"Facilities: The hotel's concierge desk is on the ground floor, while the lobby is on the 47th floor. To get to your room, you first take an elevator from the ground floor to the 47th floor, then use your key card to transfer to another elevator that goes to the rooms. The toilet in the room was quite old-fashioned but thankfully clean! The curtains are electric, and the TV is pretty big, though I didn't try to cast anything to it. The sofa area is well-designed with a large round table and a sofa that has power outlets nearby, making it convenient for charging phones and laptops while relaxing. The bedside tables are also spacious, great for placing items. The air conditioning was powerful and effective. The mini-bar fridge was empty, and only two bottles of mineral water were provided. The washbasin was small. They only provided two toothbrushes, a comb, and some cotton swabs. No razor, which is fine, but not even a shower cap – I wonder if it was just overlooked! Service: When I first arrived, it was a bit frustrating; there was no service at all, and I had to ask about everything myself! At the front desk for check-in, the staff said my name wasn't on any order. They asked to see my Ctrip order on my phone, which was a first for me! I didn't encounter a single staff member who greeted me; they just acted like guests were invisible! I even bumped into a young staff member outside my room who just glanced at me twice and acted like she didn't see me. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, but their service training in this regard is clearly lacking, especially for young employees who should have this basic awareness! Later that evening, when I went to the concierge to pick up a delivery, Xiao Jie was very helpful. He assisted me with my packages, gave me a tote bag for my items, and even offered to dispose of my trash. Environment: Getting food delivered is easy, pretty much anything is available, and there are also restaurants downstairs, which is convenient! Deliveries are brought by robots, but you have to call the concierge separately to request the robot delivery, likely for security reasons. The critical part was that my delivery arrived at 7:27 PM, and after two follow-up calls, it finally reached my room at 7:50 PM – unbelievable! Parking: I pre-arranged and reserved a ground-level parking spot. It was very crowded, so if you have a large car, it will test your driving skills!"

The smart assistant in the room was super convenient; I could control the TV, curtains, and bathroom features with ease. The decor was elegant yet uncluttered, making for a truly comfortable stay. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right across the street, making dining, entertainment, and getting around incredibly convenient. Everything was impeccable – I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"

"This hotel has a great atmosphere. It's a low-rise building, with only the 2nd floor lacking an elevator. The front desk area for check-in is very spacious. "Atour Hotels are a favorite of mine, and this time, choosing the Atour Hotel in Zhangzhou Minnan Wuyue Plaza once again left me extremely satisfied. Service: The staff on the day of check-in were very welcoming and proactively helped guests solve problems and provided information. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located; it's easy to take a taxi to the ancient city or Zhangzhou Railway Station. It's also very quiet at night. Cleanliness: The hotel bedding and bathroom fixtures were very clean and hygienic. Facilities: The hotel facilities are complete and new. The breakfast selection is extensive. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is very new, it is a rare hotel with a certain scale in the ancient city, and most of the others are homestays. The decoration style is very good, one step at a time, the public areas including the hotel lobby and the corridor are very stylish. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the furniture is unique. A table and a chair are exposed to the beautiful Song Dynasty style, which makes people calm down without feeling in it. There is a small open-air hot spring pool in the hotel, the Yueting King Room is equipped with a small balcony, and the garden scenery is unobstructed. The room hygiene is very meticulous, and the toiletries are also upscale. The hotel hardware facilities are impeccable. I hope that after the partial renovation of the hotel is completed in time, the management and service level will be higher. The buffet breakfast meal variety can be richer. "定了兩晚觀景房，入住的時候前台小姐姐給了11樓的高層，對面就是江，景色非常不錯，這次來漳州度假體驗感不錯，然而要走的時候被酒店工作人員膈應了一把，我退房的時候問了一嘴有沒有伴手禮，前台辦退房的小姐姐和小哥哥就去問了一下看起來應該是他們領導的人吧，然後小哥哥就給我拿了一盒茶餅，問了我幾個人，我就説兩個人，然後又給了我一盒，好，事情到這裏都還沒啥，我就走到了靠窗的座位等我男朋友（因為退房高峯期就一部電梯能動，我等了好久先下來辦退房，男朋友拉着行李箱坐下一班電梯），可能是我坐的位置前台看不到吧，我就聽到他們在蛐蛐我，説給了我兩盒茶餅，還説我的房間亂七八糟，聽起來是後悔不應該給我，那我問題就來了如果覺得我的銀會員不夠level要伴手禮不給就是了，給了還背後蛐蛐客人。另外退房的時候前台小姐姐問我住的怎麼樣，我説還好，但是沒説第一天中午在我沒有要求打掃房間，並且人還在房間換衣服的時候，保潔用房卡打開了我的房間門，我理解中午是打掃房間的時間，但是也不跟前台確認下我這個房間住幾晚，房間有人還進來，這是我住那麼多酒店第一次遇到這樣的，然後打掃完床頭的紙巾用完了，也沒給放新的，吃東西想擦個桌子都沒紙巾，還好我自己帶了小包的面巾紙，省着用的，至於蛐蛐我房間亂七八糟，我更是無語，難道我住了房間還要還原了再走嗎？我是來酒店打掃衞生的嗎？我也是正常住，沒亂丟亂扔，外賣啥的我也是儘量裝回袋子裏面綁好放垃圾桶旁邊，還要被蛐蛐，真是服了，這個差評是給蛐蛐我的女工作人員，至於是哪位你們自己知道了"

"Staying at the Dizhongxin Hotel was absolutely the right choice! First off, the location is fantastic – just over 1 km from Wuyue Plaza and about 5 km from the ancient city. If you're looking to explore Zhangzhou's snacks and historical sites, this is definitely the best hotel, and it offers incredible value for money. Plus, the Jiulong River is right next to the hotel, providing a beautiful environment. The lobby is modern and spacious, and the floral arrangements are tastefully done, making it very welcoming. The front desk staff handled my check-in super quickly and were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, the linens were very soft, and the hot water was quick and consistent. I loved the huge projector screen (which even comes with a membership!) and the independent Midea air conditioning. And the three-zone separated bathroom area is simply amazing! The most important thing, and I'll say it three times: there's a free parking lot with a river view, a free parking lot with a river view, a free parking lot with a river view! I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend the Dizhongxin Hotel."

"This time I stayed at Hanting Zhangzhou Ancient City Confucian Temple Hot Spring Hotel and the overall feeling was great. The hotel is located next to the ancient city Confucian Temple, antique, you can visit the ancient city on foot, it is very convenient to travel and play. The room was cleaned very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest at night was very stable. The front desk staff was kind, the check-in was efficient and neat, and they also intimately informed the surrounding food and play places. The breakfast category is complete, and you can eat the southern Anhui specialties early. The hotel has a quiet and elegant environment and complete supporting facilities. Although there is no hot spring experience, the daily living experience is very good and the price is very high. It is worth staying for a trip to Zhangzhou ."

"The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the room was immaculate with a great view. The bedding is quite comfortable and clean, we are also very happy about the room service, always comes back to a perfectly clean room! The location is super convenient you can pretty much get everything you need in the shopping mall next to the hotel. The service is excellent, me and my partner enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back."
