MM308178****Orange Crystal is my go-to for business trips! The hotel location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there's a commercial area with plenty of dining options nearby. The room decor is a simple yet luxurious style, and it's spotlessly clean. The 60-decibel soundproofing is amazing, ensuring no noise even late at night. The Sealy mattress paired with the satin bedding made for an incredible sleep experience. Plus, there's fresh breakfast and pour-over coffee in the morning. The front desk service was warm and professional, they even upgraded my room and sent a fruit platter. The smart facilities are also a nice touch. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

YyukikkkkangThe hotel's location was super convenient, especially since my child was visiting the National Museum – it was an easy walk there. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and polite, making our stay really pleasant. After exploring the museum, we were starving, so we popped into the hotel's second-floor restaurant for a quick bite. The ambiance was surprisingly nice, and the waiter was so warm and welcoming. They even went out of their way to take a picture of a QR code downstairs for a discount, and they were very attentive to my child.

__M1352040****This was my first time staying at this hotel. The front desk was a bit hard to find; a larger reception area or lobby bar would be better. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. All the snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary, and there's also a free swimming pool, gym, and parking. The hotel offers all the basic amenities you'd expect, and it's very close to various tourist attractions. There's even a subway station about 200 meters away! [Strong][Strong] Plus, there's a cafe on the 15th floor [Coffee], and the complex also has a cinema and a bookstore. Everything was great overall!

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying at the China World Hotel, and overall, the experience has been excellent. The staff are consistently friendly and always proactive in helping with luggage. Fresh fruit is provided in the room daily, and the hotel's location is super convenient, right above the China World Mall.

Location is not ideal. Its 15-30mins walk to either train stations. No straight path. Nearest shopping mall of any repute is 25mins walk away. Good thing is its vlose to a row of economical eateries that serves a wide variety of cuisines: from local to European. Convenient stores and massage spas nearby.
Reception staff is generally polite and professional. Their command of English is not strong, but they tried to be as helpful as possible. They always booked my car rides for me when I asked them to. Pet friendly hotel..i cane across a few dogs going to the rooms. One of them is huge mixed.
Room is spacious with lots of storage spaces. Fittings are a bit dated. They are undergoing scheduled renovations, so hopefully it will be better. Housekeeping staff are polite, but expect very little English.
Gym: air-conditioning control is not working. The equipment is old. There's a cat den right outside the window tho..so if you are a cat lover, there's lots of purry little ones playing in the garden space outside.
Cafe: its converted from one of the rooms..not a full cafe. Breakfast is whatever they have. Almost the same everyday. Toast, hard boil eggs, porridge, and a selection of cooked items.
AAnonymous UserChoosing the right hotel for a business trip is so important! This place perfectly meets the needs of business travelers: the room is very quiet, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The desk is spacious, and there are more charging ports than I could ever use by the bed and on the desk, so no more fighting for outlets. Breakfast starts as early as 6:30 AM, with a wide variety of options, and you can even pack it to go, ensuring I get a full meal even with an early flight. Ella at the front desk even helped me print documents quickly. Her service was professional and efficient. I've already saved this as my go-to hotel.

Very Good
XXiaomawangwxkThis hotel is steeped in history. The building itself is like a small exhibition hall, showcasing its past stories. The location is absolutely unbeatable; you step out and see the East Flowery Gate of the Forbidden City. For anyone wanting to visit the Forbidden City early, this is probably the most convenient place to stay. The staff service was also excellent, they even upgraded our room for free. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated, so if you're looking for smart home features, this might not be the best fit.

GGuest UserThe hotel's French palace style is indeed beautiful and great for photos, but the lunch was... questionable? There's no buffet for lunch now, only set meals. It was almost inedible, not even as good as breakfast.
Facilities: A bit old. The showerhead was completely weak and sparse, and the hot water from the bathtub was only lukewarm.
Service: Housekeeping was very thorough, and the restaurant service was excellent. However, other aspects of the service were completely inconsistent with a five-star hotel; I'd even say there was no service at all. The security guard at the entrance parking lot was incredibly loud. As soon as I arrived, I heard him yelling at and shooing away drivers, which I found perplexing.
Executive Club Benefits: What executive club benefits? I didn't experience any, and the front desk didn't explain what the executive privileges entailed.
It's hard to give this place another chance.

ZZaitaoruiruiThe hotel is located in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to reach all the attractions – you can get to them by foot or bike. The hotel as a whole is quiet and clean, with spacious rooms that are meticulously kept. The decor is in a charming Chinese style. I've stayed here many times, and each experience has been great, plus the price is reasonable. I'll definitely be back!
