When I booked, I requested a high floor, a quiet room, and a good sea view. Upon check-in, the front desk lady recommended a sea view room on the 15th floor. Although it was a bit smaller than the sea view rooms on lower floors, it felt larger than I expected once I was in it, about 20-something square meters. I borrowed a power adapter from the hotel, and they were very prompt in refilling bottled water for free during my stay. Aside from the room decor looking a bit dated, everything else was fine. The location is also very convenient, right next to the Star Ferry Terminal, Avenue of Stars, and Harbour City.

This hotel is located in the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, offering excellent transportation links. We could easily walk to the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, and Victoria Harbour. The staff were very friendly and helpful, contrary to some rumors I've heard. Seeing that we were traveling with elderly people and children, they even upgraded us to a suite without asking for a good review in return – we really appreciate the extra space! The room was very clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast fee seemed reasonable (though we didn't try it), and we were able to borrow an adapter. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Austin Station, making shopping and transportation a breeze. You can even walk to Victoria Harbour. The room size is quite generous for Hong Kong standards, though the 'king-size' bed in the king room is only 1.5 meters wide, which might be a consideration for those traveling with children. The room facilities definitely need an upgrade. The hairdryer is quite old and inefficient; it takes over half an hour to dry long hair. There's also no makeup mirror, which makes getting ready inconvenient.

I just want to ask, does adding room preferences in the app beforehand even matter? I had already requested a high-floor and quiet room in the app well in advance. I went to the front desk to check in around 12 PM, and the receptionist told me there were no available rooms yet, only a third-floor room that would be ready after housekeeping finished cleaning. So, I contacted customer service to coordinate with the hotel, and after waiting for nearly two hours, I finally got checked into a room on the seventh floor.

I didn't arrive in the morning; checking in around noon should be a pretty reasonable time. Is it really acceptable to have to wait that long to get my room key?

I had a great stay! The service was really nice and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The facilities were impressive— especially the gym, which was amazingly clean and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth recommending!
