Anonymous UserAmazing apartment with nice view of the lake and an amazing jacuzzi. Location is great as I am here for the run event which was held within the laguna itself. It is within walking distance to the village centre where there are cafes and restaurants though prices are a bit pricey. The staff were very helpful and responsive. I was a little surprised that electricity tariff were charged separately as it was my first time encountering this and it was more than 2x the usual tariff in Phuket. The final electricity bill ended up much higher than what I expected.
Overall, stay was a comfortable and nice one. This is a very good choice for group of friends or family especially if you have an event around the Laguna.

Guest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money. The pool is clean and very tidy, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. I booked a one-bedroom villa, but the hotel was fully booked, so they upgraded me to a three-bedroom villa. However, the other two rooms were locked and I couldn't enter. I could only use one of the large bedrooms, but the space was much larger than the one-bedroom.

RAYUNYANGI didn't expect much since there were so few reviews, but the staff were friendly and the room was clean. The location was excellent, only a 5-10 minute walk from the airport and with a 7-Eleven right in front. It was fantastic! It's perfect for late-night flights or when you need to head straight to the airport. I'd definitely come back again~

We stayed for 21 days and our stay was very comfortable all this time. The territory is large and well-kept, lots of greenery, there are two clean swimming pools, a large parking lot. Security is very good, entrance to the building and parking is by electronic key. The room is very clean and comfortable, all equipment is in good condition. Cleaning and change of towels every day, they clean very well. All the staff are very nice and friendly. I also liked the Rawai area, there are shops, a fish market, a beautiful embankment nearby. You can get to the beach without waves by bike in five minutes. We used the proposed transfer from the airport and back, the price is reasonable, the organization is excellent.

This was one of the most enjoyable stays I've ever had. The cozy atmosphere, the cleanliness down to the last detail, made me feel like I was visiting close friends, not just checking into a room.
The hosts are incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help: from offering local tips to genuinely caring about guests' comfort. It's clear they've poured their heart into this home.
The room is spacious, bright, and very comfortable; every detail has been thought through. The quiet, comfortable bed, and impeccable order allowed me to truly relax and recharge. The common areas (if any) are well-kept, stylish, and inviting.
A special treat is the atmosphere of calm and comfort that stays with you even after you check out. These are the kind of places you'll want to recommend to friends and definitely want to return to again.
Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome. This place is a true hidden gem 🌿

It is another hotel that should be very much to stay, inexpensive, comfortable, with parking. We booked accommodation for mom. Mother very likes it.

Guest User1 ⭐️— Hidden fees, abandoned at check-in, construction noise, no wifi
Fees & payment: Booked through Trip.com expecting to pay THB 1,320. A mandatory THB 700 charge (THB 550 cleaning + THB 150 electricity) was not clearly disclosed at checkout. Before arrival the property pressured me to pay via bank transfer or PayPal outside the platform.
Check-in: Staff confirmed they would arrive in 10 minutes at 6pm — then went completely silent. No one came. Phone calls unanswered. I was left alone in Building C lobby with no access to my room or any guidance for a while.
Building condition: The building is clearly still under construction. Lifts were not working — guests forced to use stairs. Drilling and construction work starts from early morning and continues throughout the day. Do not expect to sleep in or work from this property. Cosmetic works are ongoing throughout the building.
Wifi: Did not work in the morning. Only mobile data available — unacceptable for anyone working remotely.
Bottom line: The apartment itself is new, but everything surrounding it is unfinished and actively being worked on. The artificially low price appears to be a deliberate strategy to attract early reviews for a property not yet ready to host guests. Avoid until fully operational.

Rooms were clean but a lil' old, some parts of the ceiling were flaking and the armchair in my room was broken. Location is good as it's near the hotel but tucked in a quiet corner of the neighbourhood. Getting in without a car/bike is a bit more challenging. Service staff were friendly & nice. Prices were kinda steep though but I think it's due to the EDM music festival - EDC Thailand - happening at this time. Would recommend if you're looking for a quiet, no frills hotel to stay in that's near the airport.

Somebody wash the floors! Please wash the floors with hot water and cleaner. The floors are filthy. The cleaning in general is weak (Just wiping stuff down with a wet cloth) there was sticky stuff all over the table when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I Loved the design of the loft and having a kitchen was handy. The wifi is great! And I had many online meetings so I appreciated that. The pools are nice but busy and beware of hornets at the rooftop. The room is generally quiet at night, but you can hear your neighbours talking or coughing. The bed is super comfortable! The shower is weird and has low water pressure while the sink has extremely high pressure for some reason. Also lots of ants around. The balcony faced construction so it was quite loud from 7am until about 10pm. Would be nice to have some chairs and a drying rack on the balcony. Not sure why this room didn’t have one. I saw other balconies with this. There’s a lovely restaurant with a nice view. The food I ordered was good, except the breakfast (that was terrible). It’s also far from everything so you need a bike for sure. Overall this place has potential, but needs more attention to details.

I stayed at MoonE for 5 days alone and felt completely safe! The hotel has a 24-hour front desk with someone always present, and the soundproofing in the room is excellent. Coming back at night and seeing the fresh mineral water bottles replaced daily on the bedside table always warmed my heart. Karon Beach is much quieter than Patong. During the day, I'd walk barefoot with my headphones on; the sand was so fine I wanted to roll in it. My sunset photos taken from a beach chair got so many likes and comments on my social media! It's a 10-minute walk to Nomad bar, where I'd order a cocktail and watch the fire show from the counter. The staff even offered to take pictures for me! The AC temperature was just right, and the cleaning staff would leave a note daily asking if I needed an extra pillow. Even traveling solo, I felt so well taken care of!
