Hotel near Jiefangbei Area/Hong Ya Dong,Chongqing
Chongqing Intercity Hotel, Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street Nestled in the heart of Jiefangbei Business District, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, the hotel is just steps from Exit 10B of Jiaochangkou Station on Metro Line 1, with a mere 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei. Housed in a standalone Roman-style building, it offers complimentary parking for in-house guests on the B1 and B2 levels. The 12th floor features a German-style restaurant and river-view meeting rooms, while a viral spiral staircase leads to the 13th floor, home to an infinity pool and a domed bar with sweeping views of Shibati and the night scenery of the two rivers. All guest rooms are fully smart-enabled and fitted with Sealy mattresses. Characterized by efficiency, intelligence and comfort, the hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers, delivering a convenient and warm stay experience.

"Staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Chongqing's Jiefangbei was one of the most satisfying hotel experiences I've had; the overall experience was truly delightful. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated on Minquan Road, right next to a subway entrance. It's about a five-minute walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Bayi Food Street, and just over ten minutes to Hongyadong. It's perfect for both getting around and enjoying local food and drinks. What truly impressed me was the hotel's overall design and spatial planning. From the exterior to the lobby, everything exudes grandeur and a clear sense of quality. Upon entering the room, you immediately feel it's a meticulously crafted space – it combines the clean lines of modern design with the comfort needed for both business and leisure, avoiding the monotonous and rigid feel of traditional business hotels. The overall ambiance is very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. The room layout and attention to detail were also spot-on. The wet and dry areas are well-separated, and the flow is clear and user-friendly. Although the window in our room wasn't particularly large, the ventilation was excellent, and the air felt fresh. Air fresheners were placed at every corner of the corridors, and the carpet was soft and clean. From the public areas to the room itself, you could feel the hotel's dedication to creating a pleasant environment. There were several design details I particularly liked: Next to the sofa, there was a round table, perfect for children doing homework or adults reading and working. The bedside tables on either side of the bed were artistic – one round, the other shaped like a water droplet – both stylish and practical. The tabletop material was excellent; spills wiped clean with ease. The water dispenser, mini-fridge, and coffee/tea setup were also thoughtfully arranged, giving off a five-star quality vibe. Additionally, the TV in the room was huge; my kids even said it was the biggest they'd ever seen in a hotel, making for a fantastic viewing experience – a pleasant surprise. Now, let's talk about the service experience, which was a huge plus for me. Upon check-in, a personal butler was assigned to me via WeChat to follow up throughout my stay. I must give a special shout-out to my butler, Peanut. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly proactive and meticulous, responding to almost every request immediately. Her communication was natural and comfortable, making me feel truly cared for and professional. This feeling of being genuinely looked after is rare and a significant reason why this hotel left such a deep impression on me. The hotel's dining options were also outstanding, and I have to highlight them. First, the breakfast buffet – I'd say it was one of the most satisfying parts of my stay. If 10 is a perfect score, I'd give it an unhesitating 10. The variety was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options. Salads and fruits are standard, but what made it even better was the freshly prepared Chinese breakfast items, like Chongqing noodles, which tasted authentic and were of high quality. It was a very enjoyable meal. From the food quality to the service, the overall standard was very high, with great attention to detail. It truly was so good that it's hard to describe it all (I also took pictures, which you can refer to). Additionally, the afternoon tea offered daily from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM was a major highlight. Cakes, fruits, salads, pastries, coffee, and milk were all available and exquisitely presented. In other hotels or cafes, afternoon tea of this quality would typically cost over 100 yuan, but here it's priced at only 58 yuan and given complimentary to guests. It truly shows sincerity and generosity. Another thoughtful detail was the bedtime milk service. Every evening, the butler would ask for a preferred time and deliver warm milk to the room, a small cup for each person. This attention to detail was perfect; after drinking it, I felt completely relaxed, and my sleep was more restful. This was a real bonus. Furthermore, the hotel's third floor features a well-equipped gym and laundry room, which was another pleasant surprise. The laundry room itself was spacious and well-organized, one of the best hotel laundry facilities I've ever experienced. Washing machines, dryers, sinks, and ironing boards were all available, and even details like laundry detergent and laundry bags were thoughtfully provided. The entire process, from washing and drying to organizing and storing clothes, had a clear flow, making it very convenient to use. These details demonstrate the hotel's dedication to functional guest experience (I also took photos, which you can refer to). It's also very kid-friendly. On the first floor, you can get free Haagen-Dazs ice cream and freshly made cotton candy, which made the kids incredibly happy. Moreover, the hotel's 12th floor boasts a terrace, pool, and observation area. In the evenings (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM), there are holiday-themed music events, creating a great atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Overall, this hotel excels in design, service, dining, and detailed guest experience. It was a truly delightful stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing and highly recommend it to everyone."

"🛏️ The ambiance is superb! The entire hotel is incredibly beautiful and perfect for photos, especially the elevator which has such a great vibe. It's a beautifully renovated independent heritage building. 🔆 It's a quiet little nook right next to the bustling Shibati area. From the connecting corridor, you can see a panoramic view of Shibati, and the night view is especially stunning. It’s perfect for exploring Shibati and then being able to retreat to the hotel to rest when you're tired. 🛍️ The service is also fantastic! The underground parking they provide is very convenient. The staff (both guys and girls) are all super friendly and essentially respond to all your requests 24/7 (and I even got a mysterious souvenir before I left!). 📸 I also happened to catch a photographer at the hotel and had a travel photoshoot experience. The photographer did an amazing job, and as a hotel guest, I got a great deal on the price too!"

"Staying at this hotel felt like being on cloud nine! ☁️ After visiting Eling Park and Liziba during the day, I returned to the hotel to find a quiet and peaceful environment, a true oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel boasts a modern, minimalist, yet luxurious design, with wooden elements complemented by soft lighting. The room was spacious, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the city's greenery. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The amenities were excellent. The gym had expansive views and a full range of equipment, allowing me to enjoy the city scenery while working out. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options. They even had freshly made Chongqing noodles, along with fresh fruits, bread, and pastries. The front desk service was also very attentive."

The Ronghui Hot Spring Resort (Ronghui Quan Bieyuan) is a five-star hotel located next to the hot springs and a water park. Free parking and free Wi-Fi in public areas are available to guests of this hotel. An on-site restaurant serves both Chinese and Western fare. A coffee shop and lobby bar provide additional spaces for guests to meet with friends or relax with a drink. Those working while away have full access to the hotel's business center and meeting rooms. Besides the hot springs, guests can unwind at the gym or swimming pool, or have some fun at the nightclub or karaoke rooms on the premises.

"The room was fantastic, with a strong Chinese aesthetic. Most of the furniture and facilities were made of wood, which was very comfortable. There was even a mahjong table, though we couldn't gather enough people to play, haha! The bed was very comfortable. Upon check-in, we also received a complimentary enhanced hot spring experience. We chose lavender, and to our surprise, it was freshly brewed, which was a lovely surprise. After checking out, I left my power bank in the room, and it wasn't convenient to arrange a courier. Our butler, Xiaoya, brought it to us the next morning, for which I'm extremely grateful. Both the check-in and check-out services were excellent. When we left, we didn't even need to go to the front desk to check out, but the butler still chased us out from the front desk to say goodbye, ask about our stay, and see us off. Although breakfast for two was included when we booked the room, we didn't wake up in time. I'll definitely try it next time I visit!"

The hotel is right next to Shengdi Hot Springs, which is perfect for a soak before or after your stay. The front desk staff were excellent; they prepared slippers and toiletries for our child. When we asked for a late check-out to enjoy a lie-in during our holiday, they readily agreed. They even gave us a small souvenir when we checked out. Thank you so much! This is definitely a hotel worth staying at again. 👍🏻"

"The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and the bedding was excellent. The hotel service was also good. However, the hotel's layout is very peculiar and it's easy to get lost. You have to take different elevators to reach your room, and getting to the laundry room and restaurant is also extremely inconvenient. If you try to find them yourself, it's almost impossible. Even catching a taxi was a hassle. The hotel's breakfast was quite poor, with not many options. Overall, the experience was not good, very inconvenient, and I wouldn't highly recommend this hotel."

Feel pampered by wellness treatments and the authentic Chinese and Spanish culinarydelicacies and be inspired by its wide and modern Power Meeting facilities.

"Last year, I was pregnant during the Chinese New Year, so we didn't want to travel far and chose Melia for our holiday. It was a fantastic experience! That's why we picked Melia again this year. [okR] Environment: Located in Tieshanping Forest Park, the air is rich in negative ions. The beautiful lake views (Figure 1) are stunning, and the hotel's decor is modern and sophisticated. In winter, they have a heated indoor swimming pool with excellent water quality! [合十R] Amenities: 1. The room facilities are well-maintained and new. They even provide special baby toiletries, which I found to be mild and non-irritating. 2. We informed the hotel in advance that we were bringing a baby, and they prepared cots and fall-prevention barriers in several rooms. 3. All stairs have gentle ramps, and the glass sliding doors in the connecting corridors are automatic, making it incredibly smooth to push a stroller. [举手R] Activities: The hotel provided vouchers for: 1. Kayaking: This was my family's and my favorite activity [害羞R]. Floating on the water, playing and laughing, we forgot all our worries and fatigue. 2. Mini-train: I liked this too, because once I put my child and family on the train, I could go do other things! 3. Chinese New Year Garden Tour: You could win small toys by completing several challenges. 4. A New Year's bazaar downstairs that you can explore. 5. Arcade: They have bumper cars, ball pits, and claw machines. The hotel gave us game tokens, and I won a bunch of dolls! 6. Making tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and dumplings by hand. 7. The iron flower show at 7:30 PM, which you can enjoy right from the hotel balcony! [鼓掌R] Food: We chose Chinese cuisine for our New Year's Eve dinner. The Chinese restaurant mainly serves Sichuan and Cantonese dishes. I highly recommend the peppercorn chicken and fermented black bean spare ribs – they were exceptionally delicious. The portion sizes are huge; you'll be full for ages. The private rooms have a grand atmosphere. I even had a friend who wasn't staying at the hotel but came with their family just for the New Year's Eve dinner. [行政酒廊] Executive Lounge: The afternoon tea snacks were delicious and beautifully presented, mainly Spanish cold dishes. That salmon and avocado tart was absolutely divine! There were more hot dishes in the evening, and the food was great, and the wine was excellent. [向右R] Service: The service was superb. The staff spoke in a gentle and calm manner. They helped carry all our luggage to the room. During Chinese New Year, there was an iron flower show in the evening, which happened during our baby's sleep time, and the music was a bit loud. After calling, they adjusted it immediately. Their response time was very quick. Thanks to Carrie, Corina, and Mandy for their excellent service. P.S. The best part is not having to cook or clean; you can just focus on playing with the kids. There are so many activities, and when the kids are tired from playing, they're easy to manage. They were even better behaved than at home, falling asleep on cue, making for a smooth return to work for the two 'aunties' (referring to herself and perhaps another adult). "

Hotel near Beibei,Chongqing
The Chongqing Jingangbei OLD VILLGAE SPA HOTEL is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Chongqing will find that the Chongqing Jingangbei OLD VILLGAE SPA HOTEL is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is conveniently located just 6km from Beibei Railway Station and 35km from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Jingangbei Ancient Village, International Leisure Hot Spring Resort and Wentang Gorge Scenic Area. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. Guests of this Chongqing hotel can make use of the parking facilities. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"Let's start with the areas that need improvement, and there are quite a few. 1. The hotel doesn't have its own dedicated parking, and you have to pay for parking. That's fine, but the main issue is that if there's no exclusive parking, and they mention a butler service, the butler never contacted us to inform us about the parking location. Even a text message or other channel to inform us would have been helpful. 2. Only one bathrobe per person is provided; extra ones incur an additional charge. 3. The staff at the hot springs also had a poor attitude. Perhaps work is too stressful for them, as they didn't smile at all and seemed a bit impatient when asked questions. 4. The design of the sink in the room definitely has some bugs; the main door was difficult to open. 5. The included breakfast was very mediocre, with no milk or soy milk available. 6. I suggest offering some complimentary fruit upon arrival. 7. The hot spring water was too hot, practically impossible to soak in. All the pools were the same temperature, so we could only sit by the side and dip our legs. Now, for the positives: the front desk staff had a decent attitude, and the hotel's cleaning staff were also quite good."

After visiting the Three Natural Bridges, we returned to the guesthouse with enough time to enjoy the courtyard. There were pleasant surprises everywhere – the flowers in the lounge area, the swing, and the scenery all exuded beauty. The breakfast on the second day was also delicious; the noodles were even better than those at the visitor center. Finally, the service was excellent. Unlike a typical hotel's 'smiley' service, we felt a genuine and straightforward sincerity."
