"This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!"

The moment you opened the door, you were greeted by the entire expanse of the azure Dadonghai. The distant mountains, the nearby beach, and the swimming pool were all visible. We spent the day watching the sparkling sea and the evenings chasing orange sunsets. Every photo we took felt like a postcard! The room's decor was also incredibly thoughtful – the hotel folded towels into adorable little elephants and sprinkled rose petals, adding a delightful touch. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredibly therapeutic! **Super Family-Friendly – Effortless Fun for Kids, Relaxing for Parents!** The family facilities were fantastic. The dedicated children's art studio was a wonderful surprise – the walls were covered with kids' creative artworks, and there were all sorts of craft materials and plaster painting available. Our child was instantly captivated and happily created for an entire afternoon, finally giving this mom a much-needed break! The hotel's IP mascots also came out to interact and take photos with the kids, who were thrilled throughout! The lawn in the complex was also superb, with sculptures of giraffes and flamingos, as well as lounge chairs and sunshades. Taking the kids out on the lawn to enjoy the breeze and sunshine was so relaxing and comfortable. 🏋️ **Comprehensive Amenities – Adults Can Enjoy a Relaxing Getaway Too!** No need to worry about getting bored at the hotel! The gym had a full range of equipment and was clean and bright, so you could keep up with your fitness routine even on vacation. The view from the buffet restaurant's scenic terrace was incredible – we enjoyed the sea breeze while overlooking the city and the ocean. In the evening, it was perfect for a stroll and a drink, romantic and pleasant. 👩💼 **Impeccable Service – A Truly Elevated Experience!** From check-in to check-out, we received thoughtful care every step of the way. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough daily. They even decorated the room differently for holidays, showcasing their attention to detail. The hotel's dining options were also diverse, with everything from seafood buffets to specialty restaurants, catering to different tastes. You don't even have to leave the hotel to enjoy authentic local cuisine. This hotel is perfect for both couples and families with children. You can relax by the sea and keep the kids entertained effortlessly. The amenities, service, and views are all top-notch. It's definitely on my must-stay list for Sanya! I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Sanya – you'll fall in love after one stay."

"Big shoutout to our butler, Vivian! She added us on WeChat days before our check-in, confirming our arrival time (which is 3 PM at most large hotels). All the standard services, like luggage storage and having food delivered to our door, were handled flawlessly. Our room was spotless, the A/C was already on when we arrived, and there were even complimentary bath bombs. The infinity pool is truly impressive, and they offer free armbands, with a depth of around 1.2 meters. Overall, it's definitely worth the price, so don't hesitate to book. We'll be back!"

"Staying at One&Only Sanya was such a wonderful surprise! As soon as I stepped onto the balcony, I was greeted by the stunning blue ocean perfectly complemented by swaying palm trees. Watching the sunset from a lounge chair by the pool was incredibly therapeutic, and even the garden pathways exuded a tropical charm. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was fantastic with fresh ingredients. The hotel activities were enjoyable, and the pool was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Wincy for their excellent service which, combined with the breathtaking scenery, made this Sanya trip absolutely perfect. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend One&Only Sanya for a vacation!"

"We stayed at a hotel near the airport for our first night of our honeymoon, then spent the second and third nights at the Westin Haitang Bay. The experience was fantastic, especially thanks to our butler, Ella Chen, who provided superb service. We didn't encounter any of the issues we'd read about online, largely because we had such a reliable butler. The beach felt quite close, and the shuttle service made getting there very convenient – much easier than I expected, and the scenery was indeed beautiful. The service was excellent, with quick responses. I'd also recommend booking through Ctrip! My experience was completely different from what some posts on 'certain social media platforms' claimed about poor service, which might be due to booking platforms or different butlers. The butler, restaurant staff, front desk, and housekeeping were all very polite, courteous, and quick to respond, except for when it was really busy and there were queues. I especially appreciated the free swimming rings and armbands; I even learned to swim at the hotel, haha! The pool was very clean; I noticed them changing the water in the pools at night. Part of the main pool also had shade cover during sunny times, which I only discovered just before checking out, a bit of a shame. The food was also good and quite satisfying. We got a complimentary photo shoot. I paid for makeup, which I was very happy with, but the quick-edit photos turned out too fake, which I wasn't pleased with. I felt like it wasted my entire morning, especially being out in the bright sun, which was tough, and we didn't get many good shots because they don't give you the original photos – it's either originals or quick edits, which was a bit disappointing. However, it was complimentary, so it didn't affect the overall hotel experience. Aside from the photos, everything else was absolutely perfect! I did a lot of research beforehand, and it definitely didn't disappoint! A big shout-out again to our butler, Ella Chen; my partner even said we've developed an emotional connection to this hotel, haha!"

"The service, from the front desk to the concierge and room service, was exceptional. I especially want to commend the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room during our extended stay. They meticulously tidied everything each time and promptly replaced all the linens. Noticing we had more people, they even added two extra bottles of mineral water for us. We stayed in a junior suite, and a hotel staff member I spoke with earlier recommended a room on the 5th floor for better sea views, and it certainly didn't disappoint! It exceeded our expectations. The balcony was incredibly spacious, and the pool was conveniently located right next to us. It was incredibly convenient with a stunning, unobstructed sea view."

"The service was excellent, and the sea view was amazing! I stayed with my parents, but I'd especially recommend it for families with young children because of the many parent-child activities available. Of course, the weather plays a big role. The Holiday Inn behind focuses on families and value for money, while this hotel (Huayi) emphasizes a high-end experience and an even better sea view – particularly their butler service. From before check-in and throughout your stay, a dedicated butler is directly available to answer questions and resolve any issues, elevating the service quality to the highest level. I had various large and small problems, from changing room types to transitional arrangements, and my butler, Abby Xiaoman, handled everything perfectly."

"We stayed in the Wild Goose room type during the May Day holiday. During our stay, we saw squirrels, chameleons, and small monkeys in the park. Compared to Yunnan and Hangzhou, the squirrels here were the biggest I've ever seen, which shows the excellent ecological environment on the mountain. The hotel's breakfast was great, much better than the Hilton Yalong Bay where we stayed the previous two days. My picky eater child's appetite proved that, and the breakfast restaurant offers sea views, which makes eating more enjoyable. If you like peace and quiet, I recommend staying here for two nights. If you prefer a lively atmosphere, I'd suggest staying by the sea. It's lovely to quietly enjoy the sea view here, dine at a sea-view restaurant, and swim in a sea-view pool. However, if you want to experience bustling night markets and seafood stalls, you'll need to go down the mountain, which is quite inconvenient (as I got a bit carsick twice going down, even just from the lobby to Baihua Valley, a personal experience). The resort is divided into several areas, essentially small hilltops, from which you can see Haitang Bay (we could see a bit from our room) and Yalong Bay. Different room types, restaurants, and pools are also distributed across these various hilltops. If you have specific requirements regarding these, I recommend calling the hotel beforehand. After check-in, a manager contacts you. This time, Manager Sun who contacted us was excellent; she responded very promptly to any questions. She helped us book a guide service that the hotel cooperates with the scenic area. Additionally, the housekeeping staff would call to confirm if cleaning was needed. Overall, the hotel's service is definitely up to standard."

"This time, I brought my family to Sanya and specifically chose the full sea view two-bedroom 'party suite' at Zhujiang Garden Hotel. The moment we opened the door, everyone in the family couldn't help but exclaim 'Wow!' The 180° curved floor-to-ceiling windows unveiled the azure beauty of Dadonghai right before our eyes. We could see the ocean from both the living room and the bedroom, with coconut groves and waves visible just by looking up. This luxurious 'lie-down sea view' truly made the vacation start the moment we checked in. The biggest surprise was that the suite came with its own KTV, allowing us to sing. The experience of 'hosting a private concert by the sea' is a unique romance you won't find anywhere else. Yori's service was attentive and thoughtful, helping us arrange everything perfectly during our stay. Next time I come to Sanya, I'll definitely stay here again and save the rest of my songs for the next sea breeze."
