"Ambiance: 💯 From the moment you step out of the elevator, you're greeted with a Muji-esque essential oil scent. On the 20th floor, piano music plays, and the panoramic sea view is just incredibly relaxing. Service: The staff's English is excellent! 👍 Facilities: Everything is brand new! The hairdryer is a Refa, which is quite good and lightweight. Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless! The sea view room is truly stunning. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yokohama."

"I specifically chose the Imperial Hotel for my birthday, and they gave me a small gift and upgraded my room floor. During my stay, I thought, 'it's not that amazing,' but as soon as I left, I started missing it 🥲. What a turn-around! From the moment I walked in, there was someone there to assist me, and the service was just right – not overly enthusiastic, which was perfect. My only regret is that I didn't get to experience the 17th-floor breakfast buffet; when I went at 7:45 AM, I was told there was a 20-minute wait. Also, when I paid at the lobby bar, they didn't mention the in-house guest discount. It wasn't a lot of money, but it was a bit annoying 😕. I'm also not sure if the toiletries have been changed; they weren't the Mikimoto brand I saw online, but a different one."

"The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient. Downstairs, there's a commercial complex with Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century-old French bakery, which I highly recommend. The hotel has several entrances and exits, which can be a bit confusing at first. You need to figure out how to get to the 3rd floor from downstairs before you can access the guest rooms, as it requires transferring elevators. There's also a direct elevator under the pedestrian link downstairs that allows easy access in and out of the hotel, making it barrier-free for large suitcases. The commercial complex also connects to the hotel lobby, but you'll need a good sense of direction to remember the routes. This location is very convenient for visiting Anpanman Children's Museum, the CupNoodles Museum, Minato Mirai, Red Brick Warehouse, and Chinatown. Both subway and bus stations are downstairs, and Yokohama Station is just one stop away. A tip: one side of the guest rooms offers stunning Yokohama sea views at night, while the other side allows you to see Mount Fuji from your bed. If you have a preference for a specific view, be sure to inform the front desk. On the downside, the room facilities are a bit old, and the front desk's approach to service is traditional and somewhat inflexible."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is definitely one of its strongest points. It’s close to Ueno Park, and the park view from the hotel is truly amazing. There are also plenty of late-night food options nearby, which makes it very convenient - specially if you arrive late. The room size is quite small, but that’s fairly typical for this area and price range, so it wasn’t a surprise. However, I did face an issue on the first night. I had booked this hotel specifically for its location and view, and I was scheduled to arrive late at night. When I reached the hotel around 3am, I was informed that my room was unavailable due to overbooking. This was very confusing and disappointing, as I had a confirmed reservation. The hotel arranged for me to stay at another branch for that night and covered the taxi fare both ways the next morning. While I appreciate that they handled the transportation cost and tried to resolve the situation, it was still inconvenient. I chose this branch for its location and had business commitments the next day, so having to move between branches cost me valuable time and energy. That said, the hotel itself is still nice overall, and both the reception staff and the manager genuinely tried their best to assist and support me during the situation."

"This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's still a fantastic experience. Not only is the location great, offering direct views of Rainbow Bridge and distant views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower, but the hot spring on the 14th-floor rooftop is also excellent – I visited almost every day. The room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! 👍🏻"

"This hotel felt like a melting pot of different nationalities, giving it a bit of a 'global village' vibe. The room was mini, but had everything we needed, and we could easily open two suitcases in the double room. The TV even had a 'censored' version of CCTV-4, haha. Given the price, breakfast was relatively okay. Having traveled to Japan multiple times, I'm always reminded of how vast and rich my home country is; at least the fruit there is fresh and cheap, not cold, canned stuff. I've stayed here twice, and both times the soundproofing was excellent, unlike in China where you can hear every door closing outside or even someone washing their hands next door. The only downside was the air conditioning, which was quite noisy."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both the train and subway stations. We were traveling to Narita Airport, and after taking the Airport Express to Asakusa Station, it was only about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. From our room, we could even see the Skytree, which was beautiful both in the morning and at night. It's very suitable for family trips, especially with kids, as they offer free yogurt in the mornings and free ramen and ice cream in the evenings, which the children loved. The only minor issue is that the facilities are a bit old; the faucet needs to be turned off very tightly, otherwise it keeps dripping. This was my first time staying in a tatami room, which was a novel experience. Most of the staff primarily spoke Japanese, with limited English, but both sides made a great effort, and basic communication was fine."

"The hotel is conveniently located right above the airport bus stop, which is great, but honestly, there's not much difference in price if you take a taxi. I'd still recommend a taxi. The hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities; you can reach it right after exiting the subway. There are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants to choose from nearby. It's only a 30-minute ride from the hotel to downtown Tokyo, and getting to the airport by taxi takes just over ten minutes. I especially recommend the hotel's balcony! 🙊"

"It can be a bit noisy being next to the station. The room itself is huge and very new! A downside is that the restaurant is often closed; out of three restaurants, I didn't get to try one. The view is nice though! The only real downsides are probably the construction site and the train station nearby. I'd likely come back because the rooms are genuinely much larger than other places at the same price point, and personally, I don't think the noise was that bad. Room service options are a bit limited."
