The cleanliness was a 10/10 without a doubt!! The room was spotless and like brand new. The only down side I would say is that the bathroom is quite small (you can’t get into the shower unless you close the bathroom door) and the walls are very thin (you can hear your neighbours doing the smallest things such as, opening their door and winding up their curtain). 

The hotel had standard amenities like a hair dryer, personal care items and toiletry. However, there was no mini fridge or microwave which made it hard for us to keep our drinks cool. 

Location and service was also amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was also very excellent! It was just a 9 minutes walk from time square and a 2 minute walk from 7/11 which was very convenient.

Today, I booked a larger room (28 sqm), which was much more comfortable than the smaller ones, though of course, the price was also significantly higher.

The hotel is brand new, and the facilities are excellent. The shower, in particular, had fantastic water pressure. The soundproofing in the room was also good, and there was a coffee machine.

Breakfast was a bit basic. However, most hotels below four stars in New York don't offer breakfast, so you usually have to go out and find food yourself.

The surrounding area isn't as good as south of 121st Street, but it's very convenient to take the subway downtown.

I stayed here for two nights, the first night with my friend who is a native New Yorker and the second night alone. I booked the room based on the pictures on trip.com, however, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that the pictures were for a suite, not the room that I had actually booked. They were very dismissive and told me to contact Trip as it wasn’t their fault. The girl who checked me in was a little rude and unhelpful. Having said that, the room was very nice… decorated nicely and very clean. The only thing I would’ve wanted is to be provided with water in the room. The hotel lobby has a water dispenser with very cold iced water. However, if you wake up in the middle of the night and are thirsty there is no water in the room. The location is excellent! Walking distance to Grand Central Station, New York library and Times Square.

The location is great; you can walk to many places, I walk 20,000 steps a day 😂 The self-service coffee downstairs is excellent; I have a cup before going out every day. The room isn't big, but it's sufficient.

The room assigned was on the internal side, unfortunately very noisy and the double glazing does not help eliminate the noise. I asked for a room change but it wasn't possible because it was full but they provided earplugs. Impeccable cleanliness and perfect services.

The hotel is great; I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, and the staff who carried it were very friendly. Perhaps because I chose a windowless room, it was very quiet overall – something friends might want to consider. The hotel's location is excellent; most attractions are within walking distance, public transportation is convenient, and there are many great shops nearby to browse. The mussel shop near the hotel is also quite tasty and suited to Chinese palates. The hotel offers a Chinese menu, and if you skip breakfast, there are plenty of local Turkish brunch spots nearby with good food.

A magnificent hotel.

1. The location is incredibly convenient – ​​the hotel is within walking distance of museums, a park, mosques, and the tram. There's ample public parking nearby.

2. The breakfasts deserve special praise – the presentation, variety, and freshness of the ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed them.

3. The room is comfortable, perfectly clean, and regularly replenished with water, tea, and coffee. Excellent soundproofing. A pleasant aroma fills the hallway.

4. A welcome drink and sweets upon check-in. Thank you so much. It was a great pleasure.

5. Upon check-out, hotel employee Mohammed presented a corporate gift. It was unexpected and pleasant. I travel a lot, and this is the first time a hotel has given a gift upon check-out.

Porto's attractions are concentrated and mostly within walking distance from the city center. The hotel is located on a small street, with restaurants and supermarkets all within a ten-minute walk. The room was quite small; opening two large suitcases made it feel like there was no space to stand. However, it was clean and tidy.

We booked a junior suite and asked to be put on a high floor. However, we got assigned the ground floor room facing the inner courtyard, making the room quite dark. And the lighting inside the room did not help either since most of the lights were directed light. We have asked for a change of room but was told its not available. The room is on the ground floor close to the lobby and the restaurant. When we asked to change the room, I have expressed my concern that it would be noisy and the front desk agent assured me that it would not be the case. Then on New Year's Eve, they have a party in the restaurant with very loud music. And the sound obviously leaked into our room, and the party lasted till the small hours. 
The selection of food items at breakfast is quite limited. Its really quite mediocre compared with other hotels in this category. The only saving grace for this hotel is its location.
