"Absolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit)."

"The hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room itself was okay, but the bed felt quite small—I was honestly worried I might fall out. The wall lamp was also poorly placed, making it easy to hit your head. I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are cheaper options nearby. The biggest problem was the noise. There was significant roadwork outside starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Due to holes in the road, metal plates had been placed over them, and every time someone walked, cycled, or drove over them, it created very loud banging sounds. It was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I initially tried calling reception from the room phone without success, so I used my mobile instead. When I asked to change rooms because of the noise, the response I received was: “It’s a big city, what did you expect?” I found this reply dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve lived in London, so I am well aware of typical city noise—but this was something else entirely. Overall, while the location and WiFi are positives, the noise and the way my concern was handled mean I would not choose to stay here again."

"Couldn't check in early, but the common areas were super functional, vibrant, and relaxing – really on par with Clink in Amsterdam. While waiting on the 3rd floor, I looked through the floor-to-ceiling windows and saw a full rainbow panorama right in front of me, even spotting people walking on top of it clearly. However, paying an extra 50 DKK for bed linen was ridiculous, especially since it wasn't mentioned during booking! That evening, I asked the front desk if there was hot water, and they said yes, but it would cost 15 DKK per cup. Seriously! For a hostel, not having a communal kitchen or a fridge to store food, and not even providing a kettle, is just unacceptable. I can't consider these facilities to be adequate."

"This is one of the hotels I’ve stayed for quite long as I really liked it. I had to switch between two different rooms as I couldn’t extend my stay in one room. That said, it already speaks volume about the quality and efficiency of stay in this hotel. Hotels staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are so spacious even for a single occupant. Plus what I liked the most is that there are kitchenettes in each room which has a sink, a fridge, an induction stove, and several kitchen utensils and stuff you can use. Yes, you can definitely prepare and cook your own meals without spending too much on dine outs. They also offer breakfast and dinner for a separate fee. Also, their laundry service is justifiable with DKK 40 for washing and drying for every load (not per unit). And the other highlights? ~ it’s pretty accessible to the Metro Station, nearby shops and grocery stores, and the ever stunning Amager Beach overlooking the amazing Øresund Bridge connecting Denmark and Sweden. I loved and enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Their price is valid and worth it. I highly recommend for you to try yourself. And I’ll definitely book it again soonest when I get back to Denmark, hopefully. ❣️😇🙏🏼"

"I booked a twin room and chose the upper bunk. The room was a bit cramped, but for a place to just sleep for one night, it was quite comfortable. The self-check-in was convenient and quick, and the staff on duty were very friendly. There's a lounge area, a small bar, and a kitchen near the entrance. It's really great value for money and perfect for a short stay when exploring the city."

"Great hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy. What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time. The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen."

"It was a very nice hotel, it's very new too, only open a monthly when I was visited. it's very near the town, can walk to the shopping area in 20-30 minutes and also 5 minutes to Tivoli. Very near the train station. It's very good location. The staffs r so friendly and very helpful if I asked anything. I am sure to come back here if I have chance to visit Copenhagen again."

"Great location but keep in mind in Copenhagen, everything is walkable. so many reasonable options within walking distance. Basically, at this place you pay steep premium for staying within a stone's throw distance of the main street. Nice decor... but many things were dated. Carpets in lobby were dirty almost all the time. Cleaning crew was good, but had to remind the reception for simple things such as refill hand soap, towels, tissue paper etc... Another disappointment was HVAC. Hotel team locks the temperature at 21.9C so the room does not cool as much as it should. and the HVAC seemed dated and very noisy for comfortable sleep. I suppose they know most guests are one-time visitors so charge high rates but no need to make any effort beyond the basic. overall average experience."
