We booked the 3 bedroom suite - it suited our family with a 10month old. He was able to crawl up and down the room corridor with no obstacles, it was perfect. 

I love the buggy that sends us to Siam Paragon, the wait was short and staff driving it was helpful and courteous on both ways. I also appreciate the nice gesture of leaving snacks for us after each time housekeeping is done. 

My children were so touched by the 'See you soon' macarons that they decided to write a thank you note to the hotel.

I was surprised to find the washing machine, with a 'dry' function, but somehow I think it's not a dryer but maybe a machine that does the spin function really well? It was fine after we hung up the clothes to dry in the room.

Chatrium Grand is our new favourite hotel in Bangkok. We will be back!!!!

P/s Only complaint from the husband is that he felt that his bed was lopsided. Apart from this, he loves this hotel!

Whenever I'm in Bangkok for a business trip, I always stay here. The hygiene and cleanliness are, of course, top-notch, and every staff member is incredibly warm and attentive. It's very close to the highway, which makes getting around easy, and there's a wide variety of cuisines available at restaurants nearby, so dining is convenient. There are also many massage places right across from the hotel. Plus, there's a currency exchange directly opposite where you can exchange Chinese Yuan for Thai Baht at a good rate.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay at this hotel. It's very close to the airport by taxi, and having breakfast included is quite convenient. The rooms are a bit like a serviced apartment but very clean, and the staff are all very polite.

The room was incredibly spacious, about 70 square meters. The bed placement was meticulously designed so it wasn't directly adjacent to beds in neighboring rooms, which greatly minimized noise. The soundproofing was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable.

**Facilities:** Five-star level, all the hardware was up to par.

**Hygiene:** I didn't find any issues with cleanliness.

**Environment:** The setting is beautiful, right by the Chao Phraya River, offering a fantastic river view.

**Service:** The staff were always friendly, greeting everyone, and showed great service awareness.

I would definitely choose to stay here again. Oh, and by the way, the rooms in this hotel have a basic kitchen and utensils, so you can buy groceries and cook your own meals.

Example that room I stayed was 2901. 
With nice kitchen furniture, but no bowls, plates, no chopsticks, no Fock and spoon as well.

What even I want must dial “0” to ask for it.

Another issue was mentioned to us all soft drinks are complimentary.

But refill will be charge.

I book three night stays, why those soft drinks only 
offer for one time?

Why not refill everyday ? 

Another thing really wish to speak out 
The breakfast menu was so bad 

Just look at the bacon you will give up.

Bakery is very bad 
Coffee maker Don’t served espresso that is amazing 

Another thing was all juice and water in those glass jug almost dry up no refill 

One thing I was not sure   Why in bed room have no tissue paper? 

If I checkout and checkin again I will have whole sets of soft drink for free also two fresh apple and one small orange

Nice location near Asok, hotel overall new and well maintained. Rooms are fairly new. Breakfast not bad, will change everyday. Overall good will come again

Hotel is clean & staff's service is excellent. I could conveniently communicate with them via hotel's Whatsapp & they swiftly help to arrange our transfer to & from Bangkok as well as within Khao Yai. At the hotel, counter staff helped us arranged for massage, BBQ, etc. Staff are very friendly & helpful.

Old luxury hotel - resort style big pool, great breakfast, spacious rooms. They have to renovate it, but it still very nice.

Ah, by the way. Its hard to find some restaurants nearby - be prepared for taxi for any case. But they have 24h convenient store on first floor.

And - its very strange for the hotel of this level - there was a situation with exec lounge. It was in my booking but they refuse to give me access: ”It was an error in room description”. Guys, its really not my trouble, right? I wasnt in the mood for hard negotiations, so... let  carma decide ))) And they have no local shuttle bus (yes, there is an error on hotel site). Heh )))
