Overall, my stay was very pleasant. There's free parking available, and the room even came with a complimentary massage chair! There's a supermarket and convenience store nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The front desk service was also great. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again next time.

Very satisfied with the stay, the room facilities are complete, the health is very clean, there is a large shopping supermarket around Tao Xiaopang, about 100 meters from the hotel, there is also a new order in Xinghe, very good attractions, there are a lot of snacks inside, the front desk Xiao Liu check in very fast, the service is also very intimate, Tip the wifi password and the location of the room, I recommend this hotel

Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded my room for free. The upgraded room was spacious with a lovely bay window looking out onto lush trees. Even though it faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hygiene was decent. They also included two complimentary breakfasts, which made it excellent value for money!

After looking at many hotels, I finally chose Luoshen Hotel. First of all, the location is incredibly convenient. It's only a few hundred meters from Yingtiangate, so a walk to see the night view in the evening feels like a post-dinner stroll. Right across the street, you'll find famous local Luoyang delicacies. My absolute favorite was the 'Head Pot Beef Soup' paired with their beef pies – absolutely divine! The hotel is also not far from other famous attractions in Luoyang; the furthest, White Horse Temple, was only a 20-minute taxi ride.

Now, about the hotel facilities: they have everything you could possibly need, and the quality is reliable. Whatever you can think of, they've got it covered. They've prepared everything a traveler could want. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless. The separate design of the bathroom and shower room was a huge plus for our family room! The bedding was excellent too, and the pillows were very comfortable. The soundproofing in the room was also surprisingly good; we couldn't hear any noise from outside or the neighboring rooms at night.

The front desk also offers a wide variety of drinks, and I particularly enjoyed their homemade coffee. The ladies at the front desk were all beautiful and enthusiastic; they were always happy to help with any requests we had. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will definitely choose Luoshen again! 😄

The most impressive thing is the big umbrella on the roof, and the various decorations are very unique. The toothbrush is not disposable, but a Sanxiao toothbrush sold in the supermarket. The toothpaste is from Heimei. Although it is also in a small bottle, it is much larger than the ones in ordinary hotels. It is no problem to brush five or six times. The shower is also very easy to use, and the hot water comes out quickly and the water volume is large. The front desk service is also very good. When I left, I was given a Luoyang specialty snack, which is very thoughtful. The hotel also has a station delivery service, which sent us directly to the high-speed rail station when we left. The service is very thoughtful! The only regret is that although the TV is very large, you need to recharge VIP to watch movies, and you can't cast the screen. I don't know if this business can improve in the future. I personally think that there won't be many people who recharge, so it's better to let customers cast their own screens to increase customer favorability.

The room is tidy, the bedding is clean, the shower and toilet in the king-size room are on both sides of the door, but I don't understand why there is an umbrella above my head.

Hotel location is very good to find, very close to the 12th Middle School, the surrounding is very complete, as soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you are attracted by the design, it is a literary style, very clean and bright. The front desk staff was very good at serving, checked in quickly, and also introduced the surrounding food enthusiastically.
