"The buffet breakfast at JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an Gaoxin was a perfect experience! The restaurant, located on the 38th floor, offers expansive views and a refined, comfortable dining atmosphere. The fusion of Western and Chinese dishes was a real highlight. You absolutely must try the local specialty station: the freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) had a crispy exterior and juicy braised meat, while the Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake), Hulu Tang (spicy soup), and Saozi Noodles were all authentic and delicious. You can savor Shaanxi cuisine without even leaving the hotel. The Western pastries were abundant, with croissants and Danish pastries that were soft and sweet, and the Eggs Benedict tasted authentic. The made-to-order noodle station was quick and used quality ingredients. There was a wide variety of fresh fruits, beverages, and desserts. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, the quality was top-notch, making for a delightful and satisfying breakfast. A must-try during your stay!"

"Shijingli Zhufengtang Hot Spring Hotel provided excellent service. They offered a 'panda car' shuttle to pick us up from the parking lot. In the afternoon, despite the hot weather outside, soaking in the spacious outdoor hot tub was incredibly comfortable, with sun umbrellas providing perfect shade. My child played happily in it for over an hour! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The resort also featured a wide array of evening performances and activities, along with complimentary sweet soup, fruit, and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely love to visit again!"

"A perfect experience beyond comparison! MEILIE Ling B&B (Bell Tower & Muslim Quarter Branch) was the biggest surprise of my trip to Xi’an, and it made me fall head over heels for this city. My housekeepers Cindy and Kevin responded promptly and efficiently. The entire team delivered warm, thoughtful service and took great care of us throughout our stay, delivering an outstanding experience. The property boasts luxurious and elegant decor with impeccable design taste; every detail of the furnishings and facilities is exquisitely crafted. The bed linens offer exceptional comfort for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with premium Le Labo toiletries, a Dyson hair dryer, and a classic Marshall speaker — a full lineup of high-end branded amenities that speak for themselves in quality. The daily breakfast and late-night snacks are made with quality ingredients and taste fantastic, warming both body and heart. I rarely eat meals provided by accommodation venues normally, yet I ended up enjoying full portions every single day here. The staff went all out to fulfill every request efficiently, with sincere and reliable service. We also received a lovely souvenir gift upon check-out, bringing one delightful surprise after another. This stay far exceeded all my expectations, hitting the ceiling in both value for money and overall experience. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi’an!"

"We were traveling to Xining and made a stop in Xi'an to visit the impressive Qin historical sites, which is why we stayed here. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering direct access to both the high-speed rail station and highway exits via the city's ring road. This ensures quick, traffic-free travel, making it perfect for a self-driving stopover. The room was, as always, impeccably clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was also excellent. We plan to stay here again on our return journey."

"Just returned from a trip to Huashan and stayed at this hotel, and the experience was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. A special shout-out to the executive lounge staff, whose professionalism was outstanding. The hotel recently opened, so all the facilities are brand new and impressive. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a huge suite. The room layout was well-designed and spacious, and the bathroom fixtures were modern with excellent water pressure, making for a very comfortable stay. The executive lounge had an elegant and peaceful ambiance, and the food was exquisite and delicious. The staff's warm and friendly service was a stark contrast to the somewhat strict management style at the Huashan scenic area, immediately making me feel relaxed as if I were home. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including authentic local Yan'an specialties. The 25-meter standard infinity pool on the top floor had pristine water quality. Overall, the quality of this hotel could be considered the gold standard for all Sheratons worldwide, and it's something all their properties should emulate and learn from."

The hotel was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded our room, and Judy's service truly stood out – she deserves a special shoutout! 👍 The suite we stayed in was super spacious and had a fantastic ambiance. The staff even took the time to beautifully decorate the room, paying attention to every detail, which made it feel extra special and ceremonial ✨. The package we booked included breakfast and afternoon tea, both of which had a wide variety of delicious options. The evening light meals also offered plenty of choices, and we could order all sorts of cocktails. There was even a fun cocktail challenge, but unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well that day and couldn't participate. My friends and I have already planned to come back specifically to try it next time! I also managed to squeeze in some time at the pool. There were hardly any people there, and the environment was really comfortable. A quick swim was incredibly relaxing. Overall, the facilities, all the food options, and the service were impeccable. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!"

"Staying at the Club Lounge grants access to a Chinese or Western set meal from 5-7:30 PM. This time, the Chinese option was stir-fried lamb with scallions, and the Western option was salmon. There was also a great variety of fruit, soup, vegetable salad, and desserts. This was my second stay here. The environment is lovely, and the service is excellent. This time, I also tried the Chinese restaurant and had their fruitwood roasted duck, which was delicious. Next time, I plan to experience the buffet and the lobby bar!"
