Got a complimentary upgrade to a newly renovated room, which was fantastic. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. It's been years since I've been to Hong Kong, and it brought back so many memories! I was lucky enough to catch the Leslie Cheung memorial exhibition, which was just a few minutes' walk away. I'd definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip.

The room had several Hong Kong power outlets (a strip inside the desk, you have to open the cover to access it). There were also Type-C and USB charging ports by the bed, which was very convenient. We were upgraded to a family room with one large bed and one smaller bed, which seemed to be 1.5 meters wide – not small at all. Toothbrushes, combs, and water were not provided in the room, but could be purchased downstairs. The location is excellent; there's a bus stop across the street with direct service to Tsim Sha Tsui, and Mong Kok East Station and Moko Mall are nearby. Mong Kok commercial district is less than a 10-minute walk away.

Traveling from Xiamen to Hong Kong, it seems that due to environmental protection policies, hotels in Hong Kong no longer provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. This hotel is conveniently located next to Prince Edward MTR Station, making transportation easy. There are also many shops nearby, which is great for shopping. The room was larger than expected; we, a family of three, chose a king-sized bed (1.8m), and the movable sofa could be used as a barrier next to it. Overall, it was quiet, but when actually sleeping, the air conditioner seemed a bit loud – something that could be improved. There were earplugs in the room, but I wasn't sure if they were complimentary since it wasn't specified, so I didn't use them. A universal adapter was provided. It would be even better if disposable slippers were offered for children. Check-in is after 3 PM; before that, you can only store your luggage. It would be nice if early check-in or a later check-out around 2 or 3 PM were possible. The hotel staff were very friendly and patient, and could communicate in Mandarin. Finally, I recommend a dim sum place near the hotel called 'Hot Spot Dim Sum' (热点点心); the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious.

The hotel room was about 45 square meters. I checked in last night for one night, and the front desk staff arranged a really good room for me, which was a great experience. The hotel is located in the Dongmen community of Luohu District, making transportation convenient. The hotel lobby also offers complimentary self-service tea. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I visit Shenzhen.

The room wasn't huge, but it was incredibly clean, and the service was excellent. Anything we needed for the room was brought to us right away. The front desk lady, in particular, was super nice! We had booked a twin room online, and when they said it wasn't available, I asked what we should do. She immediately said, ”No worries, we'll sort it out,” and upgraded us to a sea-view twin room. The hotel's location is also fantastic – very quiet, yet right next to Jiaochangwei's bustling B&B commercial area, which makes dining out very convenient.

Traveling with a baby is the most afraid of living, this hotel makes our whole family very satisfied! The room is spacious and clean, the floor height is super high, the front desk Xiao Huang Xiaohe is very friendly to the children, and the floor attendant is also very patient. The child does not want to go, you can also choose snacks and drinks when you check in. After you have finished the process, you can already see the drinks and snacks that are arranged well. The fatigue of the journey is swept away! 🍹 Really will be moved by this just right intimate. At this price, you can enjoy such a service, the price is full, the sincerity is full, and the five-star recommendation! The old mother can finally rest at ease. Parent-child travel is highly recommended!

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.

The hotel is good, but the location is a bit remote. There are few snack shops around, which is very inconvenient if you don't drive. Such a big hotel is unwilling to give an extra bottle of water. It makes me feel bad when I go out to play. Speechless...
