"The room was very spacious, and the location is actually quite good. We often passed by the Rainbow Road when taking a taxi back or out, and the sea views along the way were amazing. It was also very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely book again next time."

"It’s a shame I could only stay for one day. The best part is that there is a washing machine, so I could wash the clothes I wore during the day. Everything I needed was there, so I had a comfortable and relaxing stay."

"Avoid this place! The only positives are the spacious rooms and nice decor. 1. The service staff were unprofessional and somewhat cold. Upon check-in, there was no one to help with luggage, nor was a shuttle available. Our room was a bit of a walk, and we had to drag our suitcases ourselves. 2. I called the front desk and was told breakfast was from 6 AM to 10 AM. However, upon arriving just after 6 AM, I found out it actually started at 7 AM, which was a complete waste of time. As we were in a hurry to leave, our request for even a little fruit or bread was refused. (We paid for breakfast, so a little compensation or flexibility would have been appropriate.) 3. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy at night. 4. Room amenities were poor. No complimentary bottled water was provided (we had to buy it from a nearby supermarket), and basic items like toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing. 5. There were a lot of bugs, including large cockroaches. 6. The location is quite remote."

"This place is really suitable for solo travelers. Although the fully self-check-in process requires some time to read the instructions, the very low price makes it worthwhile. **Environment:** The location is right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. **Hygiene:** It was extremely clean, but I wasn't a fan of the air freshener used. **Facilities:** I recommend bringing your own towel; the one provided was a bit too stiff for my liking."

"Had a great experience! The self-check-in system was available in Chinese, which was very helpful. The room had a really nice high ceiling and a balcony with city views. The soundproofing was good, so I slept very well at night. There were no disposable toiletries, but a hairdryer was provided. Trash collection was efficient, and the biggest surprise was the various pieces of furniture that were all functional and usable – a real bonus! Overall, it was a very good stay. The location is also excellent, right in the city center with a convenient store downstairs. Plus, there's a fantastic grandpa's pork bone soup restaurant next door with great food and service! Thumbs up!"

"The hotel is large, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus station. There’s not much around — a CU convenience store a bit further, and a GS25 even farther. It seems more suitable for locals with cars; for foreigners relying on buses or taxis, the location can be inconvenient. The room is spacious, but the bathroom feels outdated compared to other hotels I've stayed at, even those with lower prices. Staff speak English and were friendlier than I expected. There's a pool, but swimming isn’t really possible — mostly kids playing in the evening. I booked it to swim, so that part was disappointing."

"Location & Facilities: The hotel’s location is perfect, walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Having a 24-hour convenience store, souvenir shop, and various eateries (BBQ Chicken, Pizza, Coffee) right in the lobby was incredibly convenient for traveling with a child and an elderly parent. Parking was also plentiful. The Room: We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our Suite. It featured two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with comfortable floor mattresses. The fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, and dish soap included) was a highlight; we loved cooking late-night Ramyeon! Cleanliness & Service: The hotel maintains high standards. I especially appreciated the organized trash disposal area on the floor that we stayed. Regarding service, the staff was attentive and helpful, especially during a fire drill. While we understand these drills are infrequent, the initial announcements were entirely in Korean, causing confusion and worry for our family. English was only used at the final moment for the ”evacuate” command. Although the front desk staff was very eager to explain using a translator, it would be much better if all informative announcements were provided in English to prevent unnecessary panic. Overall: A fantastic, family-friendly choice. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jeju!"

"This is an excellent hotel for a peaceful getaway. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a couple of shops, cafes, restaurants, and souvenir stores. It might be a bit tricky without a car due to the road layout, but that's typical for those traveling around Jeju. Waking up to the sound of the waves is incredible, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. Even if you don't speak Korean, they'll actively communicate with you using a translator and are always ready to help. I have nothing but positive feelings about this hotel. Good luck and prosperity to your business! If I'm ever in Jeju again, I'll definitely book this place."

"Pros: The room is spacious. The location in front of the hotel is good; you can go anywhere. Cons: The facilities are old. There are many bugs. The balcony is difficult to use; the condition of the window frames is terrible. It is okay to go on a cheap tour package. It is suitable for a solo trip just to stay for a short while. For families or couples, it is just motel level. Good for visiting cafes in Aewol... though it seems a bit far. I didn't take any photos of the hotel. There wasn't much worth photographing."

"It was an ocean-view room, and the view was amazing. However, it was a bit inconvenient that there were some restrictions on cooking. Nevertheless, the staff at the reception were very kind, and it was a satisfying accommodation that was clean and offered great value for money."
