Excellent
YYunyunyunduoduoduoThe service was exceptional! There was someone at the entrance to help with our luggage right away. Check-in was very quick and smooth, and they even helped carry our bags to the room. We could see the Forbidden City from our room, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. It's very close to Tiananmen Square, making a night bike ride there super convenient. Highly recommend!

GGuoke880730The Beijing Moma Manor Hotel is located within the famous Moma园区 complex. Its design style blends Eastern and Western aesthetics, giving it a very artistic feel. The front desk is also quite unique and compact, allowing you to sit while checking in. The hotel even provides free snacks, and the drinks in the fridge are complimentary. The front desk staff offer excellent service, and I really love this hotel. The only downside is that it seems there aren't enough front desk staff; in the evening, there's just one person scurrying around. While checking in, the phone would ring, and they'd answer it while still processing the check-in, which might lead to longer check-in times. There was also a group of delivery drivers loudly asking for directions at the front desk. The staff member even escorted us to the elevator while simultaneously giving directions to the delivery drivers. I truly witnessed a 'hexagonal warrior' doing the work of three people!

SSophiexiaoshiziLet's start with the positives: The room and facilities were exceptionally clean, and the complimentary welcome fruit and chocolates were delicious and plentiful. For New Year's Eve, the buffet dinner was incredibly rich and varied. The hotel's location is excellent, with great views – you can see CCTV Tower and China Zun right outside the window. Downstairs, there's the high-end China World Mall, offering dining, entertainment, and shopping all in one, and the quality is superb.
Now for the negatives: The service experience was very poor, and I'll give two examples. First, during check-in, I was offered a choice between two rooms, each with pros and cons. I paused for a moment to think, no exaggeration, perhaps five seconds, and was immediately rushed with a curt ”Excuse me, please hurry, there are many people behind you...” Second, at the breakfast buffet, I didn't notice the menu and saw several types of Jianbing (Chinese crepes). When I asked what was in one of them, the server gave a cold answer and then impatiently added, ”It's all on the menu...”

SSiau YongThe hotel upgraded us to apartments in a condominium nearby. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, secured, and clean. The location is a distance away to the city centre, but with private transport, there's no issue. Nearby the hotel there're some shops, and a row of eateries with local food and local prices. The reception desk staff especially Sunny, Tina and Rebecca are warm, helpful, and responsive. Compliments to their excellent service. The only negative point is the breakfast which is outsourced to an adjacent cafe - the variety should be improved. We took the breakfast only once, and make our own in the apartments for the rest of the stay.
111 percentExcellent location, convenient check-in, and fantastic service. The room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel outdated. They even have a robot delivery service that's super fast. The staff are patient, responsible, and respond very quickly. Check-out was also quick, and when a small issue came up, Managers Howard and Elf, along with front desk staff Daisy, helped resolve it promptly. Looking forward to staying again! 😊

DD7732****My five-star rating is specifically for the hotel manager.
My recent stay at your hotel left a truly deep impression. Checking in late at night, I encountered some really upsetting issues, which left me feeling quite frustrated. However, thankfully, the manager – an older lady wearing a Party emblem – efficiently resolved these problems. Her approach was incredibly warm and responsible. Seeing the bright red Party emblem on her chest instantly put my mind at ease. She remained patient throughout the entire process. Her efficiency and attitude in handling the problems truly impressed me. Not only did she quickly resolve my issues, but she also repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience, expressing her sincere regret for my negative experience. Through her, I witnessed the dedication and responsibility that I associate with a Party member, and felt your hotel's genuine commitment to customer service.
I didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it.
The hotel's location is even better than the Hilton I stayed at a few days ago; it's incredibly close to the East Gate (Donghuamen) of the Forbidden City. If you're visiting the Forbidden City, this is an excellent place to stay for a night. There were no calls rushing me to check out. I only returned to the hotel from the Forbidden City at 3 PM, and check-out was processed quickly and smoothly right after.

MM578593****This is my third stay at this hotel, and I'm consistently impressed. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with a great variety and delicious food cooked fresh. They even provide dental floss, which is a thoughtful touch you don't always find even in five-star hotels. The inclusion of toilet seat covers among the hotel amenities is another detail that really makes a difference. The staff are all incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again.

MM474010****Stayed at the Legendale Hotel at the end of 2025. The lobby had a strong Christmas atmosphere, and many people came to take photos, making it a bit crowded. There were also many hotel guests. The rooms felt a bit dated but were fully equipped, and the service was warm and attentive. Every time I stay, I enjoy walking in the corridor outside my room; I really like this atrium-style design. Another reason I choose to stay at the Legendale Hotel is its close proximity to Peking Union Medical College Hospital, which is within walking distance, making it very convenient for medical check-ups.

GGuest UserThe room attendant cleaned promptly, and there was a dedicated person in the lobby to operate the elevators. The gym and pool staff were friendly and welcoming. The deluxe view room, facing due east and located on floors 25 and above, is part of the executive level, offering panoramic views of the East Third Ring Road. In the mornings, you can gaze at the 'fog city' (referring to Beijing's occasional haze), and at night, admire the iconic illuminated landmarks. The nearby multi-story PwC building, lit 24/7, evoked many similar memories for me. The pool facilities were also excellent – a truly worthwhile experience!
