"I didn't have high expectations because of some negative reviews, but it exceeded them. It had a view of Hallasan Mountain, was surrounded by greenery, and was friendly and clean. I did notice the bathroom smell mentioned in the reviews, but it wasn't constant; it was intermittent. I think it's unavoidable because the pipes are old. Closing the bathroom door solved the problem."

"The ambiance here is fantastic, and they even provide kitchenware, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent – they even went the extra mile to help us order food delivery. The property is conveniently located, making it absolutely perfect for a family trip. My family really enjoyed the little garden, and the amenities provided were comprehensive. Plus, getting a taxi was super easy."

"Old hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed."

"I stayed in a room at Saijier. The room was large, with a living room, bedroom, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, electric stove, and all the necessary utensils. It's also very close to the beach, and many locals come to visit on weekends. There are also various activities available! It's quite suitable for a relaxing vacation. The front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese and is rather inflexible!"

"Location & Facilities: The hotel’s location is perfect, walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Having a 24-hour convenience store, souvenir shop, and various eateries (BBQ Chicken, Pizza, Coffee) right in the lobby was incredibly convenient for traveling with a child and an elderly parent. Parking was also plentiful. The Room: We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our Suite. It featured two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with comfortable floor mattresses. The fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, and dish soap included) was a highlight; we loved cooking late-night Ramyeon! Cleanliness & Service: The hotel maintains high standards. I especially appreciated the organized trash disposal area on the floor that we stayed. Regarding service, the staff was attentive and helpful, especially during a fire drill. While we understand these drills are infrequent, the initial announcements were entirely in Korean, causing confusion and worry for our family. English was only used at the final moment for the ”evacuate” command. Although the front desk staff was very eager to explain using a translator, it would be much better if all informative announcements were provided in English to prevent unnecessary panic. Overall: A fantastic, family-friendly choice. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jeju!"

"This is the perfect place for a family trip! The outdoor pool is always open, and the rooftop pool was fantastic! The ocean is right in front, so it's great for taking a walk, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby! We'd love to come back! The live music every night was also great."

"GS25 convenient store at hotel lobby provides convenience to customers. Requested for more pillows but they said each room is limited to two extra although we have 4 guests. Nearby parking is limited so the car needs to be parked far away behind the resort's pool. Limited available power sockets for charging (only 2) Breakfast spread was good with plenty of food options, highly recommended"

"This place is absolutely beautiful and offers so much fun! You can really tell how much thought and effort went into creating this resort. Our room had lovely views of both the pool and the sea. We initially came with our children for the pool, but discovered there are plenty of other activities to enjoy beyond just swimming. The building's exterior is absolutely stunning! The pool area is fantastic for young kids (kindergarten and elementary school age), and the animal-themed accommodations are just adorable! It's conveniently located near a Hanaro Mart and a hospital. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. We had a truly delightful stay here and were constantly impressed by the thoughtful details throughout the resort."
