"This was my first time visiting Ningbo, and I booked this hotel, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. The front desk staff called me in advance to ask about my room preferences and estimated arrival time. Check-in was smooth, and they thoughtfully asked if I had driven, even offering a small box of fruit. The hotel provides free foot-soaking tubs; just tell the staff after 7 PM, and they'll bring one to your room. They also send WeChat messages about late-night snacks, and there's ice cream and popcorn, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. Housekeeping diligently refills bottled water and cleans the room, always checking via WeChat beforehand if we needed anything. The hotel also provides some toiletries. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff were polite and greeted us, and breakfast was good, especially the purple sweet potato, which was delicious. Thanks to all the hotel staff. After checking out, they even gave us some small gifts, like a fridge magnet, bottled water, masks, and wet wipes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Ningbo!"

"The scenery is absolutely stunning, especially at night where the three rivers meet. The location is superb; it's just a 10-15 minute walk across the bridge to the Old Bund. The World Heritage-listed Qing'an Guild Hall is only a 10-yuan walk away. It's also very close to the Ningbo Cultural Center, Ningbo Grand Theater (for Yue Opera), major commercial areas, and Tianyi Pavilion by taxi. Dongqian Lake is a 37-minute taxi ride, and the airport is only half an hour away. A 5-minute walk takes you to the high-end K11 mall, where dining options are plentiful. I particularly enjoyed watching 'The Meg' at the Bona Cinema's latest standard curved giant screen, the visuals and sound were incredible! The hotel staff are fantastic and very helpful; don't hesitate to ask them for anything. The hotel's Shang Palace restaurant serves exquisite dishes, far superior to outside establishments. The set meals for hotel guests offer great value for money, and the **à la carte roasted pigeon is an absolute steal!** My only minor quibble is that the complimentary fried peanuts didn't quite match Shang Palace's premium image. I'd suggest checking out the seaweed peanuts at Yongbo Mama Cuisine in K11 mall for inspiration. Also, the servers could be more attentive and proactive in refilling tea. Overall, if you're looking for quality living, I highly recommend this place."

"After comparing several hotels, we chose this one. While there were some negative reviews, we found that the hotel has undergone significant changes since then. Our room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spotless. The bedding was all new, and drinking water was provided promptly. They even offered afternoon tea and evening milk, and toiletries were refreshed daily. The hotel's location is also very convenient for transport and dining; it's just a two or three-minute walk to the subway and bus stations. For food, A Mao Restaurant nearby is excellent."

Cynthia from the front desk called ahead to confirm everything, and since we were traveling with a child, she arranged for a quiet floor and even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast buffet – such thoughtful service. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a family room. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were quite good. Although it's not a brand-new hotel, our overall experience was excellent. "The room was spacious and good lighting to make the room bright. It's not soundproofing. The bed mattresses were standard and clean. Some spots in the room like wallpaper, ceiling were needed to maintenance. Free 4 bottles of water in a room.
Free porridge and snacks were available from 21.30- 23.00 at the third floor. There were porridge or boiled rice, pickles (that's good taste, personally), Chinese steamed buns, dumplings, and some pastries."

"The room was great and spacious. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and patient. She helped us with check-in and registering our car plate, and even upgraded us to a better room because we had a baby. Her service was very attentive. All the facilities in the hotel are new, making for a very pleasant stay. Plus, there are many beautiful attractions within a one or two-kilometer walk. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, and they even provided baby utensils and bibs. Overall, our stay was wonderful."

GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.

GGuest UserWe stayed in the hotel apartment, which is in the same complex as Pan Pacific Hotel but in a different building. You can tell this hotel put a lot of thought into it – the facilities are excellent, and the details are perfect. The room itself is a bit older, but for a family room, it's great value for money. Breakfast is served at the Western restaurant in the hotel across the street, and it was very rich and festive, perfect for the Chinese New Year period. Their gym is also a major highlight – large and luxurious. Overall, it's a fantastic choice.

GGuest UserThis hotel truly deserves high praise! Everything from the environment and hygiene to the thoughtful service was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The desk and floor were spotless, and the toiletries were neatly arranged and reassuringly clean. While breakfast wasn't extensive, it was very refined. The service, however, was exceptionally warm and definitely a plus. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and genuine, answering all our questions and attending to every need. They even upgraded us to a river-view room! Daily supplies and impromptu requests were handled promptly and with great attention to detail, making our stay incredibly comfortable.

DDuduludululaluduThe most satisfying part of my Ningbo trip was staying at the Manxin Mansion. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells lovely, it's spacious and immaculately clean. The tea in the lobby is delicious, and the front desk staff are kind, pretty, and very welcoming with excellent service. The elevators are fast, and everything is truly super clean and smells amazing. The rooms on the 3rd floor are large, fragrant, spotless, and have comfortable high ceilings. There's a gym and laundry room right by the elevator. The cleaning staff are warm and attentive, and there are robots for room service. The underground parking garage is bright, spacious, and clean, and even has charging stations, directly connected to the hotel – so convenient and comfortable! Plus, it's right next to a pedestrian street, making shopping and dining incredibly accessible. All in all, whenever I go to Ningbo, I'll definitely stay at Manxin Mansion again. And coming from someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was extremely satisfied! 👍

The King Koil mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm – and with a choice of soft and firm pillows, I slept incredibly soundly. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation with a glass partition, and the high-quality fixtures really elevate the feel. Both the bedside and desk have USB sockets, making charging super convenient. Even little details like the mini-fridge and silent air conditioning are on point. The 24-hour gym in the common area is well-equipped, and all the facilities are new and well-maintained. It’s perfect whether you’re on a business trip or vacation!

DDing Ying ChorWe had a very pleasant 4-day, 3-night stay at the Novotel Ningbo East. The overall experience was positive. The lobby is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also provided us with one day of complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. The hotel's location is a major advantage, making it easy to get around the city.

YyingyingI have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter.
Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
