This is the third time I've been here. The Wi-Fi network was broken during the first two days of our stay. After reporting it to the front desk a few times, it improved a little. Other services are still as good as before. You can borrow an umbrella on rainy days. There is an Aldi nearby, a large Carrefour, and it is the terminal for many trams. The breakfast also has a rich variety.

Overall, the hotel is nice. It is located in a very good place. Very close to Wawel. Breakfasts are also great. A very large selection of all kinds of dishes. Everyone will find something for themselves. The rooms are a bit worse. I happened to get a room with an old triangular shower. 80s. The bed is nice and big, but again, two duvets, which is uncomfortable when you are traveling with a woman. And there is no water in the rooms, which is strange for me.

The hotel is just perfect. Located 5-6 minutes walk from the central square, it is distinguished for excellent service, hospitality, cleaning and breakfast. The environment is particularly comfortable, as well as the staff is friendly. The room is quite spacious, clean (it is worth repeating), perfect toiletries, excellent shower and all the details that have made this short holiday particularly pleasant. There is everything nearby: from the food store to the cafeteria, through many restaurants.

Convenient location, but no air conditioning and noisy near the road

The location is quite good with good access to the center of Berlin while being in a calm and quiet area.
The staff was also polite and pleasant, and after checking out, I noticed that I forgot something and went to pick it up, but they kept it securely.
The cleanliness was perfect, and the amenities were more substantial than a normal hotel (even a simple sewing set), but the curtain in the shower room was too short and didn't do its job. Toilets and washrooms are flooded and difficult to wipe. Also, the ventilation fan was too powerful and it made me very dry and my throat hurt. That was the only disappointment.

We stayed in the Pinzhen Building this time. However, all facilities, including the swimming pool, are located in the Zhaoyin Building, so you'll need to go to the other building to use them. It's advisable to confirm this before booking.

The room was average and showed its age, but it was reasonably clean. There were a few tiny spots of mold under the bathtub in the bathroom, but this didn't affect its functionality.

Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor of the Pinzhen Building. The breakfast selection was quite good. Considering the price for a quadruple room with breakfast on a Saturday, it offered pretty good value for money.

Booked a twin room and got a free upgrade to a family room. The room is very spacious, with wet and dry separation, but the carpet is not clean enough and has stains, and there are small ants in the bathroom. Surprisingly, there is an entertainment and game room where you can borrow a switch, as well as an air mattress, football machine, and children's indoor play facilities. It turns out that the hotel provides free shuttle buses to certain attractions, but the receptionist did not explain it at all when checking in. We had to call Xiao Huang to go there ourselves, and we could also strengthen transportation connections. The hotel restaurant environment is good, the buffet breakfast is average, but there are many choices. You can buy delicious juices near the hotel, there is also an old souvenir shop near Wuqi Old Street, and it is not far from the Mitsui outlet.
