"Good hotel. Come back again. Clean, sleep comfortable, good deep pool 2.5 meters. Keep in mind that very cool staircase if you have no leg problems or you don't like to walk, choose another hotel. Silence, despite the fact that it is Patong. In the evening, a beautiful sunset and view. You can walk to the famous Bangle Road Street. There is a cafe downstairs with delicious HIGHMAN CC CAFE breakfasts. I recommend too. Food delighted."

GGuest UserLoved my stay here! The place is newly renovated inside a heritage house, located right in the heart of Phuket Town — super convenient and just a short walk to Phuket Old Town and the weekend walking street. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on — you can really feel the premium-quality mattress (unlike many other Airbnbs I’ve stayed in!). Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Phuket.

GGraemeThis is not the first time staying here but was unfortunately not the best experience overall. Our villa had a problem with the toilet flush in one bedroom and smell of **** and/or sewage in the other bathroom. On the only full day that we were in the villa, we had non-stop interruptions to our relaxing with 5 different visits to the villa for maintenance of some sort.

GGuest UserThe grounds are beautiful and the villas are comfortable (we stayed in a two-bedroom house with everything we needed). We stayed for a day before our flight home and had a wonderful time, swimming in the pool, and trying some good restaurants nearby. The hosts and their pets were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

ААлександр ГравеI liked the hotel very much. It is literally 5-10 minutes to the sea, the beach is excellent. There are many cafes, restaurants, massage parlors for every taste nearby. In the evenings, about 100 meters away, they cooked excellent street food. There are many small shops, like 7/11, but there are no shopping centers - you have to go there. The room was on the 2nd floor, spacious, with a bay window overlooking a lightly loaded street, the air conditioner is located quite well. The room has a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, two cups and 2 glasses. Sufficient number of sockets, there is even an extension cord. Every day they leave 2 bottles of water at the door. In the bathroom there is only soap, gel and shampoo, you need to use your own. The room is clean, in order for cleaning and changing the linen, you need to turn on a special light bulb at the door. Among the disadvantages, one can note an uncomfortable bulky armchair and the lack of chairs. We had to use bedside tables as stools. Also, there is nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry.

OOlessia80We stayed for 8 nights, with a rented car. In general, everything is convenient. No complaints for such a sum of payment. Cleaning on request. Large refrigerator. Balcony with a clothes dryer, air conditioning, parking for a car. There are 2 large supermarkets nearby. We went to the nearest beach - Layan, alternated with Naithon. Of the minuses - traffic jams in December on the main Highway 402, everything seems close, but you drive for a long time and wait 22 minutes for a traffic light. No elevator. We lived on the 4th floor, not scary, but inconvenient with a suitcase.
In general, a normal option. How much you pay, so much you get. The girls are very friendly. But, of course, you should not expect miracles.

MMadi_TravelsWhat an incredible hotel. While it is a little ways out of Old Phuket Town, it's only about 10 minutes by car, and super easy to get a car through Grab. It had stunning views, amazing service, and we got fresh towels and soaps every day from the friendly staff. The balcony hammock nets are only available with the superior rooms, but it is so worth the extra cost. There's a cafe and tons of space to lounge. I would absolutely stay here again.

DDianaClean but furniture is old. No smells, no insects either. Location is good, 10 minutes to Patong Beach on foot. On the street noise, but the room was not heard. The air conditioner works well.
There is a refrigerator in the room. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs, its owner is Italian. There is 7/11 and a food shop nearby

IIana80We didn't expect anything out of the ordinary from this hotel, but some things really upset us. More on that below.
1) The voucher and hotel description indicated slippers in the room, which were not actually there. When we contacted the owner of the hotel (an elderly woman), we received a response that the hotel does not provide slippers, and the indication in the description of this option was purely trip.com's own initiative. The question arises, what prevented the hotel from misleading customers and sending a request to correct the information about the hotel to the booking service?
2) An awkward window in the wall between the room and the toilet with a shower. The glass does not hide anything, the upper part is open. You can see what is happening in the toilet from the room. There is no privacy at all. I am attaching a photo.
3) Upon arrival, the balcony was dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. The top shelves of the closet were also covered in dust (in the photo).
4) The most unpleasant thing about the hotel is its owner (the already mentioned woman). The person is completely lacking customer focus, desire to make contact and find an option that suits the guest (moreover, one that does not impose additional obligations on the hotel and is completely within the bounds of common sense), banal rudeness: what is the owner's statement worth: ”if you are not satisfied with something - move out” (hearing this while on vacation is very unpleasant). Finally, from the good: there are beach towels.

AAnsatasiaУютный и приятный отель! Жила в нём 3 ночи. Есть тостер, тарелки, столовые приборы, чайник. Ванная и Сантехника в хорошем состоянии. Особенно мне приятен был фильтр на душ и большая лейка в душе😄 постель большая. Есть лампа, создающая уютный вечерний свет. Номер выходил на дорогу, но это не сильно напрягало. Хотя с первого взгляда я думала, это будет проблемой. Женщина на «ресепшен» (потому что его как такового нет😁) чуткая и отзывчивая, хотя по-английского почти не говорит и не понимает. Гугл переводчик в помощь 💪🏼😃 Можно брать маты для пляжа беспоатно в аренду с возвратом. Зонтики на случай дождя тоже есть. Заметно стремление создают комфорт проживающим гостям! Рекомендую! Рядом 7/11, рынок, храмовый комплекс, кафе, массажный салон.

CCecibunzThis guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.
