The hotel is located in the center, the environment is beautiful and quiet, we feel comfortable in both rooms, and we have all the facilities we need. This hotel is worth recommending.
There is a young lady at the front desk who needs to bring a smile, or understand how many guests need, one question and one answer, AI, but encounter another man on duty, quite polite.

The hotel has a good environment and is located on a high mountain. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery, but it will be tiring to walk on the hillside. Everything else is very satisfactory.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The hotel staff are so nice and friendly too! Will definitely come back next time!

We stayed at this hotel for three days, and we had a wonderful experience!

The room service was very good! We used the housekeeping service, pool, and gym during our stay. All we had to do was press the button in our room, and the room was cleaned every day, which made our stay very comfortable.

Both the gym and pool were clean and well-maintained, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful time.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed our time here!!!

Location: The hotel is just one stop away from VivoCity, a large shopping mall with a wide selection of restaurants and a big supermarket for groceries.

From the 3rd floor of VivoCity, you can take the Sentosa Express to Sentosa (one stop to Universal Studios, three stops to Sentosa Beach).

Room: As we had a child, the hotel was kind enough to combine the two single beds (each 0.8-0.9 meters wide), leaving space to open large luggage. Bottled water is not provided in the room, as there is a drinking water tap on the sink. If you're not used to drinking tap water, you can buy your own bottled water.

Facilities: There's a swimming pool on the 6th floor, which is very clean (not heated). Pool towels can be picked up right outside the elevator on the 6th floor. You need to tap your room card to access all floors, and two room cards are provided.

For airport transfers, it's recommended to book a private car for convenience.

Location was fantastic… there’s lots of restaurants in the area with Parisian vibes all around. Tucked away in a quiet corner but has supermarket 1 min away and the Cadet metro station is 2 mins away. Easy to walk everywhere and also many bus services. 
We had a very friendly welcome and was given accessible room on ground floor which is quite spacious. The decor is modern and clean. Very nice interior decoration. TV and wifi worked very well. Many international channels on TV including KBS World. 
Our only minus point is that the water pressure in the bathroom can be stronger and there is no bidet.  But we love the hotel and its location and will choose to stay again next time!!

The location of this hotel is at the residential area 
A little bit far away from the tourist spot, but the atmosphere of the community is cozy and peaceful

The cleaner clean the room probably, but not carefully (didn’t refill the toilet paper, facial tissue)

Besides, this hotel not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, tumbler and even drinking water ( you should prepare it by yourself (10-15 mins walk to supermarket) 

But the view of the room is very nice!
