"The room wasn't very spacious, but the river view was a plus. However, the facilities were quite lacking. The moment I walked into the room, there was a strong smell of smoke that even opening the windows couldn't clear. I had to ask the front desk for an air purifier on the second day, which really should have been taken care of before guests checked in. Also, the room suddenly made a strange, loud noise, like a pipe bursting. When I called guest services, the engineer said it was because the air conditioning in the next room was on. It's ridiculous that the air conditioning in one room would affect the neighboring one. Furthermore, the cleaning staff threw away my empty beverage bottle without asking if I needed it, even though I specifically bought that glass bottle to use as a cup. When I called guest services, the cleaning staff brought it back, claiming they thought empty bottles were useless and that it was on the shelf, which was a blatant lie. And then the hairdryer was broken; I had to call guest services twice because they seemed to disbelieve me the first time. Throughout all this, the hotel offered no apologies whatsoever. On a positive note, I want to commend the bellhops – those young gentlemen were attentive and very friendly. Thank you to the bellhop guys! 🌹"

"I looked at several hotels before booking and finally chose Zhen Ting. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk service was attentive. My favorite part was the room with a bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, it's so relaxing to soak in a warm bath. Plus, the room was soundproof, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent (near Chenghuang Temple on Line 2). Tianyi Square is right next door, and it's convenient to get to Gulou and the Bund Bridge. Everything for food, drinks, and entertainment is on one street. Line 2 also goes directly to the high-speed rail station and the airport. It's really great value for money, highly recommend!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the main commercial street, so you can just step out and start shopping and dining. The staff were very pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast was good quality – the fruit was all very sweet, and the croissants were delicious! You can tell they put a lot of care into everything."

"Choosing the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Ningbo for my recent trip to Ningbo was absolutely the right decision! It definitely deserves a five-star rating! Let's start with the hardware – the rooms are spacious, the carpets are soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom, paved with white marble, feels very luxurious, and the addition of a smart toilet and a large bathtub is fantastic! Now, for the 'software' – the service – which truly deserves a special mention. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and the service here is by far the best! When we checked in, the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly polite and well-mannered, and he even managed to upgrade our room when possible. The other staff members were seamlessly coordinated, whether it was helping with luggage storage or directing us to the elevators. Every time we left, the doormen and lobby concierges were so friendly and always waved goodbye, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was also superb, and I even got to try the famous Ningbo tangyuan (rice balls). Ningbo is a beautiful city that left a lasting impression. When our trip ended, the hotel even arranged a car to take us to the airport. All connections were smooth and convenient. Even at checkout, the 'bellhop' proactively offered assistance, telling us to simply hand her the room card. The driver who took us to the airport was also incredibly polite! If there were a six-star rating, they would definitely earn it. Too bad I didn't take many photos!"

"This winter has been unusually mild, making us cherish autumn a little more. Suddenly, I realized autumn was gone, but the red maple leaves and yellow ginkgo trees offered a unique charm all their own. We made a last-minute decision to bring my parents and the baby to Ningbo, to savor the fresh seafood and try the unique Ningbo rice cakes. There were two main reasons we chose Ascott for our stay: first, its convenient location, and second, the impeccable service we received. Ningbo is home to some long-standing five-star hotels, which makes the newer brands stand out even more. A special thank you to Xiao Wang for the thoughtful hospitality. Ningbo's food is delicious! Ningbo is warm and inviting! We'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel is in a great location, right in Hongtai Plaza in Ningbo's Eastern New City. It's super convenient for shopping at both Hongtai Plaza and Hankyu. In the evenings, it's also easy to find a late-night spot for drinks with friends. The hotel environment is very clean and quiet, making it suitable for families, couples, and business travelers. The breakfast is also very good. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

Soaking away the day's fatigue and then enjoying a favorite drink from the minibar is incredibly relaxing. The hotel's executive corridor also offers a continuous supply of food and drinks. Breakfast includes DIY coffee, afternoon tea features freshly squeezed orange juice, and evenings feature four flavors of sake. The snacks are also exquisite, including cheese, burrita cheese, Iberian ham, smoked salmon salad, tapas, and even marinated crab for late-night snacks! It's a constant stream of surprises! The caviar bar's cocktails were also delicious. The bayberry wine, a triple win, had just the right alcohol content, sweet and sour, leaving you slightly tipsy. Breakfast the next day was at Chen Mansion on the second floor of the hotel. It was a semi-buffet style, with a subtly luxurious Shanghai-style decor perfect for photos. The dim sum was all Ningbo specialties; the pickled mustard greens and yellow croaker noodles were incredibly fresh, the freshly ground soy milk had a rich soy flavor, and there were also abalone pastries, white truffle yogurt, and other specialties! The hotel's singing bowl and incense-making activities are also worth experiencing. They allow you to calm your mind and immerse yourself in a therapeutic experience."

"The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to nearby attractions, many of which are within walking distance. It's also not far from the subway station, making it easy to get to places further away. I only found out upon checking in that this was the first five-star hotel in Zhejiang. Considering how many years it's been, the facilities have been well-maintained and renovated. The service is top-notch; all the staff are very friendly and proactively greet you, and they're quick to assist whenever you need help. The room had no strange odors, was very clean, and well-kept. During my multi-day stay, they even provided complimentary snacks."
