Very Good
KKel5655I stay in Taichung once a week, and if the price and room type are within budget, this is the only place I'll ever stay! The location, room design, and facilities are all excellent, and my wife and kids absolutely love it! Every time I stay in a different room type, I'm never disappointed. I really hope the garage rooms could also be around 1800. It's truly amazing, I give it a very high rating.

깨깨풍Better than expected! They give you two drink coupons worth 120원 per night. Check-in was handled kindly. If you have Netflix or Disney+ accounts, you can watch them on the TV in the room. The bed is also above average. There's no breakfast, but there are many ********* breakfast places nearby, which might be a good experience to try.

GGuest UserAbout 5-10 mins walk from Taichung train station. Near to famous Miyahara. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. The hot shower takes sometimes to heat up but still good esp during winter. Staff very attentive and friendly. Facilities included board game, laundry, and even library. Highly recommended.

EElazigThis hotel is the top choice for comfort, cleanliness, safety, and convenience. It's located right by the Green River, just a 5-minute walk from Taichung Railway Station, so meals are never an issue with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The room was clean, and the bed was a firm spring mattress (the kind that doesn't sag). The hot water was plentiful and very hot, and there was no water accumulation. Next to the front desk, there's a coffee machine and various coffee and tea bags, along with a 24-hour supply of water at three different temperatures. The rooftop has free washing machines and a dryer (NT$10 for 20 minutes). The hotel offers free parking at a partner lot, just a 5-minute walk away. It's incredibly convenient and comfortable for travelers. Highly recommended!

One of the first things we noticed was the beautiful, refreshing scent in the lobby and all through the hallways—it made coming back to our room feel so relaxing. The breakfast buffet was superb with a fantastic variety of food. Plus, the location is unbeatable; it's highly accessible to transportation and very close to all the top tourist spots. A perfect stay from start to finish!”

OOtautahianI chose this hotel because it is a two-minute walk from Taichung station. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including the famous ice cream place Miyahara. The laundry room has two washing machines and two dryers. I chose a windowless room, it was a great size for one person, and I couldn't hear my neighbours.

MM9173****Facilities: The room wasn't huge, but it had everything I needed. The bathroom was very spacious with both a shower and a bathtub 🛁, which was great.
Service: Excellent! Every staff member was wonderful, especially Rich, who was incredibly attentive and made me feel very well looked after.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was decent, and they had my favorite, salad.

AajyysEverything regarding this hotel is perfect. Did not expect to have a nice view of Taichung Rail and hidden from busy main road.
Honestly, the room have a good soundproof system and they clean your room well. Free breakfast at cafe right next to the lobby and need to select before 11am.
Hope can make it here again in Taichung!

AAnonymous UserThe room was good and clean. And they offer a self-service laundry- of course you need to pay your laundry which is fare enough. But they don't provide any toothpaste ans toothbrush, which was indicated in their front desk and before booking. I was a bit confused though because I thought the reservation includes breaksfast as stated in the site but when i arrived, i was informed that it wasn't included. But the staffs are kind and helped me booked a taxi going back to the airport at a wee hour. The room i stayed had a window, there's ref and closet with only 2 hangers. The only problem i had was the aircon which was centralized or controlled so when it is cold at night, it is hard to increase the temperature. I couldn't really sleep well.

JjocolocoI love the whole vibe of the hotel where it give off this rustic industrial look but the interior of the room is really nice. Front desk was super accommodating when we wanted to upgrade our room but the initial upgraded room was not to our liking and they kindly suggested another room for us to have a look first before we decide on it. we were able to check in an hour earlier as well and was able to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out and return back later to collect. overall an amazing experience with SOF hotel and would definitely come back to stay when im in taichung again
