When I came to Shangri-La, I originally wanted to stay at Songtsam Linka, but then I saw a photo of the Ritzman's grassland view from the window and immediately changed my booking. I stayed for three days. I haven't really stayed in many B&Bs, and if I'm being honest, the room was a bit cramped. There wasn't enough space to pack my luggage. Also, it's a bit out of the way, so I couldn't order takeout. However, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and they offered breakfast, afternoon tea, and sweet soup. The aged tangerine peel red bean soup one evening was particularly delicious. Most importantly, there were many small animals on the ranch, especially two little donkeys that my son absolutely adored. Every morning, as soon as he woke up, he wanted to go see and feed the donkeys. It was a very satisfying trip.

An unforgettable stay ! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely immersed in the wild beauty of Shangri-La. The location is breathtaking wide open landscapes, mountains that seem to stretch forever, and a calm that's hard to find anywhere else. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, with an amazing view, every detail felt intentional. But what truly made this stay special was Suki and little fish (荔枝). They are patient, attentive, and genuinely caring the kind of hosts who make you feel completely at ease from the very first moment. Beyond being incredibly warm and welcoming, they helped me experience the region in a way I never could have on my own. I went horse riding in the mountains with them, discovered the local culture through their eyes, and had some of the most meaningful conversations of my trip sitting with them. Their advice was precious, and their kindness turned a beautiful place into a memorable one. The amenities were excellent, the service flawless, and the whole place has a soul that's rare to find. If you're traveling and looking for somewhere that feels like an adventure and a home at the same time, this is it. Thank you Suki and little fish for the rides, the laughs, the conversations, and for showing me a side of Yunnan I'll never forget.

The facilities are great, with spacious rooms and a beautiful view. This is by far the best guesthouse in Pana Sea that I've stayed at, and I'll recommend it to all my friends. There's someone to help with luggage, and they're very friendly and easy to talk to. When you step outside, you can see ponies kissing in the meadow. The 'red prince' (I assume a dog or cat) warmly greets you as soon as you pull up. I really regret not bringing dog treats; he's so well-behaved (and neutered), doesn't bark, and entertains himself, but he'll also play with you if you want (where do you find such a good dog?!). Breakfast is also provided.

This magnificent hotel is located in the heart of Shangri-La, a place where the journey itself is part of the magic. As we traveled along the village paths and across the vast plains filled with yaks and horses roaming freely, the landscape was so beautiful and peaceful that we felt as if we were entering another world. From the moment we arrived, silence, serenity, and the pure energy of nature surrounded us. The hotel manager greeted us with a warm smile, checked us in, and offered us hot local tea and a ******* cake. He then led us to the warm and beautiful room we had reserved. Everything was truly perfect: the hotel's atmosphere, the beauty of the location, and the kindness and sincerity of the entire team. When it was time to leave, we truly felt as if we were leaving a piece of our hearts there. Without a doubt, we will return to this place, and this time we will stay longer. A huge thank you to Mr. Wang, their adorable dogs, and their amazing team for this unforgettable experience.

This guesthouse really exceeded my expectations. It was easy to find and the surrounding area was very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, no strange smells, and the bedding was comfortable, so I got a great night's sleep. The host was incredibly genuine and patiently answered all my questions, unlike some places where they're unresponsive. Overall, it felt very cozy, just like staying at a relative's house – none of that stiff hotel feeling. The price was also reasonable, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, genuinely recommend it to everyone.

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Shangri-La was absolutely the right decision! It's super convenient, just about a ten-minute walk to the old town. Plus, they provide an oxygen concentrator, which was a lifesaver on my first day when I was suffering from altitude sickness. They also have an oximeter and a thermometer, showing how much they care about their guests. The chicken and rice noodle soup for breakfast here is incredibly delicious – I had it for days! Every evening, they bring complimentary bedtime milk, which my family found to be a really thoughtful touch. The bedding is great too; I slept very comfortably, and the toiletries are all well-stocked. If I get the chance to come back, I would definitely consider staying here again.

We arrived quite late for check-in, and due to a booking error on our part, the concierge thoughtfully upgraded our room, which was a wonderfully warm gesture. The hotel's Tibetan-style breakfast was authentic and delicious. We also had a chance to visit the third floor of the hotel, where there was a dazzling array of high-altitude local specialties of good quality. We picked up a few items to take home before we left. Our entire stay was perfect, highly recommended!

Passing through Shangri-La, my top choice was naturally the Shangri-La Hotel, and it truly lived up to its reputation. The hotel is conveniently located near Songzanlin Monastery, Dukezong Ancient Town, and Zaya Manor, making getting around incredibly easy. The hotel itself is charmingly antique and distinctly *******, with unique characteristics yet an undeniable sense of luxury. The rooms, while not huge, are exceptionally comfortable, offering great views and a relaxing atmosphere. What truly stands out, however, is the hotel's service. From the security guards and porters to the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, everyone was warm, professional, and efficient, making the stay truly delightful. Highly recommend!

After a winding drive up the mountain road, just as we were wondering with a slight mix of nervousness and anticipation if the hotel would match its promotional pictures, a stunningly designed building appeared before our eyes! From the parking lot, lobby, rooms, cafe, and western restaurant, everything was breathtaking. The hotel is surrounded by amazing mountain views, and the mountain scenery from the cafe's floor-to-ceiling windows is truly a feast for the eyes and soul! The soft and hard amenities in the room were also excellent! The breakfast was both beautiful and delicious! The souvenir we received upon check-out was very stylish and tasteful! In short, we will definitely come back to stay again when we have the chance!
