NNichjosWow best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had the option of staying in Guilin or Xingping before leaving by high speed train, so we decided to stay here for a night. By far the best place on our whole trip. The pickup and drop off service was amazing and very attentive through WeChat. While many places advertise english services, the lovely lady at reception was very fluent and friendly. On arrival, we were offered afternoon tea and drinks as well as FREE laundry services before leaving the next day (Wow). We were then told about the rooftop photography area which was also lovely. Our room was amazing, there was a huge walk in closet, huge bathroom with bath, shower and an automated toilet. We headed out to town for the afternoon and on our return at ~7pm were picked up and brought back to the hotel. After looking for dinner, the lovely lady at the counter told us about the adjoining restaurant which was discounted for guests. Because it was the low season (which surprised us as the weather was really nice), the restaurant was completely empty so we had 1 on 1 service. After about 30 minutes of cooking the just killed fish, we had one of the nicest and freshest meals on our trip. After all that there was a midnight snack, which was set up à la carte. Everything was delicious
Overall completely worth the money, they could easily charge more given the service which was better than many of the 5 star chain hotels we’ve been to.

EE2492****Traveling during the off-season is truly a joy, and I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel! The price was fantastic, and the experience was excellent. The side dishes at breakfast were delicious, and I appreciated the many thoughtful details in the room. Xiao Zou, a staff member, was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us with our luggage, offering practical advice based on our needs and the current season. Her recommendations made our trip so much fun! In the evenings, the front desk staff would even deliver desserts to our room. Taxis are also relatively easy to find from this location. Overall, it was a very warm and friendly travel experience.

The location is perfect, offering a serene and picturesque setting that adds to the overall charm of the stay. It’s peaceful yet conveniently accessible, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration.
The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether we indulged in local delicacies or international options, every dish was delicious and beautifully presented.
As for the amenities, the hotel offers a blend of luxury and comfort, with well-maintained facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are elegantly designed, the ambiance is calming, and everything is spotless.

OOleg VrabiiFantastic location and amazing hotel. As others have mentioned, it’s right in the Yangshuo walking area, but separated enough for it to be quiet at night.
They offered my a free room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise.
Clean room and attentive staff. They were always available for help when I needed to find my way around the attractions.

花花貓咪I had the pleasure of staying at 花梦间 as it was the best decision I’ve made in hotels for our Guilin China. There are two branches, one near Yulong River and the other at Eternal Romance Park. Both properties are beautiful and comparable to a 5 star hotel. The design of the space in fact won an award, so it was an absolutely comfortable stay. We accidentally landed at the wrong branch and could not get a cab due to the peak travel seasons and the boss himself came to pick us up in the middle of his meal. That was absolutely kind of him. The most memorable aspect of the stay was the dedication of the boss towards making guests comfortable. On several occasions we saw him running errands for the hotel himself. The rooms also had thoughtful details such as metal clothes hangers and two types of pillows for guests. Beds were comfortable to sleep in and sound proofing was good. Upon check in, they will put you into a WeChat group with the “hotel butler” to assist with requests and they respond quickly to questions. Afternoon tea cakes were also delicious! If you like to be lively the Yulong branch near the river has more footprint as there are bamboo rafting ports at the doorstep and lots of beautiful cafe nearby. If you want a newer property and to go to the Eternal Romance Park the other branch has beautiful big rooms and a little courtyard where they plant some small vegetables, quite cute to look at! I’d love to come here and stay again. Thank you once again for the lovely lovely stay.

GGuest UserI am traveling with three elderly people in my family who are 200 years old in total. The hotel is located opposite Yuanbao Mountain and it is relatively convenient to drive. My family is quite satisfied with the room. It's clean and tidy, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a nice view. The three young girls I met at the front desk were very attentive in their service. The mung bean porridge in the evening and breakfast in the morning were more suitable for the elderly. recommend

JJimu4It had been 13 years since my last visit to Yangshuo, and some things were a bit hazy. This time, I arranged a family trip, and I was quite excited. Before we left, I searched platforms for suitable accommodations. After seeing the descriptions and pictures, I chose this hotel.
1. The Zhuchuang Xiyu Resort Hotel (Yangshuo Shili Hualang Yulong River Branch) isn't in the town center, and I didn't need to stay there or near West Street. However, the hotel's location is convenient for getting around, right in the Shili Hualang (Ten-Mile Gallery).
2. The hotel has its own parking lot with free parking, making it easy to come and go.
3. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, providing information about the hotel and Yangshuo tourism.
4. The room was very spacious, incredibly comfortable for three people, and the cleanliness was excellent.
It truly is a great choice for family accommodation. Thanks again to the hotel staff. Take a look at the photo I attached – it's the view from my room window. That's exactly what drew me here, and I believe it will draw you too.

GGuest UserFrom the hotel entrance, you get a direct view of Yuanbao Mountain, famously featured on the 20 RMB banknote. It's also incredibly close to the electric bamboo raft pier. The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly, always quick to help resolve any issues. A big bonus is that the hotel can purchase tickets for local attractions on your behalf, saving you from queuing up yourself. Absolutely fantastic! We'll definitely be back if we get the chance.

PPeggy ChowThis room is a traditional Chinese style and decor is quite outdated. There's smoking smell in the room and we must use the air-conditioner to exchange stale air. Carpet is stained and lightings difficult to control. We love the split type air-conditioner which we can control the temperature as we like. It is very important because we must close the window at night due to noise outside.
Another positive feature is the wooden bathtub. The stopper leaks a little so we use plastic bag to stop it from leaking when we use the bath.
Customer service is excellent and they make sure we get the right service every time.

OOscarIt is only a few minutes away from Shuierdi Wharf, the environment is quiet, and there is a small store on the Yulong River opposite. It is highly recommended to friends who go to play bamboo rafts in the morning. The price performance ratio is very high
