No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Great location, close to 7-Eleven, a Mamak restaurant, Lotus's, and my course venue. The room price was reasonable, and it even had a fan if you didn't want to use the air conditioning. The bathroom was okay, though I wasn't a huge fan of the glass panel – it looked a bit odd, even though you could draw a curtain to cover it. But overall, it was good. It was also convenient for breaking fast, as it was near a Ramadan bazaar.

Spent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan. They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean rooms. But when room door is open/shut, it creates a vacuum in the room that makes the windows vibrate. Also, should have installed double layer glass window panes or noise reduction screens because noise pollution from the street is clearly heard. Air conditioner couldn’t be reset as the control panel was locked resulting in us having to sleep without AC the entire night. We didn’t want to call maintenance because it was past midnight when we returned to our room.

Stayed there after a long and exhausting event. I chose it primarily as a place to shower, rest, sleep and write some reports, and it served that purpose well. Booking was a breeze, and the hotel is very easy to locate. They use a self-check-in kiosk which is quite straightforward, but the staff didn't hesitate to step in and assist when needed. I stayed in a no window room. Because there’s no window, there was a slightly damp smell when I first walked in. Luckily, I brought my own room spray, so it wasn't an issue for me, but it's something to keep in mind. The air conditioning isn't incredibly strong. If you prefer a freezing room, you might struggle, but as someone who isn't a huge fan of intense AC, it was perfectly acceptable to me. Also, the floors are mosaic tiles (no carpet), so I highly recommend bringing your own indoor slippers. On the bright side, the water pressure and hot water in the shower were excellent. There were also more than enough electrical sockets for two people to charge their devices. I didn't use the Wi-Fi, so I can't comment on that. There are water dispenser and iron with board at the corridor on my floor (3rd floor) While the hotel is surrounded by plenty of local restaurants, I opted to order GrabFood because I was too tired. It was super easy, I just asked the rider to leave the food at the lobby. Service: The staff on both the day and night shifts were incredibly helpful and friendly. They genuinely made the place feel welcoming, almost like home. Important Tip on Deposit: Make sure to bring RM50 cash for the security deposit. You can use a card, but the reception mentioned it takes a few days for the bank to release the refund, so cash is much more convenient. Overall, it’s a simple, no-frills hotel. If you just need a budget-friendly place to crash after a tiring day, it does the job. Thank you to the kind staff for looking after me!

I only stayed one day in Ipoh as a stopover. This hotel isn't in the city center, and it's not particularly close to the train station either. However, there are some other small shops within the same building, which makes for a decent collection. The environment is pretty good; it has an industrial design, but it doesn't look run-down. The room was small, but it matched the price. The first room we were given had a connecting door to the next room, so we asked to switch, and the front desk lady cheerfully changed it for us. There's a gym with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and some strength training equipment. Not many people seemed to use the gym, but the environment was nice and air-conditioned. I worked out for an hour and felt great afterwards.

Everything about this hotel is great, except it's right next to the highway, which makes it incredibly noisy. I couldn't sleep all night because of the constant traffic. The soundproofing is really, really bad. They even provided earplugs, which says a lot! 😂 The room decor is stylish and the mattress is excellent, but it's just so, so loud... Cleanliness: Both the toilet and the room were very clean.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

There's an ironing area on every floor, and a Coway water dispenser near the room.

No parking available, you'll need luck or an early arrival to find a spot, but public transport isn't very convenient. It takes a while to get to the attractions. The bedsheets weren't very clean initially, but the staff were happy to move us to another room. They were also considerate enough to arrange a ground-floor room for us, as we had an elderly person with mobility issues. Full marks for service! The area under the sink wasn't very clean, with some yellowish stains, but it wasn't a major issue. There's a step in front of the toilet, which can be difficult for elderly people needing to use the toilet or shower. Hot water is available, along with shower gel and shampoo, but no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. There's no fridge or kitchen (you can find food at Family Mart or 7-11). The TV channels are also quite old, and soundproofing isn't great. It's okay for a one-night stay if you can make do. Overall: It was a pretty good experience. Despite the drawbacks mentioned, they are definitely making improvements, but there's still room for more. Keep up the good work!
