The lobby area, elevators and other parts of the hotel reveal the hotel's old age, however the rooms a newly renovates, clean and comfortable.

NgTongYowService from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

Guest UserThe hotel is directly opposite Milan Central Station, which is super convenient. You can tell the interior has been renovated, but unfortunately, the bathroom feels very plastic and lacks any sense of luxury. The sheets also had some stains, which was a definite letdown. On the bright side, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast selection was extensive with good-tasting food.

Kenneth HooChâteau Monfort is an absolutely amazing hotel in Milan. The staff are consistently nice, professional, and attentive, making you feel truly welcomed. The location is excellent — just a pleasant 10–15 minute walk from Piazza San Babila, the fashion district, and the Duomo, with great connections to the rest of the city center.
The building itself is a beautiful early 20th-century Art Nouveau gem, full of vintage charm and fairy-tale character that blends perfectly with modern luxury. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Grand Visconti Palace in Milan was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The service was excellent — the staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel facilities were impressive and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring the city. The spa and common areas were also beautifully organised and added great value to the overall experience.
We were very pleased with the food as well. The breakfast offered a wide and high-quality selection, and everything was fresh and delicious. Dining at the hotel was an enjoyable experience, both in terms of taste and service.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Grand Visconti Palace exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Had a great stay at Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale. The hotel is nice and clean, with a modern and comfortable atmosphere. Its location is very convenient — less than a 10-minute walk from Milan Centrale station, even when traveling with luggage. There are also several delicious pizza restaurants nearby, as well as a small supermarket, which made things very convenient.
The only minor downside is that there are stairs at the main entrance, but the hotel does provide a lift for wheelchair users, and the bell staff are very helpful in assisting with luggage. The room was also a little smaller than expected, but it was well maintained and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would still recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need.

I had an exceptional stay at the Armani Hotel Milan. Everything about the experience was flawless — from the elegant design and immaculate cleanliness to the outstanding service. Not luxury. You must pay for omelet's and all eggs dishes. Nobody help with luggage in/from taxi.
There's a drunk bar right outside the window. They yell until the morning. The maid came to clean right after breakfast and said she'd leave in half an hour, and she only understands Italian. The room door wouldn't open with a keycard, so I had to go to reception several times before they helped; I was too lazy to help them right away. The room only has a shower, and it doesn't have a shelf for shampoo. As a result, the hotel is three times overpriced, and two stars are too many.

The room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious. The hotel even provided a converter next to the bed, so I could charge anything directly!

Don't get a room facing the tram line! It's incredibly noisy! Extremely noisy! Extremely noisy! Noise-sensitive people, beware! I didn't see a single comment about this, which is strange.
I mostly slept with noise-canceling headphones. I didn't change rooms because I was so exhausted from the train ride on the first day that I just fell into bed and didn't feel like it. Afterward, I just spread out my things and...
The location is great. Most attractions are within a 2km walk, and there are three supermarkets across the street.
I'll reiterate: Don't book a room facing the main entrance street!
