"The hotel is quite large, split into East and West buildings. Its location is excellent – not as noisy as Shinsaibashi or Umeda, yet still convenient for getting everywhere. It’s a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. It's a mere 200 meters from Yotsubashi Line's Higobashi Station and 600 meters from Midosuji Line's Yodoyabashi Station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, as well as the National Museum of Art, the Osaka Science Museum, and the Kosetsu Museum of Art. There's also a Lawson convenience store downstairs. The rooms are small, but that's typical for Japan, especially given the affordable price. The rooftop onsen is fantastic; it's free and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only downside is the lack of housekeeping. I stayed for 9 days, and my room wasn't cleaned once. I had to hang a bag for clean towels outside my door daily and leave dirty towels and trash there for collection. Toothbrushes and toothpaste had to be picked up from the front desk every day, and they wouldn't give you extras."

"Nice front desk services and great for all type of tourist. The room is bigger than my previous budget hotels in japan and you can do some bodyweight in your room. When night time after you get back from train or metro you will find convenience store easily. The guy who in front desk with long white hair, He help me a lot to make best way to go to Kyoto. A woman with long hair and tied up, She is nice and ready to help (she wear black suite with black converse all star, that cool). For who that make up my room, you have perfectly job. Everything was so good that I forgot to take pictures for the review."

"Budget hostel. Location is convenient. Only two stops to Namba. We booked triple room, The space is tight and small so not recommended if you bring large luggage. The beds are a bit dusty and pillows are too thin. The bathroom is clean and has many shower rooms for guests. It is on the first floor, while the toilet is on the third floor, so we have to go down and up from our room on the second floor."

"National Day disaster! This Japanese-style hotel, priced three times higher than usual, offered a shower experience that was utterly dreadful. I booked this Japanese-style hotel for my National Day trip, and the price was triple the usual rate. I expected a matching experience, but the awful shower completely ruined my good mood! The most outrageous issues were the shower's safety and design. The edge of the bathtub was incredibly slippery, with absolutely no anti-slip reinforcement. Three toiletries were placed directly on the edge, and during my shower, the shampoo bottle fell twice, landing heavily on my toes. The pain instantly put me off showering. There wasn't even basic safety protection. Even more frustrating was adjusting the shower temperature. The cold water came out incredibly slowly. Finding the right temperature required repeated attempts – it was either scalding hot at first, or I'd have to wait ages for the cold water to come through. This severely impacted my shower efficiency and was completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. I do not recommend staying here."

"The window in our booked room was a bit different and felt a little cramped, but we were too busy to bother switching rooms. Both the Trip.com customer service and the hotel front desk provided excellent service! 👍 Getting here from Kansai Airport: Take the Nankai Line to Tengachaya, then transfer to the Sakaisuji Line. Get off at Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station, Exit 12. Turn right and walk past 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and the dental/ENT clinic, and you'll arrive. It's truly less than 100 meters, and the whole journey takes about an hour. Getting to JR Osaka Station: A taxi costs 2100 JPY and takes 10 minutes. The subway also takes 10 minutes to Higashi-Umeda. The shower and toilet are in separate, independent spaces, which is great, though the sink area is a bit small, so things like toothbrushes and the Refa hairdryer tend to pile up. In the lobby on the first floor, you can pick up skincare products like makeup remover. The restaurant is the café on the first floor, offering set meals. Just bring your breakfast voucher, find a seat, ring the bell on the table, and tell the server which set menu (A-number) you'd like. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka!"

"This hotel is the 1st one that I choose when I started my japan trip in 2018. Glad to be back here again as this is technically my 3rd time staying. I actually was hopping I got the street view but still it was good.Personally I also quite like the interior design of the hotel. The location of the hotel is good as it is near to the food street of Dotonbori. I actually like the smoothing healing music that was provided on the TV as I will have a short nap while listening to it before moving off. Overall I have a very good experience with my stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful and greeted upon when meeted. I will choose this hotel again next year when I visit japan again."

"This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Osaka for business. It's incredibly convenient, located right outside Exit 2 of Minamimorimachi Station. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and there are plenty of dining options on the surrounding streets. Hankyu Department Store and Yodobashi are just about a 15-minute walk away. I'm a big fan of this room layout, especially since the toilet, shower, and vanity area are completely separate. This makes it ideal for families."

"Location is convenient but requires 5 to 10 mins walk to nearest train station. It's in a business neighbourhood so not many late night food options available around but its a nice quiet place to go back to after a day out at bustling umeda or namba. Hotel room was really spacious, nicely done up and comfortable; I wish I had one more night here. Service staff at the lobby were all friendly and they very graciously gave me an early check-in when there was a room available. Highly recommended!"

"Remember, the shuttle pickup point is at the West Exit of Osaka Station, under Sakurabashi Bridge. There's only one pick-up/drop-off point for the shuttle. Right next to it is a restaurant called Hakata Ikkousha; you can just search for that small shop."
