TTimSeaUTree Pavilion is hosted by a wonderful family who were extremely welcoming and consistently extended care and attention throughout my stay. The apartment hotel was spotlessly clean and had excellent service amenities. This was my first trip to China and I was astounded by the level of open-heartedness and genuine positive characteristics that I experienced. I plan to return to stay with UTree Pavilion, they have given me a wonderful impression and experience of the warmth of Mainland Chinese culture. The building is beautiful and has been thoughtfully curated with activities, amenities and decor. The location is excellent for visiting local attractions. I can only wholeheartedly recommend choosing this location for your stay in Foshan. To the hosts - thank you for providing an experience that I will always cherish.

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel is very new. The bathtub came with disposable bath bags and bath salts, which is excellent for the price.
Cleanliness: It was clean, and the common areas were well-designed. They also cleaned my room during my extended stay.
Environment: The location is a bit out of the way, but it's great if you're driving. There's a chicken coop restaurant next to the hotel; the setting isn't great, but the food is delicious.
Service: The staff always greeted me with a smile. I noticed they weren't rushing to clear breakfast even when it was almost closing time, and the breakfast spread was quite generous.
Sauna: Did not try.
Welcome drink at the bar: I had the complimentary bar drinks, one green and one red. I felt the green one with alcohol was tastier, but both were good.
Minibar: It had two bottles of water and two soft drinks.

GGuest UserWhen I go to the tea market, I always stay at this hotel. The location is close and there are many night snacks around. But this time I had a bad experience staying at the hotel. Because I didn't need to clean the room, I needed to ask the front desk for mineral water. I asked for four bottles, and the front desk lady was very unhappy and said that she could only give me four bottles at most. This is the first time I have been restricted from mineral water when staying in a hotel.

JJiushunmupi%liushuxia（xiabannianxiujia）I stayed for two days, and the front desk staff were all very friendly. The room was also very clean, and most importantly, beautifully decorated. I was stunned as soon as I entered the lobby; it felt like a 3D background. The gym was decent, not great but not bad either. The treadmills were very stable, though the weightlifting equipment wasn't comprehensive. The breakfast vegetables were excellent, sweet and crispy. The rice noodles were just okay, a bit mushy. There was no cheese or cake. The hotel is right opposite the Wetland Park, which is great for a morning run. It's better than the hotel next to the Louvre and a bit cheaper too. Overall, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Foshan.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, and the main credit absolutely goes to the two front desk staff members, Derrick and Kevin! From the moment I checked in, both of them displayed extreme professionalism and warmth. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, from room type preferences and parking directions to recommendations for local attractions. Their explanations were clear, well-organized, and incredibly thoughtful, without a hint of perfunctoriness.
During my stay, whenever I had a small question and contacted the front desk, Derrick was quick to respond and even proactively followed up on the resolution progress, which put me completely at ease. Kevin, on the other hand, always paid attention to details, actively helped with my luggage, and reminded me about weather changes. These small touches truly showed his attentiveness. Their service was not only professional and efficient but also delivered with genuine warmth, adding a sense of belonging to what could have been an unfamiliar journey.
The hotel's hardware facilities and environment were already good, but with excellent service staff like Derrick and Kevin, the overall experience was elevated significantly! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and look forward to experiencing their exceptional service once more.

The toilet is very clean and hygienic, the projector is very easy to use, and it does not get stuck. There are also free dining, very delicious varieties, many healthy, as well as billiard tables and fitness equipment. The service is in place, the night view is very beautiful, and it is very comfortable to live.

Cleanliness : Very proper and Clean environment, Rooms are tidy and clean carpets (Except for some lights not working, Room 1012)
Service : Very friendly, helpful & knowledgable front desk service staffs. Thanks for the late check-out. There are always a male staff guarding the door at lobby, making sure security is good.
Price : Very reasonable for this location & standard, and came with very decent chinese breakfast.
Comfort : Comfortable bed and air-condition is good (Try to get high floor room if you are in the low season, the town view is beautiful)
Strongly recommend if you are new to the place.

AAnonymous UserIt's a little far from most of the popular Shunde tourist destinations, but this hotel is great value for money. There were five of us and we stayed in the extremely spacious presidential suite, which was really more like three individual hotel rooms (each with its own toilet and shower) connected to a main living room with several sofas. The rooms are very well-stocked with all of the amenities you would want or need. A ten-minute Didi ride from the hotel gets you to various 私房菜 restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast is also fantastic, with a huge selection of Chinese breakfast foods as well as fruits and vegetables. The only downside to our stay was that we arrived during Chinese New Year, so the hotel was understaffed and it took over an hour for our room to be cleaned (even though we arrived well after the listed check-in time).
