I'm quite satisfied with this guesthouse; it offers excellent value for money! First off, the location is great—less than a ten-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and the bus stop isn't far either. Plus, the room was exceptionally clean and newly renovated. Since I was traveling with my parents, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a larger room when they saw we had more people, which was incredibly thoughtful. The lobby is also spacious and has free travel guides you can take as souvenirs. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience! In a place like Hong Kong and Macau, where space is at a premium, this kind of value is definitely a win.

Location was walking distance to Sofitel and other tourists spots senado,Ruins and Some streets where u can enjoy your eggtars and coffee.many resto nearby. The Lobby of the Hotel is nice but sadly the room they gave to us all was in the first floor next to the Chinese Resto.  The room was ok ,clean but smells awful. The windows cannot open ..I tried to call the reception area to request for transfer but they never answer the call.

This was my second stay at the Asia Boutique Hotel, and it's right on Rua do Cunha. The hotel's environment and facilities are pretty standard. On the last day, you can store your luggage and go shopping. Besides the snack stalls, Rua do Cunha itself and the surrounding alleys and main roads have a plethora of traditional tea restaurants and Portuguese restaurants that are well worth a visit. After dinner, you can take a stroll from Rua do Cunha along the Taipa Houses-Museum wetlands to reach the Venetian, Londoner, and Parisian. There are buses right outside the hotel that go directly to the Peninsula, Senado Square, and Monte Fort. For coastal attractions in Coloane and the Macau airport, the metro is also a direct ride away. Its prime location is definitely its strongest point. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it!

The room is clean, the service attitude is okay...the environment is also good~
It was my first time to stay here on a business trip. I had the attitude of giving it a try. The experience was quite comfortable. The price was very cost-effective!

Facilities: Modern and secure, generally very good.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, very pleasing to the eye.
Environment: Centrally located in the city, enjoying all the prosperity.
Service: Attentive and warm, always with a smile.
Overall very good, exceeded expectations, will definitely come again.
