An absolute surprise! The design is sophisticated, the room is super spacious, and the projector was a hit with the kids. The oxygen supply system provided peace of mind, and the rooftop balcony offered stunning views. For breakfast, the rice noodles were personally cooked by the owner's mother. The owner even provided pick-up and drop-off services to and from the station, and we received complimentary tickets for a dance show in the ancient town and a voucher for a Thangka intangible cultural heritage experience. Next time I'm in Shangri-La, I'll definitely stay here again!

This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Dukezong Ancient Town. Its Wabi-sabi style decor is tasteful and chic, and the quality truly rivals hotels that cost 2,000 RMB a night. My friend and I stayed for two nights and we honestly didn't want to check out. We've already promised each other we'll come back to Shangri-La just for this hotel. Hope it continues to thrive!

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, excellent! The young man even introduced all the amenities one by one and helped us turn on the underfloor heating and oxygen supply. Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable, I slept very well! Environment: The environment is very elegant, and there are two cute big dogs and a kitten. We wanted to walk the dogs, and the owner agreed. We took the little dogs, Coke and Coffee, for a walk – they are really adorable! It’s very close to Napa Lake and has a large yard. Service: This is the best B&B service I've ever encountered. They were incredibly responsive to all requests, even helping with laundry. Their response speed was super fast, and the drop-off service was very thoughtful, even navigating difficult narrow alleys to get us to our destination. Special shout-out to the young man working on the evening of the 25th – he was genuinely kind, attentive, and respectful! He was also particularly humorous and witty! Shangri-La has truly become a pilgrimage site in my heart. I will definitely choose this place again when I return to Shangri-La!

A perfect stay for those seeking peace and relaxation. The hotel offers stunning mountain and meadow views, with beautiful walking paths and scenery similar to Heidou Café nearby. Guests receive a voucher for a complimentary Americano and cookies at the café (other menu items are available with a small top-up). The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hotel also provides convenient shuttle service to and from the railway station. Didi rides are easy to book, and the Old Town is only about 20 minutes away. We booked two rooms for our family group. The room was very well-equipped and extremely comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Her family's restaurant next door is excellent. I would only recommend that they change their transfer service provider. As we were leaving very early in the morning, I preferred to ask the owner to book a taxi for us, because I wasn't sure if we would be able to find a taxi or a Didi so early. It arrived 15 minutes late and cost us twice as much as a Didi would have, and we saw that there were plenty of Didis available at that time. The price isn't important; for me, the important thing was the peace of mind of having a taxi available at the requested time. We had to rush through security at the station...it wasn't pleasant. Of course, this isn't the fault of the owner, who was lovely and helpful. It was the taxi driver's fault for being 15 minutes late. I would return to this hotel without hesitation because of its good location, cleanliness, and facilities.

Choosing this hotel in Shangri-La was a fantastic decision, truly healing with its window views! Directly facing Napa Lake, with mountains, meadows, and the lake all in sight, the large floor-to-ceiling window in the room acts like a flowing landscape painting. You can lie in bed and watch the clouds drift by – the view is absolutely breathtaking. The public areas are chic and picturesque, and the restaurant with its floor-to-ceiling windows offers an incredible view. The afternoon tea presentation is exquisite, and the drinks and snacks are delicious. Dining here while enjoying the scenery is incredibly pleasant. Stepping out, you're right on the Napa Lake grasslands, with horses grazing everywhere, making it convenient for walks and photos. The room interior is simple, comfortable, and full of ambiance. Just a small reminder: the high plateau experiences significant temperature swings between day and night, so it can get quite cool in the mornings and evenings. Overall, the experience was excellent. If you're planning a vacation around Napa Lake, this place is highly recommended!

THE BEST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYED AT 😩❤️❤️ Our plan was to stay one night in Shangri-La and we made THE BEST decision booking this hotel. They provided pick up and drop off service from the railway station and the car was very comfortable for us 4 people. The butler waited for us right outside the station and greeted us with a smile. He helped us with the bags and drove us to the hotel. The hotel was only a few minutes away from the station and when we arrived, the staff gave us each the ******* scarf as a welcome gift. They explained everything in english and added us to a wechat group with all the staffs so we can ask anything in the group through wechat right away. The room was BIG. Was luxurious and very high tech. and DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE VIEWS 😭😭😭 The view from the room was IMMACULATE. I COULD WATCH IT EVERYDAY. Everything was clean, new and COMFY. They have everything prepared and everything was complete. The hotel provided complimentary afternoon tea for each night and you could order any drinks you like from the rooftop cafe. The drinks were amazing and they even provided some fruits. The view from the rooftop cafe was also amazing. We had an amazing time in the cafe. There were a lot of animals roaming around the ranch of the hotel and we got to touch feed and take pictures with all of them!!! It was THE MOST MEMORABLE part of the stay! There were rabbits goats lambs alpacas yak cows pigs. All of them were roaming around freely and we could take pictures and play with them! There were also another cafe and the other side of the ranch with very good views. The ranch is filled with multiple photo spots. They prepared a few huts with cute props for us to take pictures. At night, they prepared a tea making event for us to enjoy but we didnt have any time since we went to the ancient town that night. The Didis are surprisingly easy to be found even at 11pm. When we came back to the hotel they handed us each a cup of warm yak milk for a good night sleep. We slept so comfortably and the next day, we had our delicious breakfast and they were so considerate offering us a halal version of the breakfast!! And we also had our complimentary photoshoot with the ******* cultural outfits. It was very good and we got 5 pictures for free!! We requested for a late checkout but they couldn't do it since there are other people checking in the next day. However, they instead offered another complimentary afternoon tea session!!! After checking out, we leave our bags in the hotel lobby and they handed us each a goody bag filled with snacks!!! We played a little bit more with the animals and enjoyed our last few hours in the rooftop cafe for the last time! We were so sad leaving the hotel but surely we will come again!!!

This hotel was the best stay of my trip in Sichuan / Yunnan. I cherish the countryside and i was apply to go out of the city to enjoy the slow life, the real life with nature and animals. This stay gave me everything! The owners, 仁安 里 and Jiren, welcomed me like a was family. I was starving and they invited me to have dinner with them. It was really nice and i felt really included into their community. The room was spacious, luminous, and confortable with a huge bed ! I really loved staying on the sofa in the morning, when the sun was blazing. The breakfast was good and generous. My favorite day was to discover the surrounding of the hotel, walking in the village, seeing all the cute animals (cows, baby cows, dogs, cats, poneys, roosters). The owner was so considerate to me, he drove me to Shangri-La city center because no taxis were available. Visiting the old town, i was so happy to have chosen a hotel away from this touristic place. He also picked me up and drop me off at the train station. I would absolutely recommend and return to this hotel. I loved it very much. It gave me the opportunity to relax, discover ******* culture and amazing people, and live the slow life. Thanks again, and Tashi Delek !

The environment is fantastic! It's the cozy cabin I was hoping for, with views of grassy fields and distant mountains right outside the door. Plus, there are sheep that act like puppies and aloof alpacas 🦙. Facilities: Excellent. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the toilet is fully automatic, and there's a comfy sofa. Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: The hotel food is absolutely delicious! I didn't leave the hotel for three days, ate wonderfully, and slept comfortably. I was originally torn between choosing Anren Banyan Tree and here, but the beautiful scenery, great food, and friendly animals made this a perfect travel experience. My vacation ended on a high note! Black Bean Cafe Afternoon Tea: The iced Americano was delicious~

This hotel was a super pleasant surprise on my trip, and even though I rarely write reviews, I have to leave a good one! Service: Friendly and proactive, they even helped with my luggage. Facilities: I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the room – smart toilet, smart curtains, very new. They said it was renovated last year, and it really looks just like the promotional pictures!! Location: It’s also well-located, reachable by bus from the old town.
