Booked this hotel for a concert, and the location was absolutely perfect. I didn't even need to take the subway; Madison Square Garden was within walking distance. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and it was easy to find.

I stayed here for two nights, the first night with my friend who is a native New Yorker and the second night alone. I booked the room based on the pictures on trip.com, however, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that the pictures were for a suite, not the room that I had actually booked. They were very dismissive and told me to contact Trip as it wasn’t their fault. The girl who checked me in was a little rude and unhelpful. Having said that, the room was very nice… decorated nicely and very clean. The only thing I would’ve wanted is to be provided with water in the room. The hotel lobby has a water dispenser with very cold iced water. However, if you wake up in the middle of the night and are thirsty there is no water in the room. The location is excellent! Walking distance to Grand Central Station, New York library and Times Square.

Today, I booked a larger room (28 sqm), which was much more comfortable than the smaller ones, though of course, the price was also significantly higher.

The hotel is brand new, and the facilities are excellent. The shower, in particular, had fantastic water pressure. The soundproofing in the room was also good, and there was a coffee machine.

Breakfast was a bit basic. However, most hotels below four stars in New York don't offer breakfast, so you usually have to go out and find food yourself.

The surrounding area isn't as good as south of 121st Street, but it's very convenient to take the subway downtown.

The room assigned was on the internal side, unfortunately very noisy and the double glazing does not help eliminate the noise. I asked for a room change but it wasn't possible because it was full but they provided earplugs. Impeccable cleanliness and perfect services.

The location is great; you can walk to many places, I walk 20,000 steps a day 😂 The self-service coffee downstairs is excellent; I have a cup before going out every day. The room isn't big, but it's sufficient.

This is, so far, the coolest hotel we've stayed at in Istanbul. It's newly renovated, very stylish, yet still cozy. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and very friendly. You truly feel like a welcomed guest.

The gym was a great bonus. It was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it had everything needed for a full workout (to classical music, excellent!). The spa area seems to still be under development; we went to check it out in the evening. Everything was freely accessible, but only the Finnish sauna was fully functional. The hammam was barely warm, and the shower wasn't set up yet, so we didn't use the pool. There are massage rooms available; you can get a massage if you wish, though we didn't inquire about the cost.

The breakfast was wonderful. The setting was pleasant, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A truly elegant buffet.

Room (#303): Very spacious, functionally well-designed, and with comfortable beds. Clean and beautiful!

However!
1) It was very noisy from the street. The windows didn't block out any sound at all. I had to sleep with headphones on... yes, we went to bed early because we were tired. But it was noisy at 9 PM, 12 AM, 2 AM, and 5 AM)))...
2) The beds are great, but the linen smelled strongly of fabric softener, which had a very (for me) intrusive scent. (And the towels in the gym also smelled strongly of fabric softener... in my opinion, linen should just smell like fresh linen, that's all).
So, I couldn't get a full night's sleep...
3) The toilet cistern (in our room) – you had to make sure the water stopped running by pressing the flush button several times, otherwise, it would run endlessly.

Basically, if these three points were addressed, this would be an absolutely perfect hotel! I will definitely continue to stay here, but I'll need to choose a room with a different location, not one facing the noisy street.

The staff are absolutely brilliant, but it’s too noisy, no outside space to relax on a lounger and catch some sun, just a tiny balcony with chairs, no bar, no English TV.  Room was a deluxe room  but it was very small, I would expect a bath in a deluxe room. However excellent location, excellent service, amazing breakfast layout, good value for money but I wouldn’t stay again because I really value outside space to relax in after a lot of sightseeing.

The hotel is clean, and the front desk staff are friendly. The location is excellent, close to attractions. However, the transparent shower room is a major drawback; it would be awkward if you're not a couple. Overall, it's very good!!!!

We checked in, there was no wait, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.  It was a great touch that the staff member offered to show us a map of Porto and the key things he would recommend doing in the city. 
I can’t stress enough just what an excellent location this hotel is in, no public transport is required. All the key sights are within a short walking distance. It is also very walkable from the train station. 
The room was great, with adequate lighting, a huge TV and some excellent shower products. The bed was relatively firm and comfortable. 
We enjoyed breakfast for the 3 nights. There had been a miscommunication about the price of this, however, the hotel manager was very helpful in rectifying this via email communication after the stay. 
The young female staff member we engaged with for breakfast each morning was also very friendly, warm yet professional. 
As IHG Platinum members we decided to try this Hilton property and were not disappointed. It was excellent from start to finish and the prompt reply and rectification from the hotel manager is testament to the care, detail and excellent management of this property. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Porto.
