"I can understand not being able to open windows but the second window was frosty without being able to see outside. This hotel does not feel like a Japanese hotel at all. The so called ”sub-manager” with a shiny stone necklace around his neck and no uniform totally ignored my smile as I came back. When I asked if the umbrella was okay to borrow he barely even looked at my direction mumbling something. The staff members do not seem to wear uniforms or professional attire...which collar necklace confirms. You have a private room but cannot eat or drink in your own room?!! I remember about this happening in Chinese culture countries such as Singapore or Taiwan. Operating company is a ”Singapore” company.. so it makes sense. The sign would not be here if the company operated by a truly Japanese company."

"Osaka Trip Gem ✨ Premier Hotel CABIN PRESIDENT Osaka The transportation here is absolutely impeccable. It's right next to Minamimorimachi subway station, just a few minutes' walk to Osaka Tenmangu Shrine, and super convenient for getting to Umeda, Osaka Castle, and the Tenjin Matsuri festival grounds. The distinctive round building is really easy to spot, and the interior is elegant and quiet. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, and the mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet lives up to its reputation, with over sixty Japanese and Western dishes made from fresh ingredients. The staff are polite and gentle, and the luggage storage service is a great convenience. Located in a vibrant North District, there are convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs. If you're looking for a hotel that combines excellent transportation with comfortable living, this one is definitely worth prioritizing for your booking!"

"Traveling with a friend, we found this hotel very convenient as it's just a short walk from Dobutsuen-mae Station, and Tsutenkaku Tower is right next door. The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding us through the check-in process step-by-step. You can pick up any essential toiletries you need near the front desk, while other items like shower gel are provided in the room. There were also plenty of towels and bath towels. The soundproofing was excellent; we barely heard any noise from other guests, and the room was spacious enough to open our 24-inch suitcase. Just be careful in the bathtub as it was a bit slippery."

"The staff was really helpful. We were able to check in right away. There was only one outlet but an extension cord was provided. There were also vending machines in some floors so it was really helpful when we forgot to buy drinks from the convenience store. With its location, we walked daily to shinsaibashi for shopping and meals."

"This hotel is super convenient, located right above Yodobashi Camera near Umeda Station, which is always bustling with people. The room amenities are great, with a nice wet/dry bathroom separation. I was given a room on the 25th floor with a pretty good view. The hotel is massive, with 4 sets of elevators. You take one from the ground floor to the 9th-floor lobby, and then transfer to another set of hotel elevators from the 9th floor. You rarely have to wait long. The laundry room has many washing machines, almost always full, but it's really convenient that you can check the laundry room's usage and remaining time through the TV in your room. The 25th-floor view is nice. I didn't try breakfast. Overall, it's pretty great! 👍🏻"

"The room was generally clean and the bed was quite soft, which I personally liked. The service was overall acceptable. The front desk staff on duty that night had a strong English accent, but we could still communicate. After midnight, you need your room card to enter and exit the hotel, which feels secure. There are plenty of late-night food options nearby, and it's close to the subway station. One thing to note is that they only provide complimentary bottled water once, regardless of how many nights you stay, and the front desk won't mention it unless you ask."

"I highly recommend this place for those visiting Osaka for sightseeing. I didn't take the subway or bus at all during my entire trip to Osaka; I could walk everywhere. It was super convenient to be able to walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi street. The public bath and sauna were also clean and nice."

"Location-wise, the facilities are excellent and clean because it's newly opened. Soundproofing is also very good. However, the breakfast was disappointing; the coffee machine was broken, and no spare coffee powder was provided. Staff flexibility was also lacking."

"The location is perfect for exploring Osaka! It's within walking distance to Tenkachaya Station, making it super convenient to get to Kansai Airport via the Nankai Electric Railway. Transfers to Namba and Universal Studios are also smooth. The room is more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, allowing you to fully open your luggage. It's clean, and the bathroom has stable water pressure. The balcony is a plus for drying clothes, and the washing machine and refrigerator are a great convenience. Self check-in was easy. There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and local shops nearby, making daily life very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."

"This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Osaka! First off, the location is excellent, right next to Shin-Osaka Station, about a 5-minute walk. This station is incredibly convenient, with the Midosuji Line subway, and a starting train every 10 minutes, so you don't have to worry about not getting a seat. Shinkansen and local lines are also very accessible. Secondly, the hotel seems to be newly built, and both the exterior and interior decor are very upscale. There's a large public bath on the 4th floor, a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and a Sukiya and a pharmacy nearby. The amenities are very comprehensive! This time, we chose the Royal Premiere Room. I read reviews mentioning a washing machine, and to my surprise, there really was one! They even provide a packet of laundry detergent every day, which was a huge help. The room was also quite spacious, with two 1.6m large beds, and a fantastic view. Since it was very hot in Osaka during our stay, the hotel thoughtfully provided fans, and the staff were quite friendly! We didn't hear any noise during our stay, so the soundproofing is pretty good. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!"
