The service was warm and efficient, check-in was quick, and the room was very clean. Compared to many hotels, the soundproofing was excellent. This hotel offers great value for money, with free parking and complimentary laundry service. We checked in quite late, but they kindly allowed us an hour late check-out without any extra charge.

The room was nice and spacious, and very clean. It's close to the high-speed train station, and they even have a robot deliver food! It's also conveniently located near IFC and a shopping mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

We took the high-speed train from Fuzhou to Xiamen Station, then a 3-stop bus ride (getting off at Dongpu Kindergarten). Since we arrived in the afternoon, we grabbed a combo meal at KFC on the way, which was super convenient. The hotel was about a 200-meter walk from there, so the transport was really handy. We checked into the Bona S Hotel, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and friendly. They even upgraded my room! The room was spacious, bright, and clean, and it was quiet at night. I really love this hotel.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is superb, convenient for travel, and surrounded by all the amenities. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were warm and professional, quickly processing our paperwork and even offering a welcome drink. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor, showing attention to detail. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast was varied, combining Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients and delicious taste. What impressed me most was the hotel's service; no matter what problems we encountered, the staff responded promptly and provided solutions. Upon check-out, the staff even inquired about our stay and presented us with a small gift. This stay gave me a completely new perspective on hotels, and I highly recommend it!

The best thing about the Berner Hotel is their airport shuttle service. I added the hotel on WeChat beforehand and provided my itinerary. When I arrived at the airport, I contacted the hotel and the driver arrived quickly to pick me up. They also offer a shuttle service in the mornings for departures. The front desk even upgraded my room. I could hear airplanes at night before falling asleep, but thankfully, it didn't affect my sleep. The breakfast noodles were quite good.

The location of Xiamen Bern Hotel is truly unbeatable. Just a few minutes' walk takes you to Jimei University Town, where the red-brick arcade houses and Gak Kee-style buildings feel like a journey back in time. In the evening, a stroll along the tree-lined path to Jimei Park offers the serene and beautiful sight of the sunset casting a golden glow over Dragon Boat Pond – it's truly indescribable.

The hotel itself is also very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. For visitors looking to deeply experience Jimei culture and visit Aoyuan Garden, this is an excellent base. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. Plus, they offer free parking, so no worries about finding a spot. The hotel environment is also very good and clean. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping attendants are polite and enthusiastic. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the service is outstanding! Highly recommended.

This stay really subverted my understanding of the four-diamond hotel. From service to hardware, it was a surprise. The room was clean, the lighting was good, the room service was very good, the details were full of temperature, the room lighting design was very good, especially the night light before going to bed was super safe, and the breakfast was quite rich. My trip to Kashgar was absolutely delightful! First off, staying at the Gemmei Hotel made me feel the warmth and hospitality of the Kashgar people. The front desk lady had such a pleasant voice and a wonderful attitude; she even helped me with a room change issue. When she called her supervisor, the supervisor was incredibly kind and quickly resolved everything – it was so heartwarming! This hotel isn't huge, but it's a small package that has it all. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread is fantastic! It's also not far from Kashgar Old Town, making it super convenient for sightseeing. A special shout-out to a lovely young lady named Mairiyamgul, who was so lively and recommended tons of delicious food and fun places. I'm so grateful! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; it's affordable, clean, and the service is exceptionally warm. Big thumbs up to the hotel!!!

The front desk service is very good, but this is the worst Starway Hotel I have ever stayed in. Maybe because it was renovated in 2019, the quilt and pillow smelled of cigarettes. When I booked, there was a welcome fruit plate but it was not given. When I asked, they told me to ask the restaurant staff, but their attitude was very good. There was breakfast when we booked, but we went there at 10:00, and there was nothing left. We only ate corn and sweet potatoes, and there was nothing to drink. It might be because it was Chinese New Year, so there were few people and the supply was insufficient to meet the demand. However, the breakfast was also the simplest among all the Starway hotels, and it was not worth it. The shower spray is very small and takes a long time. Fortunately, it was booked for one day, so I left quickly.

The stay experience was great! The room was clean and tidy, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room were spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The breakfast was also very rich, the front desk lady was warm and efficient, and the check-in and check-out were very smooth. The location is also very convenient, it is convenient to eat and go shopping around. I will choose this one next time. ～

This was my second time bringing my family to Kashgar. When choosing a hotel, I was drawn in by the ethnic-themed photos of this local hotel and promptly booked three nights. Overall, I could tell the owners wanted to make the hotel a success and had indeed put in a lot of effort. The hotel was relatively new, and the surrounding parking, night market, and shopping were very convenient, which was a big plus. However, as a family traveler, I'd like to offer a few specific suggestions for improvement:

First, regarding daily cleaning. When we arrived, the room had just been cleaned, and the floor had just been mopped, but upon entering, there was a strong odor from the mop. It was clear the mop hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, causing the smell to linger. I had to open the windows for a long time to ventilate before the smell gradually dissipated. These kinds of details could be easily improved by simply raising the standards for hygiene and cleaning, such as standardizing the mop washing process and ensuring cleaning tools are thoroughly cleaned, thus providing a more comfortable stay for guests.

Second, the laundry room. While having a laundry room is a thoughtful design, the lack of laundry detergent was puzzling. The front desk explained that a previous incident of laundry detergent causing color bleeding on guests' clothes led them to ask guests to bring their own, thus avoiding responsibility. But who brings laundry detergent when staying at a hotel? Buying a whole bag just for a few nights isn't practical either. The solution is simple: choose a reliable, colorfast laundry detergent. This maintains service integrity while avoiding guest inconvenience. Also, the dryer is currently broken and hopefully can be repaired soon.

There are also bathroom details. The sink is too small, easily splashing water; there's no place to hang towels, which is inconvenient. The shower door has a gap at the bottom, so water easily overflows if the showerhead isn't facing the right direction.

Furthermore, there are room amenities. The toilet paper is of poor quality, and the slippers are thin. These can be improved with minimal cost. The automatic toilet, which sprays water automatically as soon as you sit down, is unnecessary; it's easy to splash water. It would be better to invest in improving the quality of basic amenities, which would be much more practical.

These details are actually easy to fix with a little investment and attention. I suggest hotel managers consider staying at established chain hotels like Atour to observe their attention to detail, such as the organization of bathroom facilities, the selection of toiletries, and the maintenance of amenities. This could offer valuable insights and help them truly consider the needs of their guests.

Finally, I'd like to discuss the hotel's name. Because it's near the Tomb of Xiangfei, it's called ”Meeting Xiangfei,” but with the beauty gone, the word ”meeting” feels somewhat awkward. Changing it to ”Remembering Xiangfei” would retain the connection to Xiangfei's culture while adding a sense of remembrance and respect for the historical figure. It would also sound more elegant and sophisticated, significantly enhancing the overall impression.

As a seasoned professional in the high-end consulting industry, I'm offering these suggestions free of charge. I sincerely hope this promising local hotel continues to improve, and I look forward to seeing its progress on my next visit to Kashgar.

To be honest my review is based on a basement room which was not ideal as the window was half way under the ground and easily people could see inside. Also the shower was terrible and once u showered the entire toilet area including part of the corridor got flooded as the drainage was blocked. It was not a good experience to be honest but I’m sure it is one of the better hotels in the area. Generally they need better hotels to be built in this area for tourist no doubt. Prices are also very high compared to other regions of Xinjiang.

This garden-style hotel has a great experience, the overall environment is quiet and elegant, the trees are shaded, the air is fresh and natural, and it feels refreshing as soon as you come in, and it is very comfortable to stay away from the hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are also very complete. The reception was warm and courteous, the check-in was efficient and fast, the staff service was intimate and meticulous, and the needs could be responded in time. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, the sound insulation effect was good, and the sleep was very stable. Whether it is a leisure holiday or a travel stay, the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, the price is very high, it is highly recommended, and I will choose here next time.

The Dyson hair dryer that is returned at this price is very top.
