Very convenient, located next toa large train station with the airport shuttle just across the road. The facilities are sufficient, there are vending macines and coin laundry at each floor and a good comfortable space in the lobby to sit and have a coffee. Everything else I needed was nearby.
 Main attraction is the location, it is busy with plenty of restaurants open through the night and lots of shops.

A hotel is located in terminal 2. Very convenient for person who have arrived late night and have another domestic flight on the next morning.

I had a nice experience at the hotel, although the food was a little bit expensive, but I can easily access to the convenience store on the first floor. 

The bathroom is very clean with a bathtub. The bed was comfort the pillows were good. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

New, clean hotel in a great part of Shibuya! The location was fantastic! Connected to the subway station, which made travel around Tokyo easy and convenient, and the Shibuya Stream mall the hotel was located in was great as well! The room wasn’t big, but that’s expected in Tokyo. The room was clean and staff were polite and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially first time visitors.

The hotel's location is superb! This is my third time staying here, and this time I was on the 24th floor. The room was spacious enough for four large suitcases and two carry-ons. The hotel's buffet breakfast on the 25th floor offers a wide variety of options. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Fantastic location just a cross road away from Shibuya Station , and a hop and skip away from Hachiko statue and Shibuya crossing.We got in via Narita Express and dragged our luggage across the street to the hotel which was easy to find once you spot Bic Camera and McDonalds. Room was tiny but still very comfy and does the job if you wanted to be very close to the train station. Very quiet too so we slept very well. Plenty of amenities including laundry machine and dryers. Great spot for shopping and eating. Highly recommended if you don't mind small rooms.

Location: Exiting Shibuya station, there's ongoing construction, so you might need a moment to find your bearings, but it's not difficult to locate, situated directly opposite Tokyo Plaza.

Facilities: The hotel is very modern, featuring a spacious lobby and relatively new room amenities. It comes equipped with a full set of L'Occitane toiletries, and as a delightful surprise, we also received an SK-II morning and evening skincare sample set upon check-in.

Environment: The view from the window is absolutely stunning, both by day and night. I snapped a quick photo, and it honestly looks like a perfect backdrop for a blogger's video – haha!

Service: The front desk check-in service was excellent. However, for a hotel of this standard, the breakfast quality felt a bit basic, with limited options. Coffee and tea had to be brought by staff – I'm not sure if that was meant to make guests feel more pampered or exclusive. Overall, the breakfast was just average, but everything else was great.

Very good location. Room a bit small, the curtain blind of the look through glass into the bathroom is outside not inside (a bit weird… what’s the purpose of the blind?)

The room is nice but there is no bathtub in the room which is not convenient for us because we have small children with us. The hangers in the entrance right side were covered with dust. There were coffee and water in the room since we have children we hope to have juice for the kids too.
The breakfast was very good, the cook and servers are very polite. The bread and miso soup was very good.

Having enjoyed a previous stay in February, I chose to return this July. I requested an east-facing room and was delighted that my wish was granted. The sunrise view towards the Skytree and the National Diet Building around 4:30 AM in summer is absolutely breathtaking, easily rivaling any dedicated observation deck experience. The Japanese set breakfast was both substantial and delicious, and the serene view of pine trees reflected in the restaurant's pond was incredibly soothing. Furthermore, perhaps owing to its prime location near the National Diet Building and the Prime Minister's Official Residence, the hotel offers incredibly convenient direct underground access to public transportation, yet the street-level environment remains remarkably quiet and tranquil. The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly, and the presence of Chinese-speaking personnel ensures that Chinese guests will face virtually no language barriers. On a delightful side note, the ambient fragrance used in The Capitol Hotel Tokyu's corridors is utterly captivating – I highly recommend making it available for purchase at the hotel's souvenir shop! I will absolutely be rebooking here for my next trip to Tokyo.

Our Stay at Sapporo Stream Hotel – Premium Comfort Twin Room

We stayed as three people and really liked the room. It was very big and had a large bathroom, which was great.

A few things to know:

· The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom. This was a little inconvenient for us.
· Our room faced the main street. Even on the 17th floor, we could sometimes hear loud noises like sirens or trucks at night. If you wake up easily, ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately,  our room type is none facing at the back of hotel. 
• Laundry took me more than 4 hrs to dry a 5kg clothes which is unacceptable as compared to other hotels.  
• Breakfast is not very child friendly.  They don't serve hot chocolate or pancake. 

We loved:
· The room felt very calm and well-designed. They even left some nice books about winter for guests.
· The smell of the soap and shampoo was amazing—I liked it so much I bought some to take home!
• The mineral water provided in the room is my favourite brand!
· The hotel location is perfect. There is a food street inside the hotel on the 3rd and 4th floors, so you don't have to go out in the snow to eat.
· The staff were all very helpful and friendly to us. Kindness, as always, be gets kindness.
· The premium lounge has special coffee. Enjoying their exclusive, distinguished coffee while brewing a fresh cup and watching the snow fall was an unforgettable experience. 

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay in a great location. Just remember to ask for a quiet room if you are a light sleeper.

Traveling with my mom, the hotel breakfast was incredibly lavish! The cleanliness was also great, and the room size was quite good for Japan. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly too. Plus, you get a discount at the restaurant on the first floor next door if you show your room key, which is a great deal. Overall, highly recommended!

The room was spacious, easily accommodating three large suitcases even with three beds, which was very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast spread was excellent, and its location was superb. It's just a 3-5 minute walk to Nakajima-koen subway station, and Susukino and Tanukikoji shopping street are also about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel's shuttle bus to Sapporo JR Station was very convenient for transferring to other parts of Hokkaido.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Shinsaibashi, about a 10-minute walk away, and not far from the subway either, which is super convenient. The hotel facilities are complete and comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent, making it feel very welcoming. The room is also relatively spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the wet and dry separated bathroom is great. Everything is clean and tidy. This trip was truly wonderful.

The location is incredibly convenient. We came from Arima Onsen, and it's not far from the hotel. The airport shuttle bus stop is also very close, about an eight-minute walk. It's easy to get anywhere.

Behind the hotel is a shopping street with many dining options. This area is in the heart of Umeda, with Hankyu Department Store and Hankyu Sanbangai being the closest. It's perfect for shopping.

The downside is that, like most standard Japanese business hotels, the rooms are very small. However, I was aware of this beforehand, so it wasn't a surprise. All the necessary facilities are provided. Toiletries are DHC, and you pick them up downstairs.

It's worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast is excellent. Compared to most business hotels in the same price range, the breakfast is quite extensive, featuring steak and congee. Vegetables and fruits are also available.

This is one of the few hotels in Japan with a 12 PM checkout, which is great. There's a Christmas tree downstairs that adds a lovely atmosphere. We went to the theme park on our second day, and this hotel is the closest one to it – the entrance is right downstairs! Food options are also very convenient. I highly recommend the fried beef cutlet, it was absolutely delicious! Our clothes got soaked on the Jurassic ride, which was totally unexpected, but thankfully we could just pop back to the hotel to change. You just need to get a stamp from the staff at the entrance to re-enter the park. I hope to bring my kids here next time and will definitely stay here again!
