YYeungBoscofantastic - a wonderfully well run small sized hotel with quality culture and design. Very clean and tidy; perfect for a simple retreat with great access to the city centre of Foshan. __WeChat291631****The environment has a fantastic design, perfect for younger guests. The night views are also quite good.
The service was exceptionally polite and enthusiastic from the moment I stepped in until I reached my room.
It's conveniently located near Fisherman's Wharf and shopping areas.
The soundproofing in the room is excellent; I barely heard any noise.
My only minor suggestion would be regarding the room's sound system. It's limited to TV casting for music, and the speaker on the voice control panel is tiny, so it doesn't offer a full-room audio experience. However, overall, my stay was very pleasant!

GGuest UserThe room is modern and simple in design, spacious, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, which makes for a good night's sleep. I especially like the lighting and soundproofing of the room, which is completely free from external interference. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the hot water is stable, and the quality of toiletries is also good. From check-in to check-out, every employee is smiling and proactively offers help. The front desk is efficient and the room responds quickly. I would like to thank the front desk staff for their thoughtful service, which makes the entire stay experience even better!
I will definitely choose here again when I come to Jun'an next time! Whether it is a business trip or a trip, Hampton by Hilton Jun'an is a trustworthy choice.

When checking in, the staff named Amy Hu kindly served welcome drink and took the initiative to add me on WeChat, informing me that I could contact her at any time if I had any needs and she did ,She always online 24hours to helping us Which make us feel at home! The service details are really outstanding. Amy helping us a lot. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. All kinds of facilities are fully available, The service Amy provides and her respond to needs quickly and promptly. Whether you're on a business trip or a leisure trip, I strongly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel!

MM455714****The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a grand lobby. The rooms are clean and lovely, offering fantastic views. All the staff are incredibly polite, making you feel right at home. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful; not only was check-in quick, but we were also pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade. A special thank you to Nicole, Icy, and Andy from the Executive Lounge, who even gave us a surprise dessert soup in the evening. On our check-out day, when we needed a late check-out due to an engagement, they promptly arranged it for us. The service was truly exceptional and highly commendable!

This is my first time visiting China alone and it is the first time booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is in centre of tourist attractions. Convenient and affordable. All staffs are so friendly, , breakfast has so much variety, good quality food, tea and coffee. Some items are made to order. Every individual staff made me feel so welcome , as a solo traveller, I feel like home away from home.
Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and affordable.
Housekeepers are so friendly and professional.
Concierge: Winnie, Vivian, Leona and Cheryl are all so friendly, helpful, they are always available for assistance and never hesitate to help me with whatever questions I have or anything I asked for.
General Manager, Brian is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All staffs seem happy to work there and they all remember me and greet me by my name. I feel so pampered, spoiled and welcomed. I even received a special souvenir from the hotel to bring back to Canada.

IIngridJonkerBeautiful place with very clean rooms. Offer kayaking on site. Unfortunately it's not pet friendly as stated, pets are allowed, but must be tied up which defeats the purpose of going to an open space in nature. I wish we were told when we arrived that the dogs won't be allowed to roam free as apposed to told the next morning. For reference, it's small dogs who have no interest in people, all they want to do is sniff grass and run. Anyway, would suggest putting some fencing up between camps to prevent dogs from roaming free, but allows them to strech their legs. Or just don't advertise as pet friendly :) No 'western' breakfast option as advertised.

AAnonymous UserIt's a little far from most of the popular Shunde tourist destinations, but this hotel is great value for money. There were five of us and we stayed in the extremely spacious presidential suite, which was really more like three individual hotel rooms (each with its own toilet and shower) connected to a main living room with several sofas. The rooms are very well-stocked with all of the amenities you would want or need. A ten-minute Didi ride from the hotel gets you to various 私房菜 restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast is also fantastic, with a huge selection of Chinese breakfast foods as well as fruits and vegetables. The only downside to our stay was that we arrived during Chinese New Year, so the hotel was understaffed and it took over an hour for our room to be cleaned (even though we arrived well after the listed check-in time).
