__WeChat23685****This hotel, recommended by a friend, was generally a pleasant surprise with no major disappointments. What truly stood out were the ambiance and the service details. The antique-style decor is incredibly charming, with photo opportunities everywhere – perfect for snapping great pictures. While the room wasn't particularly spacious, the large floor-to-ceiling window let in abundant natural light, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
Regarding service, I must commend the front desk and security staff. As soon as our car pulled up, someone immediately came over to help with luggage and open doors. Every time we left, they thoughtfully assisted with opening the car door, adding a nice touch of ceremony.
However, there were a few minor drawbacks. The small window next to the room couldn't be opened, and with no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the ventilation was poor. It could get a bit stuffy after a while, and bathroom odors didn't dissipate easily, which slightly affected the experience. Also, when checking out, there wasn't anyone immediately available to help load luggage into the car, which was a small letdown compared to the attentive service upon arrival.

MMengmengpengThe hotel environment is quite good! When I first walked in, there wasn't a clear front desk, but if you just shout ”check-in,” someone will come out. The staff were very friendly! The room was very spacious, especially for me, having just returned from Japan where I stayed in tiny rooms. Compared to those, this room felt huge! Japanese hotels cost over 1000 RMB a night, while this one was only 600-700, offering excellent value for money! The room also had welcome snacks and sour plum soup, plus a gift of sour plum soup mix to take home and make myself! They really put a lot of thought into it! The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and was very clean! The bedding was also excellent, making for a very comfortable sleep. To be honest, the breakfast still has room for improvement. Some dishes lacked labels, so you had to open the lids to guess what was inside. The lady cooking the noodles was very enthusiastic! Overall, the breakfast quality didn't quite match the hotel's service and environment; I'd suggest an upgrade.

The surrounding area is also great, with convenient parking and easy access to transportation. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

GGuest UserDuring this trip to Beijing, I stayed at the Gloria Hotel. The location of the hotel is very unique in the park. The scenery of the park is also very beautiful in this season. I had a very good experience during the two days I stayed there. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, especially the front desk manager Xiao Mao. The afternoon tea snacks in the lobby bar were good. One day, because I had to go to the Great Wall early in the morning, Xiao Mao also helped me coordinate the packing of breakfast, so that we had a good breakfast. I was satisfied with the stay experience. I give her a thumbs up👍👍👍

ZZhuowenkaiI had a wonderful stay this time. When I booked, I didn't realize I had accidentally booked a double bed instead of a single, but Front Desk staffer Xiao Zhu kindly upgraded me to an executive king, which made me very happy. I was also quite surprised that a 1000+ RMB hotel provided disposable toiletries, and L'Occitane no less! The breakfast spread was very rich, and they even had DIY fresh juices. The hotel itself is still very new, and for Beijing, it's definitely worth experiencing. Finally, a big thank you again to Xiao Zhu at the front desk!

My recent stay at your hotel left a truly deep impression. Checking in late at night, I encountered some really upsetting issues, which left me feeling quite frustrated. However, thankfully, the manager – an older lady wearing a Party emblem – efficiently resolved these problems. Her approach was incredibly warm and responsible. Seeing the bright red Party emblem on her chest instantly put my mind at ease. She remained patient throughout the entire process. Her efficiency and attitude in handling the problems truly impressed me. Not only did she quickly resolve my issues, but she also repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience, expressing her sincere regret for my negative experience. Through her, I witnessed the dedication and responsibility that I associate with a Party member, and felt your hotel's genuine commitment to customer service.
I didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it.
The hotel's location is even better than the Hilton I stayed at a few days ago; it's incredibly close to the East Gate (Donghuamen) of the Forbidden City. If you're visiting the Forbidden City, this is an excellent place to stay for a night. There were no calls rushing me to check out. I only returned to the hotel from the Forbidden City at 3 PM, and check-out was processed quickly and smoothly right after.

MM578593****This is my third stay at this hotel, and I'm consistently impressed. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a great variety and delicious food cooked fresh. They even provide dental floss, which is a thoughtful touch you don't always find even in five-star hotels. The inclusion of toilet seat covers among the hotel amenities is another detail that really makes a difference. The staff are all incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe Nangong Spring Season Hotel is a great family-oriented resort with a lot to like. Both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants had tasty food and were quick to bring our orders. The children’s playground was excellent, with a large, clean and brightly lit play area. The hotel water park was larger than I expected, although the main enclosed water park was closed. There was a significant quantity of black mould in the play area and some of the water toys were being held together with caulking, but it was serviceable. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, although in dire need of maintenance. All in all our stay was great value for money and we would definitely consider returning.

The room was spacious and comfortable, clean and bright, with soft bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The service staff were warm and professional, responding quickly to requests, which made me feel well taken care of. Breakfast was rich and varied, offering a comprehensive mix of Chinese and Western options, all of high quality. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel.
