FX Hotel is 2 minutes away from MRT and 5 minutes away from Airport Airlink by walk. Very easy to check-in, explore the city and go to the airport at night or early morning. This was the main reason we booked this place and it worked nicely. Additionally, there's a boat pier, we used it to get to malls quickly. Just check Asok Pier on the map, sit in the boat, pay 14 bahts and double-check you're going to the direction of Pratunam Pier. Road will take 10 minutes which is faster than taxis or buses.

The room has been renovated, but the bed hasn't been replaced! It's still wobbly. They also stopped providing toothbrushes in the room. The flooring is new, but the bathroom is still the original. The 'king' bed is actually just two old single beds pushed together. I don't know if it's expensive or what, but the bed is practically falling apart.

I booked the hotel for 2 days. Because of their options, I told them to reserve for me the higher floor. They said yes sir, we already booked the higher floor room for you and we upgraded your room. But when I arrived, I see all was fake and I got normal room in second floor 😵💫😵💫.

I little bit disappointed with the hotel. I hope they will improve the service as well.

Staff are friendly, helpful. Rooms are good size. Breakfast is ok. Swimming pool is small. There are some cockroaches in the bed room.  We had to transfer to another room because of strong smell in the room either pesticide or gas.

Always my choice when visiting Bangkok.  Receptionist are friendly and helpful.. King, Lina, Namey, Chester.  They even gotten to remember my favourite floors and room.  Its like visitng home away from home.  It is conveniently located between MRTA Sukhumvit and BTS Asoke to bring you to anywhere in Bangkok as it's well connected.  In the morning you can enjoy the steet3 food like porridge and dough fritters where 20baht gives you a big bag.  It is finger size and crispy especially when eaten hot.

The hotel is near bumrungrad hosiptal so it is very convenient. The room is ok but the toilet sometime smell coming from sewer. It is ok for my family to stay.

## Environment:
The location is good, very close to the subway, making transportation convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs, so it's easy to grab a bite if you get hungry at night. We East Asians might find the smell in some areas a bit uncomfortable (mainly in the elevator; the lobby and rooms are fine. You know the drill).

## Hygiene:
The room was quite clean.

## Service:
Check-in involved a bit of a wait. For Singapore, it seems there are fewer staff who speak Chinese. Also, my breakfast records for two days weren't logged, so I had to explain and confirm with the staff every morning.

## Breakfast:
Perhaps to cater to the needs of Indian guests, the breakfast here was truly difficult to describe...

## Facilities:
The hotel facilities are quite old, but! The important thing is that the rooms are really spacious. If you're not a fan of Singapore's super small-sized rooms, I highly recommend this place. Additionally, the hotel decor might remind you of the golden nineties; it's quite retro and stylish in its own way.

I was very disappointed by this hotel.

Let me give the pros first, then we can talk about the cons which are many and diverse but focus on one aspect mostly with many branches I guess.

Pro:
- the staff was kind and helpful to the best of their possibilities (limited probably by upper management? Just a guess)
- the location is right I'm between Chinatown and Marina Bay area.. Definitely walkable distance from both (if you don't mind the weather and are a walker)
- free bottle of wine (I don't drink alcohol) and little lion plushie (so cute!) as a free gift

That's it. Now to the cons:
- the furniture and structure is old.. An it shows. I guess if you come here expecting a high tier 4 star hotel as the Singapore hotel seem to be, you'll be heavily disappointed. Switches, wardrobe, carpets, safe, everything is clearly old
- I originally got a business executive room (floor 20) and was so disappointed that I had to complain... It was definitely NOT on par with what I was paying. Admittedly this was during the F1 days so this makes thing a bit more reasonable since prices are crazy everywhere during those days, but I was staying here 10 days and it was not acceptable
- after complaining the Staff kindly upgraded me to a premium room (floor 17) which was slightly better but still insufficient... This room admittedly had a very nice view on the city with a big window, and a nice cozy bath tub.. But that's about it, everything else is still true
- I couldn't use the restaurant since I quickly passed by but the food wasn't too interesting to me so just went for a Korean BBQ nearby.. So that's up to you. There were people eating there and seemed satisfied though :)

Overall if this was a 3 star hotel and way cheaper then I would have not complained, but again for the price and the category not enough for me.

Our first one-night stay at FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach Seminyak, Bali, was convenient, thanks to its location close to Ngurah Rai International Airport and beach, making it ideal for a quick stopover.

The spacious rooms and proximity to Legian Beach were notable perks, and the staff were friendly. However, it wouldn’t fully meet our expectations for a longer stay to ensure a relaxing experience.

Loved the interior of the room, very Balinese style room with a bath tub, the room size is good and very affordable.. hotel location other wise is really out of no where, not close to any restaurants or convenient store. Luckily we can order grab.. but still not much activity available in the hotel except for massage and spa, pool bar is not open, no one actually goes to the pool. It's near to nature so quite a bit of insects.. Staff and friendly and helpful.. There is only 1 restaurant and price wise is not cheap and food is not nice as well.. we were given bread and butter before our meal but even our butter is tasteless,unsalted.. the curry is very watery.. I guess after trying so many nice food around Asia, our taste buds can be quite picky so for the price paid, the food does not satisfy our desire for good food.
