Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that the hotel's upper floors were undergoing renovations, and to let them know if we encountered any issues. Our 4-day stay was pretty good. We were on the 15th floor, and when we left around 10 AM, we barely heard any noise from the room. The room itself was decent, spacious enough to fully open two 28-inch suitcases. The hotel's location is also very convenient; you can get here from the airport by taking bus A21/A22 or the MTR. It's about a 10-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station to the hotel. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options like Lin Heung Tea House, Yung Kee Roast Goose, Chung So Dessert, Wa So Cafe, an egg tart shop, and Haidilao. For shopping, there's Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Don Quijote, 7-11, and Wellcome Supermarket. The street right outside the hotel is Kimberley Road, and our driver told us this area is Hong Kong's 'Korean Street,' so you'll find lots of Korean restaurants around! The staff in the lobby were helpful, and the service was good. The hotel is conveniently located for taxis, and there's a convenience store and a Hong Kong-style diner nearby, making it easy to get around and grab a bite anytime!

This time, the room was more spacious than the last one of the same type and not as noisy, being away from the main road. Both pillows were very tall and firm, so much so that I didn't use a pillow for all three nights. The soundproofing was average, but the location is super convenient for transport, dining, and groceries. It's just a short walk from the 'A21 Citybus' stop with the same name. No deposit was required for check-in. The room had towels, a fridge, a kettle, and a shower room that wasn't cramped. My washed clothes hung in the bathroom dried overnight. A universal adapter was provided, and the slippers weren't the super thin kind. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find places like Dan Wang, Tong Da Food Shop, Ten Ren's Tea, and even Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. Tai Ear Niu is also nearby, and if you walk straight down the road from Tai Ear Niu, you can reach the Argyle Centre bus stop to catch the A21 to the airport. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Hong Kong!

Service must give full marks! Every staff member is smiling, responsive and responsive. From Xiao Huang's patient explanation of check-in, to Xiao Cao's warm heart farewell when leaving the store, and Xiao Xie's gentleness when cleaning the room, the whole process is like a spring breeze. This is the service level that a five-star hotel should have, making people feel at home. I also didn't expect the hotel to quietly prepare drinks and snacks that can be made of my own choice, and I was instantly circled! This feeling of being paid attention to is very good, the details determine success or failure, and stay here next time!

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.

The room is really cheap and clean, but the room has a little smell, so the windows should be opened for ventilation. I am really happy that I can stay in such a cheap hotel at this price😲

My stay at Metropark Hotel Shenzhen was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location in Luohu's Dongmen area, directly accessible from Shaibu Metro Station, makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the old street and enjoying seafood. It offers a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area, which I really appreciated. I booked a one-bedroom suite, and it was wonderfully spacious and impeccably clean throughout. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Plus, it even came with a small kitchen, making it perfect for both short visits and longer independent stays. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The buffet breakfast had a wide array of Chinese and Western options, and the fitness center was a great bonus for relaxation. All in all, the value for money was exceptional. This will definitely be my first choice when visiting Shenzhen's Dongmen area again!

The hotel's location is fantastic, offering quick access to Jiaochangwei Beach. The environment is beautiful, facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are clean. I especially want to commend the hotel service. Our hotel concierge, Coconut, stayed in constant communication, reminding us to book our entry to Dapeng District in advance and providing parking advice. Since it was May Day and there were so many cars, she even arranged for a golf cart to pick us up and drop us off, which was excellent. The hotel also has many activities; I participated in the sound bath meditation, and thanks to the yoga instructor, it was very effective and helped me relax both body and mind. When checking out, the front desk attendant, Liang Hongwei, politely and patiently answered all of my child's questions. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
