordable yet offers everything you need. The butler contacted me in advance, giving me all the necessary information, which was very reassuring. While the hotel itself is a little dated, the attentive service and comprehensive facilities more than make up for it. Ordering takeout was easy, and the hotel also offers reasonably priced meal sets. There's also a swimming pool you can use freely, and various other entertainment options. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of sections – you'll definitely eat well and heartily. Plus, there's even self-service laundry!

I stayed at the hotel on October 4th. The beauty Xiao Meng received warm reception and the service was very good. The two children also sent the milk made by the hotel. The engineering manager Hu enthusiastically helped us send our luggage to the room. The room was very good, very clean, sent a fruit, and the cleaning aunt was very enthusiastic. The breakfast was very rich. After checking out, I sent two small local gifts. Manager Hu personally sent the luggage to the car. Thank you very much. I will have the opportunity to live.

Front desk staff Xiao Yang provided excellent service. They arranged a high-floor room for me, which was very quiet and allowed me to rest well. I'm very satisfied.
