"City center, small room, nothing to do about it. They charged a 100 Euro deposit which is still pending on my account after 10 days, that's what I'm most unhappy about. The room was so small you could only sit on the bed, and there was no space to open a large suitcase, so be prepared for that. The upside is that on New Year's Eve, we could walk to and from the Arc de Triomphe. There was a coffee machine, which I really liked, and they even left a handwritten note with cookies and chocolates waiting for us."

"The pool is tiny, the rooms are cramped, and the soundproofing is absolutely dreadful. I have no idea what they were thinking with the room assignments. Directly across from my room, less than a meter away, were two family rooms with separate doors, and the kids were incredibly noisy. Also, a heads-up about the front desk: some staff are friendly towards Chinese guests, while others are not."

"The hotel's location is super convenient. Just a 100-meter walk to the left from the entrance, and you're at the Arc de Triomphe. From there, it's a pleasant ten-minute stroll down the Champs-Élysées to the Jardin des Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of great food options around the hotel, both Western and Chinese, plus some delicious dessert shops. Even though I couldn't get a room with an Arc de Triomphe view from the balcony, the large terrace on the top floor room was still lovely. The hotel breakfast was good too, and the desserts were particularly tasty. The best part, though, was the complimentary laundry service and self-service water dispenser – a real bonus! The daily lobby snack bar: the cookies are delicious 😋"

"Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management and housekeeping are top-notch. The room was also very big. This was by far the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in France. It easily competes with five-star hotels. I booked a hotel over Christmas that cost over 15,000 for one night, and honestly, apart from a slightly better view, it really couldn't compare to this one. Highly recommend."

"I enjoyed our stay and can’t really complain however the night staff very rude and not helpful whatsoever we were having problem with our lights in the room not turning off and we called reception for then to be told at 12am it’s not his problem and his not a technician and hung up the phone we then went downstairs to explain that we can’t sleep with the light not off and can’t be very safe as can over heat. He then was very rudely telling us that not what he’s there for an nothing he can do I said I paid to stay somewhere where I should be able to ask for help and he then laughed and had a friend on the phone who was also laughing very unprofessional he then came up to check and removed the lightbulb which was still glowing in his hand and made us feel like complete ****** !!! When I told the receptionist in the mornin about this she didn’t see interested to say the least. Customer service from both night shift and this morning shift 0/10. Other than that an alright stay"

"1. The hotel's location is fairly convenient. There's a metro station right across the street and a bus stop not far from the entrance. However, all public transport options require transfers to get to the city center. (A taxi to the city center costs 20 Euros, Disneyland 40 Euros, and Charles de Gaulle Airport 50 Euros). Taxis are readily available. 2. The hotel breakfast offered limited options, with just simple bread, cheese, ham, and salad, so I only ate it once and skipped it the next day. 3. The room was very clean, and the staff cleaned it daily. Overall, the price matches what you get."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Louvre, and within walking distance of Paris's main museums and attractions. It's also very close to Metro Line 1. Combined with the Paris Museum 4-day pass, sightseeing was incredibly enjoyable. The hotel rooms were also exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast was just okay, but the breakfast restaurant itself had a unique charm. I'm very happy I chose to stay at this hotel. PS: There's also a very hidden speakeasy bar in the restaurant downstairs."

邦民promiseI’m having a vacation in Paris with my family and booked a room for 3. The room is big enough for us to put our luggage and it’s also so clean and tidy. The staff is so nice to answer all our questions. The best thing of this hotel is that it’s only 1 min away from the metro station, that’s so convenient. It’s also close to many tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower👏🏻I would definitely recommend this hotel to who would like to stay a few days in Paris!

GGuest UserThis hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages. It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte. About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge. Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue. Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Paris Gare de Lyon, just over 300 meters away, making it super convenient for high-speed rail travel. The room was clean, and there were complimentary fruits, snacks, and other small refreshments next to the front desk on the ground floor. The downside is that the room is a bit too small.

GGuest UserIn Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise Introduction: As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

11891324****The hotel has few rooms, and the rooms are quite small. A 20-inch suitcase needs to be stepped over to fit. The bathroom door is a sliding glass door facing the bed, which is inconvenient and affects sleep at night. The good thing is that they provide bottled water and slippers. Breakfast selection is limited: various breads, a fruit pastry (I don't know what kind of sauce it had, it was sour), and smoked salmon and ham slices – one was too fishy, the other too greasy, the taste was different from other hotels, I couldn't eat them. The scrambled eggs had butter on them, which I also didn't like, and there were no fried eggs. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, with major attractions nearby; Notre Dame Cathedral is a 5-minute walk, and the Louvre is a 13-minute walk. The service was very warm and patient; they even used a translator to translate for me, kudos to the front desk! 👍 However, regarding payment, I chose Alipay for payment after use, which is only available to credit card holders, but I still needed to pay a deposit by credit card upon arrival, which I don't understand. Hotels in other countries I booked didn't require a deposit; I should have paid directly. The deposit refund said it would take half a month, which is quite troublesome.

GGuest UserCheck in was straightforward and the room was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds and all expected amenities available inclusive of kettle and coffee machine. The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant. Staff did try hard to compensate at end of the stay but we had pre paid and didn't want to stay for a drink as needed to get off to next destination. The staff in fairness were very friendly and our little one did enjoy the table football.the breakfast could have had a bit more variety of more hot food choices and fresh fruit. However we did enjoy the egg station.

UUncle HsiungThe room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better – right across from the North Station, with a metro entrance just outside. It was literally a two-to-three-minute walk from the Eurostar platform. The staff were diligent, responsible, and friendly. One time, I needed to print something at midnight, and Harold on duty immediately helped me out – a big thanks to him! The only downside to the hotel is the poor soundproofing. My room was next to a large room that could sleep five people. Luckily, out of my seven-night stay, there were only two nights when someone was next door: once it was a family with two crying children, and another time it was a group of young people…

RraulmozosuarezI had a wonderful experience at Hôtel Lebron. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from major metro lines, shops, and charming cafés in the 9th arrondissement. It's an ideal base for exploring Paris. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and stylishly Parisian. My room was well-appointed with everything I needed, including a cozy bed, modern bathroom, and strong Wi-Fi. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. The staff were truly the highlight of my stay. Friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions or recommendations — they made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, with a variety of options to start the day right. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which allowed for a great night’s sleep. I would definitely recommend Hôtel Lebron to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Paris.

AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers. I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival. Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris. There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper. The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel. I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night. The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars. In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room. It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****. We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear. Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us. Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them. We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day. Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me. I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug. I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare. As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
