The location is relatively convenient, but it is very close to the airport. If you are flying the next day, it is a good choice. The hotel is very new, the room size is quite large, clean and cost-effective.

Self-check-in is very not suitable for Chinese people. Order generation cannot be changed. Remember that it cannot be changed. Can't be refunded or changed! Trip.com Customer service can't play any role. Because Trip.com is also looking for an agent to book a room. This order not only makes me lose money, but also makes me spend extra money! Rubbish

This hotel is clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, a refrigerator, a stove, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. The environment is pleasant and quiet, with a garden and a supermarket nearby.
Self-service check-in was a bit of a hassle initially, but the service was excellent.

Dear Team, 
I had asked for a room on the quiet side where I can open the window as a lung sick night.
This was not possible, 
Because it was so noisy about the car noise that I had to finish it quickly.
The air conditioning also did not bring air even though it was enabled and placed on “much air”.
I didn't sleep 1 minute.....
Otherwise I have nothing to challenge, all the other was top!

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room is very good. For the hotel-style apartment, the independent kitchen and spacious balcony are a lot more points than the average apartment. This hotel is very good except that there is no front desk and you need to contact online. It is a perfect experience!

The apartment is lovely , except the shower is easily blocked so it needs to be unblocked. And the customer service was not very nice when I asked if I could pls check out a bit later , even if I had to pay for it cause our bus was 7 hours later so it was a bit much. They simply said no. No discussion at all. So yeah overall it’s a beautiful apartment and easy to get around. Just wished for more flexibility from the team.

Loved the place. It was very organized and all instructions are given beforehand. Didn’t struggle. Rooms were spacious as well. Loved the complimentary candy and lime soda.

Excellent hotel, good location, convenient room, there are dishes, dishes, dining appliances. You can cook breakfast. There is no restaurant hotel. This is the only minus. But around is full of cafes, work from 9 a.m., huge choice of everything and coffee including. Next to the supermarket, buy whatever you want.

The single room is small but functional, with everything necessary for a short stay. Perfect location, even a beautiful view from the balcony.

Everything is ready to stay there - good rooms, kitchen with everything (free coffee and tea, also they leave tablets for washing machine 😍).
In 15 minutes for the center and bus stop to the airport.
A lot of shops and bars around this place.

Located near the palace, Plaza de España and Plaza Mayor, the newly renovated building, spacious and clean rooms, thoughtful indoor appliances and equipment placement, bright high-rise floor-to-ceiling windows and small balconies, efficient and orderly operation management, extremely satisfying two-night stay. But this is an unmanned room system similar to AirBnb. After booking, you need to receive emails from the management company, pre-check in online, and you can receive the lock password directly from the management company on the day of check-in. I don't know why Trip.com has no centrally coordinated arrangement at all. After contacting the owner's phone number in English the day before the trip, I learned the above process. When registering online, Trip.com's 9-digit hotel confirmation number does not match the 10-11 code requirements. I can't log in. I have to contact multiple times to solve it. You cannot check in early or leave your luggage on the same day, wait until 3 pm, but everything goes well after that.

The hotel is very comfortable and the room is very comfortable.

Excellent apartment! The parking garage is conveniently located right underneath. It's very close to the city center. The apartment is well-sealed and soundproof, with air conditioning, and you can even cook noodles. Seriously good. Just a heads-up for European hotels: remember to wash your dishes when you leave, just like you would at home. Let's show everyone our good etiquette!

the hotel was only a 1 min walk away from wien meidling station and a mall with supermarket and fast food options right opposite. the room had a high ceiling which i love, amenities seemed clean and well-maintained, the room looked and felt very new! only issue is that the water drainage could be better in the shower as the water tend to leak out to the sink area, but overall a great stay (:

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in in Europe. The room was very large, spacious, bright, and well-soundproofed, quiet and clean. Although it was a smart check-in system, communicating with them by phone was very convenient, and they were very helpful. I initially stayed in a room close to the entrance, so the sound of the door closing was a bit disturbing my sleep. Therefore, I called them to ask them to change my room, and they helped me find a very quiet one, which I was very happy with!

The rooms are a good size. The kitchenette is very well equipped even comes with oil, salt and pepper which AJ very helpful rather than having to buy oil if you are on a short trip. The washing machines and dryer are well-maintained. Location is near a u-bahn and there are a few restaurants near by which is useful. 
Would be even more useful if a broom or a small vacuum cleaner could be provided. Take note that there’s a very small flight of stairs before reaching the lift so for those with accessibility requirements this needs to be considered.

Very satisfied with this hotel, the environment is very large and clean, and the equipment is new.
We stayed with two people and there was plenty of space despite the large luggage!
