I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for a few days, and overall, my experience was very satisfying. From the moment I arrived until check-out, the service provided by the hotel staff was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and clearly explained all the facilities available at the hotel. The hotel's location is also one of its main advantages. It's strategically situated and easily accessible. There are various amenities nearby, such as restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, and public transportation stations. This made my travels much easier, as I didn't have to spend a lot of time getting from one place to another. The room provided was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. As soon as I entered the room, I could feel a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The bed was incredibly soft and ensured a quality night's sleep throughout my stay. Furthermore, the air conditioning worked well, the room lighting was sufficient, and the interior design looked modern and neat. Amenities like a television, safe, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and Wi-Fi connection were all in good working order. The hotel's cleanliness level was also very satisfactory. The bathroom was always spotless, the floors were well-maintained, and toiletries were fully stocked. The towels provided were clean and regularly changed by housekeeping. I also found that common areas such as the lobby, corridors, and elevators were consistently neat and well-kept. Regarding food, the breakfast offered a decent variety of choices. There were both local and international dishes suitable for different tastes. Food was consistently replenished, and the restaurant staff always ensured the dining area was clean. The taste and quality of the food were also satisfying. While there were a few menu items that could be improved, overall, the dining experience at this hotel was good. Other facilities provided also added value to my stay. The swimming pool was clean and suitable for the whole family. The fitness center was equipped with enough basic equipment for daily workouts. Additionally, the stable internet access made it easy for me to handle work and stay connected with family and friends throughout my time at the hotel. What I appreciated most was the hotel staff's willingness to always help. Every inquiry and request I had was handled quickly and professionally. They demonstrated a high level of customer service and always strived to ensure guests felt comfortable during their stay. However, there were a few minor things that could be improved. These included somewhat long elevator wait times during peak hours and slightly limited parking options when the hotel was full. Nevertheless, these issues did not significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The combination of a strategic location, comfortable rooms, high cleanliness standards, good food, and friendly service from the staff makes this hotel an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family, friends, and anyone looking for comfortable and quality accommodation. If given the opportunity in the future, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a very pleasant stay at Cozy Manhattan Ipoh 2227. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in instructions were clear and smooth, making the whole process hassle-free. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food options. The facilities, especially the water park, were a great bonus and enjoyable for both adults and kids. Customer service was responsive and helpful whenever needed, which made the stay even more reassuring. Overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Ipoh!

A very rustic hotel in a great location about 10 minutes walk from the station. The rooms are very basic but adequate with AC It is all pretty much self service there is no need to interact with any member of staff. Local shops are very close

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere. You have to pick up the keys from a mailbox, and they send you the details in advance. There's a living room, TV, and a kitchen with a microwave and fridge, which is great. The water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, but unfortunately, there's a slight odor, which is the only downside.

Feeling great back to Mother Nature, with hens, cats, deers, parrot. This guesthouse is greenish and away from downtown. Well maintained by two helpful, friendly kakak. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with hairdryer, water heater and toiletries. Also provided free parking lot. Surprisingly, they sold my childhood snacks. Highly recommended to travellers and families in Ipoh.

The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

The condo is simple and comes with basic cooking utensils. It is suitable for 5 adults and 5 kids (below 12 years old). However, there are a few drawbacks. The sofa is very hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The master bedroom has no place to hang clothes and no hangers are provided. One of the beds in the master bedroom also seems to lack proper foam support, as there is a hole at the end of the mattress. There is no drying rack available, even on the balcony, so we could not dry the kids’ swimming clothes. Lastly, the host may consider changing to an electric stove instead of a gas stove, as the gas runs out easily. We only prepared a simple breakfast, but the gas was already low.

We’ve booked our 1 night stay here and it’s a well maintained guest house. One thing I’d comment will be the noise opposite the bars and it operated until 3am. Please prepare own amenities as the guest house doesn’t provide any and you can purchase from their mini shop.
