This is an apartment hotel, and different companies manage rooms in this building. Towels are changed every two days, and the room is cleaned every four days. Since I was traveling solo, the towel change schedule didn't bother me. The fridge and microwave in the room were fantastic! You'll need to bring your own toothbrush. Although it's a high-rise, the elevators are super fast, so even during peak hours, you won't wait long. It's very close to the central station, making subway access convenient. The rooftop infinity pool offers a beautiful night view, but I wouldn't recommend swimming in it. Overall, it's very quiet at night and quite comfortable for a stay.

Great place to stay! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The facilities were good, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby.
One thing to note is that parking is not included with the accommodation. However, there is a private outdoor parking area available, and it only costs RM5 per day which is very affordable.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

We stayed here for 5 nights with our children. The room itself was comfortable, and the beds, furniture, and washing machine were all in very good condition. The washing machine worked perfectly, which was especially helpful for a family with kids.
However, there were some issues that affected our stay. We found many cockroaches, lizards, and other insects in the room, which was very disappointing. The room was also not cleaned regularly, and we often had to wait a long time before housekeeping came.
The kitchen was functional, but the cooking area was quite small, and the cooking pots and pans provided were too small for preparing family meals.
Overall, the room has good facilities and comfortable furniture, but the cleanliness, pest control, and housekeeping service need significant improvement. If these issues are addressed, it could be a much better place for families.

Everything was great. This isn't our first time staying here. We choose these apartments specifically because the price and quality are excellent. The location is convenient – right in the city center, just 5 minutes to the towers. There's a beautiful city view from the panoramic windows. Disposable slippers and toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap, shower gel, shampoo, soap) are provided. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, if necessary, plus dishes and cutlery. It's very convenient to have a washing machine with detergent and a clothes dryer (this might not be in all apartments, but it's definitely in the Premier ones). There's a beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views, but the water is cold. On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop and a convenience store.

This year, I chose Swiss-Garden in Kuala Lumpur again because I stayed in this complex last year and found it to be very safe and comfortable. The complex also has a swimming pool and a gym. The pool water is very clean, and the view is excellent – you can swim while looking at the second-tallest tower in the world. Food options nearby are also convenient. The Zhu Guang Yu Hot Pot restaurant at the intersection used to be famous in China.

An easy checked in and out procedure by the concierge. The suite was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view from balcony. It was equipped with a TV, fridge, kettle, microwave, three air conditioners, washing machine, dryer, detergent and toiletries. The parking lot was guarded. It was very convenient as Bila-Bila Mart and HWC cafeteria downstairs. Walking distance to Foodie @ Kuchai, durian store, chapel, shop lots and Econsave. Therefore, I strongly recommend this suite to all travellers at Kuala Lumpur!

service ok, fast response, the room also clean 8/10, easy check in, even we arrived late, but the room a bit smelled like a someone been smoking there(something like that), overall everything’s ok also fast refund for deposit which is 1day after checkout👍🏻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ M Vertica Premier Suites Kuala Lumpur
We had an amazing stay at M Vertica Premier Suites as a family of four (2 adults and 2 older kids). The three-bedroom suite was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. It provided more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall environment felt like a home away from home.
The facilities were outstanding, especially the swimming pool, which our kids absolutely loved. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, we were extremely impressed and truly enjoyed every moment here. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, space, and great value in Kuala Lumpur!

Location is fantastic 
A simple short walk to many places around Bukit Bintang, like Pavilion KL, Alor Food Street, Berjaya Times Square, etc…

But driving in and out of the property can be quite a challenge, as it is surrounded by small lanes and traffic can be quite bad during peak hours. 

The property is somewhat like a condo hotel type.
You don’t get housekeeping every day.
And you gotta throw your own rubbish at the dump room yourself.

You don’t get some amenities as with a normal hotel. 
No bottled drinking water, no table cloth or face towels, and no tissue box as well.

Don’t remember seeing any safe in the room too.

Staff were friendly and helpful (to some extent), but the user-experience is something new to me. 
The check-in is self-service and any missing items will be charged to the guest.

Requests for additional towels or late check-out are all chargeable, no exceptions can be expected. 

Price is ok, considering being in the city center, it is a lot cheaper than the better hotels. 

I will explore other accommodations for my future visits before deciding if I would stay here again.

Underestimated how beautiful the view is!! Pictures does not do any justice! They have an outdoor pool and gym which was also really cool. Location is great as there are many shops nearby- some open 24/7. They gave us 1 set of keycards which made things a bit difficult as you need these cards to activate lift/outdoor area which also means if your going with friends- everyone must be going to the same places together example: pool together or gym ext since elevators can only be accessed with those keycards. The room was lovely! Big,  spacious and mainly clean! They gave plenty of towels, toothbrush, slippers. Room came with a fridge, microwave plates ext! Highly recommend for groups of friends or family members!

My stay here was excellent. The hotel's overall environment was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and dine nearby.

The staff's service attitude was great, and the overall check-in process was smooth. The room's cleanliness and comfort were satisfying. This is definitely a hotel worth recommending.

I will certainly consider staying here again if I have the chance in the future! ✨

I am very disappointed that the pillowcase smells bad—it seems unwashed. I couldn't sleep until midnight because my neck and back are very itchy.The most important thing for us when we travel is to get enough sleep. We hope relevant authorities will pay attention to this issue and provide assistance.

This property located at a good location in genting permai where surrounded with many facilities such as KK mart, 7eleven, food stall, starbucks, patrol station. The aparment amenities is quite good where has a roof top swimming pool. Indoor ping pong room & gym. About the properties experiences, the property is well clean, nice interior design however i just a bit dissatisfied on the air cond under master room where it was autamatically stop after 10-15 minutes operated with it was default on the timer even try top reset it but it still happen. The aircond also is not really cool. Maybe the maple technician must look into this as priority. This also for the ceiling Fan inside the master room only can go for speed number 4. Other than that is not functioning . All the rest for me is good. This time visit i give 3 star out of 5. TQ

Easy self check-in and fast replies from the host. The place had everything we needed, Netflix was a nice bonus and having a Speedmart & a mall nearby was super convenient.

We had a small issue with the iron, but the host responded quickly and sent a staff member over. They even came earlier than their usual working hours, which we really appreciated. Thanks for the quick response and great service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

One of the worst places I’ve stayed. The unit was different from the booking photos, the fan had no remote and was extremely slow, Netflix couldn’t be used even with my own account, and the curtains did little to block sunlight. I also received no response when I asked for assistance. I’ve stayed at Maple Home in Melaka before and had a much better experience, but this location was disappointing. 2 stars.

Simple and convenient, you can check in anytime.

Strategically located near I-City Theme Park and the mall. The room was clean and well-equipped, but for Muslim guests, a Qibla direction should be provided. A washing machine and detergent were available, but we didn't know where to hang our clothes 💁🏼‍♀️. For future rooms, please make sure to have a 'no smoking' sign so that other guests feel comfortable upon entry.
