The environment was very clean and spacious, with enough room to open our luggage. The toilet and shower were separate. Earlier, I went downstairs and a front desk staff member was there to help with a check-in issue. The room uses a key code lock, which feels very secure.

Room is small but sufficient for family with 2 adults and 2 teens. Bathroom is great. Clean. No room service. Vacuum cleaner is provided. 3 mins walk to kasai subway & bus station. Walking distance to few supermarkets, family marts, 7-11   lawson, ramen restaurant and etc  We choose this hotel as there is local bus direct to Disneyland. We reach hotel using airport bus from narita airport. Overall this hotel is convenient and great to stay.

This was my first time staying here. It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Kamata Station. They have everything you need, and I think it would be super convenient for longer stays. The room was also very clean, and I had a relaxing time. I'd definitely consider staying here again for future business trips.

The hotel's location is good, making it convenient for early morning flights. It's a fully self-service apartment-style hotel, meaning there's no front desk and no room service. Communication is only possible via a tablet at the front desk, using either English or Japanese. If your English isn't strong, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. To make matters worse, the tablet was constantly playing music, making it difficult to hear, so communication wasn't very smooth. Since it's an unstaffed hotel, there's no luggage storage service. We arrived around 2:40 PM, but the system insisted we wait until 3:00 PM to receive the room code (even though the room was already clean; we watched a temporary worker finishing up). So, I recommend not arriving early. I doubt I'll choose this place again.

The hotel's location is great, with convenient subway access. The room is also quite spacious; although it can accommodate four people, I think it's perfect for two. You won't end up bickering, unlike in some Tokyo hotels where rooms are so tiny you argue every day... 

There wasn't a proper noodle bowl among the cutlery, which made it a bit inconvenient for cooking instant noodles. 

There's a small fresh food supermarket nearby, along with Lawson and 7-Eleven, and even a drugstore, so it's quite convenient. 

I booked for four nights, and on the last night, the TV turned itself on around 2 AM! It scared the living daylights out of me 😱. I kept imagining things until morning – it was a bit creepy 😱😭😱😭

Couldn't figure out how to turn off the ventilation fan, maybe I just missed something, but other than that, it was really great. The location is good and relatively quiet. The room had everything you could possibly need. Even though it's mostly self-service, it was very convenient.

I really liked this place. The family area was just right, though opening suitcases was a bit tricky. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfect for four people. We booked a family room with two king-size beds but ended up getting two bunk beds instead. The hotel has all the amenities except for a fridge and drinking water. What I loved most was having cooking utensils, an electric stove, and a pot, but since we only stayed one night, we didn't get to use them. There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel. Buses pass by regularly, and it's only a 6-minute walk to Anamori-Inari Station. We connected from here to Terminal 3 at the airport, which was super convenient. Check-in wasn't as difficult as many reviews suggested; there were multiple languages to choose from, and filling out the information only took a little time.

Check in was self-service, there was no manned counter. As i couldnt check in yet, had to self-lock luggage to a rack. But the problem is, there may not be enough locker spots. I managed to lock my luggage, but the people after me may not be able to.
Very clean and cosy room though, with a bunk bed for the 3 of us, as well as an extra sink and table top to wash / place stuff. Room was big for Japan standard.
Not too many tourist attractions nearby, but there are convenient stores nearby.

Excellent hotel, quite spacious by Japanese standards. We stayed as a family of 3 (2 adults and a child). The only thing is you need to keep an eye on your child if they're small, as there are many windows that open easily. It's clean, and there's a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer, and a washing machine with a dryer, which is very convenient. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The only thing we couldn't figure out was where to put the trash. There's a supermarket and a 7-Eleven within walking distance. The stations are also nearby, and you can walk to Ueno Park, as well as in the opposite direction towards the tower. Check-in was easy; everything was clear from the first attempt.

The night view is great in the evening, and the room decor is very new and clean. There's a convenience store and supermarket very close by downstairs, and you can walk to Senso-ji Temple.

It was such a comfortable and practical stay, especially if you are travelling in a group or with family.

The Japanese-style layout was spacious and thoughtfully designed. The room had enough space to open luggage comfortably. The room came with practical amenities like a small kitchenette and washing machine.

The area is quieter compared to central Kyoto, which made nights peaceful.

💡 Self Check-in
It’s more of a serviced apartment style with self check-in, so don’t expect a traditional hotel lobby vibe — but everything was smooth and efficient.

● The interior space of the room is very large. It is very suitable for the two of us to stay. There are sofas and tables for eating and watching TV. There is also room for walking when the 29-inch suitcase is spread out.
● Check-in and Check-out are all self-service and very convenient to operate. The room does not provide mineral water and pajamas. There is a water dispenser on the first floor to prepare bottles.
● The room was not cleaned during the stay. If you live for more days, the trash can should not be stuffed enough.
● The location of the hotel is a five-minute walk from the tram station. Nearby 7-11, Lawson, the whole family have it, there are also large supermarkets, pharmacies, Matsumoto Qing, Dachuang, and other attractions can also take the tram or bus smoothly. The location is great.
● Compared with the room, the bathroom space is small, and only one person can stand at a time, but it is quite clean and the water pressure is very high and it is hot quickly.

Our group needed a kitchen since Japanese food isn't always to everyone's taste, and we stumbled upon this place. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so impressed – it was even better than we expected! I got a lot of compliments for choosing such a great place, haha. The facilities are genuinely amazing!!! I'd definitely want to stay here again. Every time I've been to Japan before, even with the subway, my accommodations were always a bit of a distance, but this time it was only a 5-minute walk!!!! ❤️ And the convenience store was close by too!!

Exceeded expectations! The room was spacious enough and very close to all the attractions. There's a supermarket right downstairs, which was super convenient. The plates, bowls, and cups in the room were all well-stocked and incredibly clean. It's especially suitable for families. A big shout-out to the washing machine – it was really easy to use.

Minn Kiyomizu Gojo is an excellent option for travelers looking for a clean, spacious, and apartment-style stay in Kyoto. It is especially suitable for families or groups who want extra space and convenient amenities while exploring the city

We stay 7 nights at Minn Nijoo Jo kyoto. The room and facilities all excellent. The room quite spacious and comfortable for long stay. Easy access to everywere. Very near to public parking space, very convenient to guest who travel by car. The car parking fees also reasonable and cheaper than any place we park. They provided free self-laundry and dryer, very good for long stay. Highly Recommended to all

This was a very comfortable stay! It was perfect for a dinner party with friends, as it came equipped with a projector, dishes, and more. It was also super convenient, less than a 5-minute walk from the station exit and with a convenience store nearby! I'd love to stay here again!

Arrived late in the evening and checked in quickly. We had already entered our details online and received a code for the room lock at the reception. The room matched the photos on the website – it was large and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cleaning can be arranged upon request. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a Don Quijote store, and 24-hour shops. The area is quiet and cozy. Check-out was also quick, with a QR code for check-out hanging on the inside of the door. We would happily stay here again.
