My friend and I arrived at the hotel much earlier than the check-in time, but the staff still served us willingly and provided luggage storage. The housekeeping service was good. All the staff were happy to help and always greeted us with smiles. The hotel’s location is perfect—right next to the subway station—so we could easily take the train to tourist attractions.

Overall, I'm really happy with my stay. Even though check-in was officially at 3 PM, they let me check in at 2 PM, which was a nice surprise. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. They even gave me some snacks when I checked in and Seoul Express vouchers and bookmarks when I checked out. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate, and the desk was super convenient for eating takeout. The little sofa was a great touch too! The location is fantastic, close to both Yangjae and Gangnam subway stations. On the walk to either station, you'll find plenty of convenient stores like CU and GS25, as well as Paris Baguette, Starbucks, Cha Bai Dao, McDonald's, and Olive Young. Couldn't ask for more!

The room was just the right size, with enough space to open two large suitcases. Amenities were well-stocked, including toothbrushes, combs, and slippers. We stayed in two different room types. The quieter room had a window with a film on it, and only one window offered a view. I preferred the room facing the street; the view was much more open. There was some construction noise at the intersection, but I personally found it manageable and didn't even need the earplugs thoughtfully provided by the front desk. The service was excellent; English communication was very smooth, and the front desk staff went out of their way to help with unexpected situations. Shopping and dining were super convenient, mostly handled at COEX and Hyundai Department Store.

Room was unexpectedly big. Stayed with my daughter and it was pleasant. Location is conveniently located close to Gwanghwamum & Jonggak. There were plenty of food around the area too.

The hotel is clean and tidy, located right off the main road, making it very convenient for getting to Gangnam. There are many small, affordable restaurants around the hotel, which is great! If you're coming from Incheon Airport, you can take bus 6703 or 6020; just get off and cross the street. The last bus runs until 10:55 PM. The hotel provides free travel adaptors which you can pick up at the front desk. Most of the front desk staff speak English.

Overall, it's pretty decent, especially considering it's a branded hotel, making it suitable for business trips. The advantages are its convenient location: the airport bus (6017) stops right opposite the hotel, and Guro Station on Metro Line 2 is just a 5-minute walk away. Within a 10-minute walk, there's a food street and an Olive Young store. However, the drawbacks are also quite apparent: the room is extremely small, and surprisingly, only paper cups are provided for drinking and brushing teeth (I brought this up with the hotel, and they said they'd try to improve it this year). All in all, it's a business hotel, good for a short stay or a temporary stopover.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Getting here from the airport was a breeze; the bus goes directly to the stop right below the hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, close to all the attractions. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I noticed a wonderful scent. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, professional, warm, and very patient. The room was spotless, and the bedding was impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, being on a higher floor, the view was exceptional!

Waking up to the gentle sound of waves at Shilla Stay Plus Lihot Towoo Beach Hotel, it felt like the ocean was right outside our window, lulling us to sleep. Our twin room was spacious and comfortable, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows framing a magnificent, ever-changing seascape. The kids danced barefoot by the window, watching clouds cast shadows on the glass.

In the evening, we all leaned by the window, watching the orange sunset slowly dip into the horizon, painting the sky and sea in soft, warm hues. Time seemed to stand still in that moment, and I heard my child quietly say, ”Mommy, the sun is going to sleep.”

Just outside the hotel was the unique black volcanic rock coast. My child curiously touched the rough rocks, listening to Dad tell stories of this land from billions of years ago. The tide rolled in, breaking into foamy white waves on the black reefs. My little one squatted there for a long time, saying it looked like the ocean was dancing.

This wasn't just a place to stay; it was a sanctuary where we had intimate conversations with the sea, with nature, and with each other. On the way home, my child kept asking, ”When can we go back to hear the waves sleep again?”

The stay was comfortable, but the bed was a little small for a single person, and the queen-size bed was also a bit small. It's near a shopping street with lots of food options. There are also shops around that area. Beside the hotel is a convenience store. Something interesting about the hotel's car park is that it's usually full at night. There will be a car park attendant there to direct your parking to different spots, which are not part of the designated lots. At least we had a space to park, I guess.

Excellent location, just across a main road from Haeundae beach. It’s about a 10min stroll to Haeundae subway station. Check-in was generally smooth, the room which was initially assigned had a bad smell coming from the ensuite toilet, so we contacted the front desk, and was given a replacement room soon enough. There was a hiccup with the key card replacement. We couldn’t access the new floor on which our replacement room is located, so we could not bring our luggages directly to the new floor, and had to bring them down to the lobby again to resolve the key card issue, which was done quickly enough while we’re at the lobby. During our time of stay, the temperature outdoors was generally cooler in the single digits to low teens in degrees Celsius. The air-conditioning was not activated in the guest rooms, so the hotel was able to provide a standing electric fan for cooling. Front desk was responsive and courteous. Housekeeping service was efficient, friendly and warm. Perhaps the sofa and room chair can be better cleaned. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

The surroundings are beautiful, and it's convenient for dining and transportation. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful, handling check-in on the 5th floor. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable, and it was quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep.
