"The room was truly beautiful, and I was very pleased with it. My only significant complaint is that the bed faced an entire wall of mirrors. I personally dislike sleeping opposite a mirror, so if this bothers you, I'd suggest either avoiding this hotel or requesting a room without mirrors from the front desk. The hotel, however, completely lacked a proper lobby. The elevator was quite old-fashioned, almost antique, and seemed to only fit one person at a time, but I actually found it charming. The cleanliness was exceptional; the room was cleaned daily, and hygiene standards were excellent. They even provided disposable slippers! I loved the bathroom's color scheme. The room decor, including an elegant wooden table, was lovely, and there was a pleasant, subtle fragrance. The bathroom itself was very spacious and comfortable, although the main room was a bit small and might feel cramped for two people. There are many appealing restaurants on the street directly behind the hotel, though I didn't get a chance to try them. Breakfast is served on the top floor, which I didn't visit, but I imagine the views would be great. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and luggage storage was available. The location is also fantastic, with a metro station nearby and bus number 68 right downstairs, which conveniently goes through central Paris. I usually took the bus back to the hotel and was very satisfied with its accessibility."

"Facilities: Excellent and comprehensive. Booking an Eiffel Tower view room is absolutely worth it; you can enjoy the magnificent view all day long. Cleanliness: Very good, meeting high standards. Location: Super convenient, situated in central Paris. Taxis are always readily available right outside the hotel entrance. Service: The front desk staff were very warm, helpful, and attentive. Overall, excellent."

"The location was very good. Hotel clean, but sadly there’s a smell from the toilet so I had to keep the WC door shut at all time to avoid the smell. The wall was thin so I could hear couples arguing the next door. A plus with window to the lively street of Paris (possible security concern)."

The front desk staff went above and beyond: they were not only friendly and efficient but also helped us store our luggage securely with patience and care. Daily room cleaning ensured everything stayed tidy and fresh throughout our stay. A few minor downsides: the elevator is quite small (challenging with bulky suitcases), and single rooms are compact – ideal for solo travelers packing light. However, the **double room was flawless**: spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. If you prioritize location, service, and value, this hotel is a winner. Highly recommended for couples or friends, though solo travelers might prefer to upgrade to a double room for extra space!"

"Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such. The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean with a nice desk to work from. The bathroom was a little challenging as the bathtub in the room was VERY high and required effort to get in and out. So ask for a room with a shower instead of bathtub if available because this can be an accessibility issue if that is important to you. Breakfast at the hotel is nice and varied. Also - the Wi-Fi at the hotel while perfectly serviceable for basic use cases, was a little bit slow for my business use case which required transferring some heavy files and so that took longer than I expected. But for basic emails, facetime calls, social media and such it was fine (around 10mbps up and down). The Bar and Lounge was also very good - with a nice selection of drinks and food to help you wind down after a long day at the conference. Service at the hotel was amazing - any time I had a question or needed help, staff was always happy to assist and always resolved all issues to my satisfaction. So all in all I highly recommend this hotel - especially if you have an event to attend at the nearby Palais de congress venue."

"I thought it would be chaotic in the red light district, but it turned out to be quite safe. The hotel staff was very responsible and the room was clean and nice."

"Stayed 3 nights. Good location with aircon/elevator. Toilet door is not a door actually(just slide, and visible). Overall, okay to sleep but the last night got some bites from the bed during the night. Water is not provided in the room. Need to go down and refill it."

"Room is small but clean and have enough stuff for short stay, good points are the window and the aircon. Accommodation is soso, acceptable. The receptionist is very friendly. Location is very convenient, restaurants are around, metro is nearby. Only one negative point is this area is it seems not so safe to walk alone in the evening in this area (after 9pm)."

"The location was amazing, close to all the tourist attractions, clean room and quality breakfast. CAREFUL FOR DOUBLE BREAKFAST PAYMENT- During checkout with Sandra, we were asked to pay for breakfast, even though it was already included in our booking package. One of our family members paid, and I had to request a refund. Sandra did apologize, but I am sure this is not the first time it happened to guests."
