Great location and very convenient area, which was definitely the best part of the stay.

However, the experience had several issues. The hotel was quite noisy, especially at night, which made it difficult to rest properly. I also requested an extra blanket during the evening, and the night staff member told me it was “too late,” claiming it was past midnight, even though it was clearly well before midnight. That response felt unprofessional and disappointing.

Another issue was with the water supply on the higher floors. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the water pressure was very low, with periods where there was almost no water flow at all.

Overall, while the location is excellent, the noise, medium service response( the morning staff were very great a lovely), and water problems made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Very good location, right next to a metro station, big clean room, warm, beds and bathroom all very good. Kitchen has everything. Check in process went well with online check in and process to enter into the apartment was seem less. There are grossery stores nearby, and coffee shops. Boiler shut down during the middle of night for some reason which I reset in the morning and then it worked. Our experience overall was excellent !!!

We were there around 10pm. We were waiting outside of the apartment for more than 45 min. There is no one answere our call and trip.com also couldn't find their supplier. We been told that we didn't reply their email and send out our passport copies so we cannot have the apartment. I understood that would be your hotel policy but we were on our journey. we couldn't reply you in time. We booked 3 adults accommodation and the sofa bed did not prepared for us. My dad finally slept on the floor. I did send message to owner but no one came over.
My experience is trip.com gave customers bad response and this apartment is average.

Location is great as it is in gran via (very center), supermarket 24 h in walking distance. Also with Mercado San Miguel very close and not to forget to mention San Gines Churros also only in walking distance. 

We love that they provide washing machine & dryer, fully kitchen equipment as we’re traveling as family and having all of this was really helpful. 

There was a  welcome drink from the skybar so we can enjoy madrid sky at sunset time.

Great, modern contemporary designed hotel with lots of little touches that add to customer delight. Very centrally located and close to both bus and metro options. Front desk staff Marta she's fantastic and sweet have not words and gave tips for internet conexion and pool service,the only thing the heating didn't work so I have to take my wet clothes at home.

It's just about worth the price for a stay. The staff weren't unfriendly.

Overall it was satisfactory, but except for the episode when I checked in. This hotel has no front desk, all by phone or WhatsApp. But I didn't say anything before I checked in. And I needed a password to enter the room, and I didn't receive it. Contacted the hotel customer service, uploaded the passport photo to receive 😅 In addition to this, the overall is very good, the location is very convenient, about 8 minutes to go out is the subway station, taxi can also be called

The location is very good, on Grand Street, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The diagonal is the British Palace, but there is no big brand, most of the Spanish local brands. -1 has a large supermarket, everything, occasionally we buy food back to make it ourselves.
The hotel staff are quite polite. Because it is an apartment, you have to clean the bath towel yourself. Every day, the squash is collected at a fixed time.
The apartment room is very well lit, floor-to-ceiling glass, very suitable for families. You can cook for yourself.
Stayed for a week, the overall is very recommended.

My one stay was really smooth. Room was neat n clean. They had a heating system so it made night quite comfortable. Also had seating space at reception, games, water dispenser, microwave and quite a few other facilities. If I'll come again to spain will definitely book it. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The area felt safe and convenient. The place's cleanliness was also impressive, everything was tidy, well-maintained, and fresh. However, the AC didn’t work properly and wasn’t cooling the room effectively, which made things uncomfortable.
