Shangri-La Hotels with Breakfast

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is fantastic – you can get everywhere quickly. The breakfast rice noodles are delicious! The owner is warm, enthusiastic, and attentive, providing excellent service. If you're visiting Shangri-La, you really should stay here. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is conveniently located right by the East Gate of Dukezong Ancient City. It's super easy to catch the shuttle bus to the scenic spots – just cross the street! While it's a little bit of a walk to the main ancient city area, that actually makes it quieter, which is great for a good night's sleep. The front desk offers a bunch of handy items, even heated eye masks. There's a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes, and they even provide a thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service, which is very convenient. The breakfast selection is quite diverse too. Our room was clean and tidy, and it came with dispersed oxygen, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a pretty good place to stay.

This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Dukezong Ancient Town. Its Wabi-sabi style decor is tasteful and chic, and the quality truly rivals hotels that cost 2,000 RMB a night. My friend and I stayed for two nights and we honestly didn't want to check out. We've already promised each other we'll come back to Shangri-La just for this hotel. Hope it continues to thrive!

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, excellent! The young man even introduced all the amenities one by one and helped us turn on the underfloor heating and oxygen supply. Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable, I slept very well! Environment: The environment is very elegant, and there are two cute big dogs and a kitten. We wanted to walk the dogs, and the owner agreed. We took the little dogs, Coke and Coffee, for a walk – they are really adorable! It’s very close to Napa Lake and has a large yard. Service: This is the best B&B service I've ever encountered. They were incredibly responsive to all requests, even helping with laundry. Their response speed was super fast, and the drop-off service was very thoughtful, even navigating difficult narrow alleys to get us to our destination. Special shout-out to the young man working on the evening of the 25th – he was genuinely kind, attentive, and respectful! He was also particularly humorous and witty! Shangri-La has truly become a pilgrimage site in my heart. I will definitely choose this place again when I return to Shangri-La!

A perfect stay for those seeking peace and relaxation. The hotel offers stunning mountain and meadow views, with beautiful walking paths and scenery similar to Heidou Café nearby. Guests receive a voucher for a complimentary Americano and cookies at the café (other menu items are available with a small top-up). The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hotel also provides convenient shuttle service to and from the railway station. Didi rides are easy to book, and the Old Town is only about 20 minutes away. The room was absolutely amazing, it felt like I was living right in the scenery of Napa Lake. Waking up to blue skies, white clouds, and green grass, plus getting to interact with the donkeys and cows right outside was a treat. The biggest surprise was breakfast; the food was the best I've had at any Shangri-La hotel. I highly recommend the black truffle scrambled eggs. The service was also excellent; the staff even helped us with our luggage.

This hotel was the best stay of my trip in Sichuan / Yunnan. I cherish the countryside and i was apply to go out of the city to enjoy the slow life, the real life with nature and animals. This stay gave me everything! The owners, 仁安 里 and Jiren, welcomed me like a was family. I was starving and they invited me to have dinner with them. It was really nice and i felt really included into their community. The room was spacious, luminous, and confortable with a huge bed ! I really loved staying on the sofa in the morning, when the sun was blazing. The breakfast was good and generous. My favorite day was to discover the surrounding of the hotel, walking in the village, seeing all the cute animals (cows, baby cows, dogs, cats, poneys, roosters). The owner was so considerate to me, he drove me to Shangri-La city center because no taxis were available. Visiting the old town, i was so happy to have chosen a hotel away from this touristic place. He also picked me up and drop me off at the train station. I would absolutely recommend and return to this hotel. I loved it very much. It gave me the opportunity to relax, discover ******* culture and amazing people, and live the slow life. Thanks again, and Tashi Delek !

The environment is fantastic! It's the cozy cabin I was hoping for, with views of grassy fields and distant mountains right outside the door. Plus, there are sheep that act like puppies and aloof alpacas 🦙. Facilities: Excellent. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the toilet is fully automatic, and there's a comfy sofa. Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: The hotel food is absolutely delicious! I didn't leave the hotel for three days, ate wonderfully, and slept comfortably. I was originally torn between choosing Anren Banyan Tree and here, but the beautiful scenery, great food, and friendly animals made this a perfect travel experience. My vacation ended on a high note! Black Bean Cafe Afternoon Tea: The iced Americano was delicious~

I specifically booked this hotel for my trip to Songzanlin Monastery, as it offered the best value for money within the scenic area, and my stay was excellent. The hotel's location is superb, extremely close to the monastery, making getting around super convenient. It only takes a few minutes to reach the observation deck! Plus, from the windows of the hotel's lounge area, you can look down onto Naizi River Park! The hotel itself is quiet and the entire place is impeccably clean. Most importantly, the front desk lady was incredibly kind and patiently answered all my questions. Breakfast was also included, making it fantastic value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time! ~(≧▽≦)/~

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was exactly as described: very clean, surprisingly large, and the floor heating in the main area was a welcome feature. The location is truly excellent—easy to find, a short distance from the ancient city, and incredibly convenient for taxis. Having a supermarket right downstairs and access to fantastic local restaurants was a huge plus. The only area for improvement is the bathroom temperature. As there is no heating element, it became quite cold during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable. Despite this, we would happily return for the great value and ideal location.
