"The breakfast is delicious and the service is nice, room is clean, location is perfect, but it is kind of hot and dried at night and we have to turn off the heater and open the window."

"I was very shocked by this hotel. At first, I wondered if it would be a safe place for me. Exceeded expectations. The hotel is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, which is a great location. It's safe for first-time visitors. Highly recommended. Near the metro station (Lines 6 combonne station and 8). Near the Eiffel Tower. The receptionist was friendly and provided good recommendations. The hotel has a bar downstairs. I was very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"The hotel is located strategically near the train station and metro exists so it is convenient to go around using public transport. There are also a lot of cafes, bars and food around within walking distance so it is quite convenient. Only feedback is on the rooms, they are a bit small with the toilet and the shower area being very tight. The lift is also quite slow and small but overall it is a good stay at the hotel. The soundproffing of the room could be a little better also as noises from the road or sidewalk can be heard quite clearly but bed and pillow is firm enough at least I can sleep."

"Be aware that if you book this room for two people, you might get a double bed. Always double-check. For its price range, the facilities are a bit lacking compared to similar hotels. However, there are many amenities nearby, and it's quite close to the subway station."

"A warm and friendly welcome to a modest yet very adequate holiday accommodation. The rooms though small were fine. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was fabulous and the cost was very reasonable. Within comfortably walking distance there were many and varied bistros, restaurants and bars. We were there during hot weather and the fan in the bedroom was most welcome as an alternative to air conditioning."

"I stayed at Hotel Duquesne and found it to be decent overall, though with a few limitations worth noting. The room was comfortable enough for a short stay, but I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the complimentary spa as it was fully booked during my visit, which was disappointing since it was one of the features I was looking forward to. The location is also quite quiet and not very lively, which may not suit those looking for a more vibrant neighborhood with plenty of dining and nightlife options nearby. On the positive side, the hotel is still manageable for getting around Paris, and the stay was generally fine for rest and basic comfort."

"The welcome drink at the entrance was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The room was unique with a pointed ceiling. The coffee provided in the room was excellent. The French charm and romance made for a comfortable stay. There are also many restaurants nearby, with plenty of Sichuan cuisine options just a short walk away. You can even walk to the banks of the Seine River!"

"The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants nearby. We stayed for four days and were basically within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were a bit old, but very clean."

"Friendly staff and trendy location, sadly main reason of booking here was the colourful room option, but since a long time ago rooms are mostly white painted as shown in pictures. Website not updated…Non refundable room but finally a friendly agreement was issued, everyone happy."

"Getting there was super easy- I had to check in after midnight and it was great that I could do that without problem. The guy at the desk was lovely and I was charged the city tax (which I expected) and 18 euros for my assistant dog (which I didn’t since they haven’t warned me about that when I asked on an email if I could travel with her. The room was very comfortable- quite small but still comfortable. The shower super small- is good that I’m petite but be mindful of that tall or larger people- you might want to ask them for a better sized shower. The room was clean and the temperature nice- I didn’t get my request to stay away from the elevator door so I did hear some guests but it didn’t bother me. I would have preferred if the room had a fridge and maybe a kettle to make some tea/coffee? Also, it didn’t have any small toilet towels, as well as no toothpaste or any silverware of anykind- in that sense, you only get showergel/shampoo and soap from a dispenser, a hair dryer and TV & closet with strong case. But overall, it was very lovely- I definitely would recommend it for shorter stays and location convenience. I didn’t have breakfast- the woman in charge of that was a bit more dry than the rest of the staff, which were lovely. She told me I couldn’t enter with my dog- told her she was an assistant dog, then she kind of had to agree- but I preferred going in the neighborhood that has lots of cafes. Campanille was great! - the photo is when I left the room, sorry! (I forgot to take one when entering, but was super neat and tidy!)"
