Ms. Kim01When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

yuki_hongkongI stayed in a Club Deluxe Victoria Harbour Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. As soon as I entered the lobby on the 9th floor, a staff member took my luggage and escorted me to the 103rd floor. Since I had club lounge access, I was then guided up to the 116th floor. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the lounge on the 116th floor while checking in. My luggage had already been delivered to my room.
The club lounge offers five meal services: breakfast from 7:00 AM, lunch from 12:00 PM, afternoon tea from 3:00 PM, evening cocktails from 6:00 PM, and desserts from 8:30 PM. All the dishes served were authentic and delicious.
The carpet on the floor was plush, dampening any noise, so the hallways were very quiet.
I had booked the Victoria Harbour Room this time. The room was 51 square meters and featured a king-size bed, a sturdy desk, and a single-person sofa with an ottoman. In addition to the toilet and shower room, there was also a bathtub with a TV. The double vanity sinks were a nice touch, allowing two people to use them simultaneously.
The room offered views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. I could clearly watch the Symphony of Lights from my room as well.
On the 118th floor, there's a fitness center and a heated swimming pool. The view from the top floor of the building while swimming was breathtaking.
After using the pool and having dinner, when I returned to my room, I found slippers placed by the bed. A large, pristine white rug was laid in front of the vanity, which was lovely as I could walk barefoot. It was also convenient to walk across this rug between the bathtub and the shower room.
I stayed on my birthday, and I had informed the hotel in advance. They provided wonderful hospitality, including a complimentary cake and a birthday display in the room. I highly recommend staying here for special occasions.

Guest UserI stayed in the Premier Seaview Room. It was newly renovated and came with a smart toilet. Although it didn't feel like the stated 45 square meters, the layout was cleverly designed. The toilet and shower room were completely separate and independent. Even though the toilet wasn't large, it featured a cleverly designed mini-washbasin, and both washbasins were equipped with wall-mounted hand soap dispensers, which was a thoughtful touch. The shower room had glass on two sides, and the Dyson hairdryer was conveniently placed on a small shelf. Despite the heavy rain in Hong Kong these past few days, the sea view was still quite nice. The large sofa by the window was very comfortable, and the wardrobe near the entrance, though seemingly small, had storage compartments, making it very practical. Compared to other luxury hotels in Hong Kong, this one offers good value for money.

ChangaryThis was my first stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was good, and it was quiet enough. However, getting the room took far too long; I didn't get it until 5:30 PM. The air conditioning system stopped working in the morning, and it took 30 minutes for the technician to arrive for repairs, which was a bit slow. The swimming pool was clean. For the main pool, children are required to wear life jackets, which is quite inconvenient for kids who already know how to swim, regardless of their age. Please consider changing this rule. Life jackets should only be required if a parent is not accompanying them.

Guest UserAfter booking the room, the hotel's customer relations department proactively reached out to ask about my arrival time and if I needed any assistance. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruit and a welcome card in my room – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is also superb; it's less than a 10-minute walk from West Kowloon Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around by MTR and bus during my stay in Hong Kong. The W Hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Hong Kong.

Guest UserSince my usual Mandarin Oriental is currently undergoing renovations, I decided to stay at The Landmark for the first time.
Located right in Central, the location is unbeatable. While the room offers almost no view, I could tell the hotel tries hard to focus on the finer details. However, a few service letdowns prevented it from being a perfect stay:
Welcome amenities: The welcome fruits were provided, but unfortunately, many of them were bruised or damaged.
Housekeeping: To my biggest disappointment, the shampoo was empty and was not replenished the next day during my multi-night stay.
Hospitality: Compared to the original Mandarin Oriental, the signature warmth and high level of hospitality felt somewhat lacking, especially around the shower/bathroom experience.
The hotel is by no means bad, but there is definitely room for improvement. I hope to see these issues resolved, as I look forward to giving it another try in the future.

The room is considered spacious for Hong Kong, and the facilities are decent. The price and location are both good, making it excellent value for money. I've stayed here several times on recent trips to Hong Kong. It's conveniently located near the Exhibition Centre, with easy access to transportation, so nothing feels far away.

Guest UserAfter two and a half years, I'm back at WM again, definitely because my last experience was great, so I had to revisit! 😉😉😉😉😉😉 As always, I booked a garden room, and as always, it was incredibly comfortable 😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌 Sai Kung is a place for leisurely relaxation, so the hotel environment is quite important 😜😜😜😜😜😜 I didn't book breakfast, and I specifically chose not to, because a ten-minute walk leads to authentic pineapple buns, milk tea, and local diners – that's our preferred taste! 😘😘😘😘😘 It poured rain, so swimming wasn't an option. However, the hotel's thoughtful shuttle service to Hang Hau MTR station was excellent. I've attached the timetable for guests who might need it! 😆😆😆😆😆😆

Axi2001Staying at this hotel with my kids to visit Ocean Park was an absolute blast. It's right next to Ocean Park, making it incredibly convenient to get in and out, and the subway ride to the city center is quick. The 16-meter giant aquarium in the lobby is stunning and creates a fantastic atmosphere. The guest rooms are exceptionally spacious for Hong Kong, with a fresh and elegant oceanic design, comfortable bedding, and panoramic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor lagoon pool has a splash area for kids, and the indoor kids' club kept them entertained. The staff were gentle and attentive; check-in was efficient and smooth, and they even offered helpful tips for family activities. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's the perfect choice for a family vacation, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Ocean Park Hong Kong next time.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location and room views were both very satisfying. The staff at the second-floor restaurant were enthusiastic with their recommendations, and the food was delicious. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back. Just be aware that the hotel does not provide disposable toothbrushes or slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, there's a significant price difference for the hotel during off-peak seasons, so it's worth planning ahead.
