Spa hotels in Hong Kong

When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

Welcome fruits are typically provided upon check-in. 3. **Outstanding Breakfast** With a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, the breakfast is often highlighted as a favorite among guests. 4. **Comprehensive Facilities** Features include a heated indoor swimming pool, a gym, a large parking lot, a grand ballroom, and multiple meeting rooms, making it suitable for business travelers, weddings, and family trips. 5. **Overall Attentive Service** The front desk and housekeeping staff are responsive. For guests with children, they proactively offer child-friendly amenities. Complimentary self-service laundry and a spa are also available.

On the day of check-in, we arrived at the hotel in the morning and immediately told the front desk staff that we needed laundry service and wanted to hand over our clothes right away. It was 10 AM at the time, and the hotel front desk also charged me a credit card deposit of 6000 RMB. However, the front desk refused to accept our clothes for washing, stating that we were only staying for two nights, from September 7th to 9th. He claimed that it would be impossible to return our cleaned clothes by the 9th. The four of us took turns asking him if he could provide a specific time for the return of our clean clothes on the 9th, but he kept saying he didn't know the time and ultimately refused to take our laundry. That evening, we returned to the hotel at 10 PM and got our room key. Upon entering the room, we saw a notice about the laundry service, which clearly stated that clothes submitted before 9 AM would be returned the same evening, and clothes submitted after 9 AM would be returned the next day. We immediately called the front desk to complain and then went downstairs to speak with the so-called duty manager that night. He promised to give us a response regarding this matter the next day. It's now September 11th, and we have already checked out of the hotel, yet we still haven't received any explanation from the hotel. This service is absolutely outrageous!!!

Location: Excellent! It's incredibly convenient to Central MTR Station and Hong Kong Station. You can even take the Airport Express directly from the hotel to Central Station. Service: A bit inconsistent. The front desk staff were great and very responsive. However, the restaurant service was a bit unstable; one day, breakfast orders were very slow. Room: Clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. Overall, highly recommended! I'd definitely stay at the MO again if I have the chance.

After booking the room, the hotel's customer relations department proactively reached out to ask about my arrival time and if I needed any assistance. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruit and a welcome card in my room – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is also superb; it's less than a 10-minute walk from West Kowloon Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around by MTR and bus during my stay in Hong Kong. The W Hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Hong Kong.

We booked a room with Grand Club access to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. Having experienced club lounges at various hotels before, the Grand Club here truly made a lasting impression! - Warm & Attentive Check-in at the Grand Club (Special Thanks to Kylie) Upon our arrival at the Grand Club, Kylie welcomed us with a radiant smile and exceptional politeness. Her check-in process was flawless and professional - a 100/100 service! Knowing that we were celebrating a special occasion, Kylie thoughtfully upgraded our room and arranged a lovely mini cake and red wine. The room was bright and offered a gorgeous balance of half city view and half harbour view, making us feel utterly relaxed. - Afternoon Tea & Evening Cocktail (High Praise for Joey’s Professionalism) The Afternoon Tea served light bites including sandwiches, fruit, macarons, canelés, scones, and puffs etc. Although the selection was slightly more concise than expected, the quality and taste were delightful. During the Evening Cocktail section at around 6:00 PM, the Grand Club was packed. While we were in line waiting, a guest became quite loud and unreasonable, complaining about not being registered or offered a drink. Joey handled the situation with unbelievable composure and grace. Despite the guest’s rudeness, Joey remained exceptionally polite and professional throughout. Immediately after resolving the issue, she walked over to arrange our welcome drinks and even took the time to introduce the name and origin of the white wine I wanted to try. Her attentiveness and crisis handling were deeply impressive! - Gym Facilities & Grand Café Breakfast We also visited the open-concept 24-hour gym in the evening, it was well-equipped with a great variety of machines. Breakfast at the Grand Café offered a broad and fresh selection of food. If we had to share two tiny pieces of feedback: we were a bit sad to find no hash browns (a breakfast favorite!), and some of the pastries were quite large - making them a little smaller would allow guests to sample a wider variety. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable anniversary trip. Huge thanks to Kylie, Joey, and the Grand Club team for their heart-warming hospitality. We will definitely be back!

I happened to have plans with friends to take a boat trip to Xiamen Bay, so when I saw this hotel, I booked it right away. It was bigger and cleaner than I expected, and the bed wasn't overly soft. The most important and worthwhile thing was getting a hotel in Hong Kong at this price that was comparable in comfort and cost to one in mainland China. If I had stayed in Hong Kong's commercial districts, I can't imagine how tiny the room would have been. Plus, it's only a 6-8 minute walk from Sai Kung Public Pier. I also loved seeing happy dogs in the lobby and by the sea – pet-friendly hotels are truly great. The only thing is that I felt it was a bit odd having to walk through a long row of rooms to get to the elevator from the lobby. You have to be extra careful to speak softly to avoid disturbing others.

This time, I chose the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel, and it definitely exceeded my expectations! 👍 The hotel is directly connected to Ocean Park, which made visiting the park incredibly convenient. Whenever we got tired, we could easily return to the hotel to rest. The 16-meter-high cylindrical fish tank in the lobby is a unique feature and makes for fantastic photos. The guest rooms are decorated in a simple yet elegant style, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was comfortable, and taking a bath in the tub was wonderfully relaxing. The outdoor lagoon pool has a beautiful setting and even a dedicated children's area, so there's no shortage of things to do for kids. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The front desk and service staff were all warm, polite, and responsive. Away from the city's hustle and bustle, it's quiet and pleasant – perfect for family trips or a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend it!

Due to a typhoon, my child was stranded in Hong Kong while transiting from the US to Shanghai. We booked a room at The Mira Hong Kong for him on short notice. We had stayed there before during a previous trip to Hong Kong and were impressed with the overall management, environment, and convenient location. That's why we booked it again for him, even though he was traveling alone. Because of the flight schedule, he arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM. He asked the front desk if a room could be arranged, and they were incredibly accommodating, immediately providing him with a room. This act alone deserves high praise. As everyone knows, Hong Kong hotels typically have a 2:00 PM check-in time, but due to the special circumstances, the front desk staff made an exception for him, giving him a room early so he could shower and rest. This humane management made a guest feel warm and cared for, even when far from home.

If you're visiting Lantau Island, Mui Wo, or Silvermine Bay, I highly recommend this hotel. I came here after a day at Disneyland, and it took about 80 minutes to get here (the MTR is fast, but waiting for the bus at night can be tricky). First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle, with its eastern side facing the sea. From a sea view room, you can open your eyes and watch the sunrise, enjoying the sun and beach. Silvermine Bay Beach is right outside, and Lantau Island is behind you, offering BBQ, fishing, and various water activities – you can play however you like! It's a 10-minute walk to Mui Wo Pier, where a 30-40 minute ferry ride takes you directly to Central and the Observation Wheel, essentially like taking the Star Ferry for a tour of Victoria Harbour. Secondly, the price is very friendly. Just make sure to book a room type that includes tax and breakfast. The value for money is clearly far superior to those crowded, noisy hotels with small beds and no breakfast in Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. And yes, the breakfast is quite good too. The only slight drawback is the charging situation. There are USB ports, but they can be unstable. However, even though there isn't an adapter, there's a vending machine that sells them. Special tip: Remember to bring a deposit (or a credit card for pre-authorization).
