"THE BEST HOTEL WE'VE EVER STAYED AT 😩❤️❤️ Our plan was to stay one night in Shangri-La and we made THE BEST decision booking this hotel. They provided pick up and drop off service from the railway station and the car was very comfortable for us 4 people. The butler waited for us right outside the station and greeted us with a smile. He helped us with the bags and drove us to the hotel. The hotel was only a few minutes away from the station and when we arrived, the staff gave us each the ******* scarf as a welcome gift. They explained everything in english and added us to a wechat group with all the staffs so we can ask anything in the group through wechat right away. The room was BIG. Was luxurious and very high tech. and DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE VIEWS 😭😭😭 The view from the room was IMMACULATE. I COULD WATCH IT EVERYDAY. Everything was clean, new and COMFY. They have everything prepared and everything was complete. The hotel provided complimentary afternoon tea for each night and you could order any drinks you like from the rooftop cafe. The drinks were amazing and they even provided some fruits. The view from the rooftop cafe was also amazing. We had an amazing time in the cafe. There were a lot of animals roaming around the ranch of the hotel and we got to touch feed and take pictures with all of them!!! It was THE MOST MEMORABLE part of the stay! There were rabbits goats lambs alpacas yak cows pigs. All of them were roaming around freely and we could take pictures and play with them! There were also another cafe and the other side of the ranch with very good views. The ranch is filled with multiple photo spots. They prepared a few huts with cute props for us to take pictures. At night, they prepared a tea making event for us to enjoy but we didnt have any time since we went to the ancient town that night. The Didis are surprisingly easy to be found even at 11pm. When we came back to the hotel they handed us each a cup of warm yak milk for a good night sleep. We slept so comfortably and the next day, we had our delicious breakfast and they were so considerate offering us a halal version of the breakfast!! And we also had our complimentary photoshoot with the ******* cultural outfits. It was very good and we got 5 pictures for free!! We requested for a late checkout but they couldn't do it since there are other people checking in the next day. However, they instead offered another complimentary afternoon tea session!!! After checking out, we leave our bags in the hotel lobby and they handed us each a goody bag filled with snacks!!! We played a little bit more with the animals and enjoyed our last few hours in the rooftop cafe for the last time! We were so sad leaving the hotel but surely we will come again!!!"

"This hotel was a huge, pleasant surprise! The room view was absolutely stunning, directly overlooking the old town, and I could even see the prayer wheel. All the staff, every single one of them, were incredibly friendly and helpful! They even offered to pick us up and drop us off at the old town entrance. It's conveniently located near the North Gate. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with an oxygen machine and humidifier, among other amenities. Highly recommend!"

"This stay was exceptionally satisfying. The guesthouse's overall environment and hygiene were meticulously maintained. There were no strange odors upon entering, and all floors were spotless, with corners, crevices, and windowsills thoroughly cleaned. The bedding was soft and tidy, with sheets and duvet covers clearly replaced, clean and stain-free. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, and the vanity, toilet, and shower area were immaculately clean, with smooth drainage and no standing water or unpleasant smells. Toiletries were fully stocked. All room facilities and equipment were well-maintained. The air conditioning, water heater, and lighting operated stably, with hot water available instantly. The furniture was sturdy and in good condition, and doors and windows opened and closed smoothly. The small appliances were convenient to use, with all daily necessities provided. The owner clearly takes great care in maintaining the property, showing diligent daily upkeep. The accommodation environment was quiet and comfortable, and the clean and tidy surroundings, combined with well-functioning facilities, offered outstanding value for money, making for a very reassuring stay. This guesthouse is my top choice when visiting Shangri-La, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"We had a wonderful stay! Even though we barely speak the local language, we felt incredibly well looked after and supported throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Kian, who communicated with us very well in English and made it so much easier to organize all the activities and experiences we enjoyed during our time here. We would also like to really thank the rest of the reception team and our driver for their kindness and helpfulness, we truly felt cared for at all times. The hotel itself is excellent, the facilities are modern, comfortable, and spotless. Our room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is also great, just a few minutes from the entrance to the old town. We would absolutely recommend this hotel. If we ever come back to Shangri-La, we would stay here again without a doubt. 10/10! 😊"

"The free shuttle service to/from the airport/station was excellent. The young man driving was very diligent and proactively helped with our luggage. **Environment:** The ******* aesthetic lived up to its name. The lobby on the first floor was filled with fresh flowers, a testament to the owner, a refined man who loves flowers. **Cleanliness:** It was exceptionally clean, truly. I also want to praise the two ladies who prepared breakfast. While not overly lavish, it was spotlessly clean, hygienic, and although the variety was simple, the taste was far from it. This guesthouse is filled with friendly smiles; whenever you look up, you're met with a gentle, welcoming face."
