The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with plenty of hot water, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and I was especially pleased with the made-to-order noodle station. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Taiyuan Library, the Natural Museum, and Shanxi Museum, all within easy walking distance. It's also relatively close to the Jinci Temple and Botanical Garden. If you're driving, there's a parking lot available, making travel very convenient. The service is warm and friendly, and there's a self-service laundry. Plus, food deliveries are brought right to your room by a robot! Overall, it's an excellent experience.

The hotel has a state-owned enterprise management style, there is the shadow of an old star hotel, and it is safe to live. The staff's service attitude is very good, that is, the toilet and other facilities are a bit old, but the cleaning is still clean. Ten minutes walk is the military barracks snack street, and it is very lively to stroll around at night. The hotel can park for free, that is, you need to hand over the car key to the staff, and those who mind should pay attention in advance. In addition, it must be said that during the festival, the hotel price does not increase, and the room is upgraded. Compared with the size and service of the hotel, this price is really conscience. When I left, I also presented Taiyuan theme refrigerator stickers as a souvenir. The quality of toilet paper in the hotel is better than other hotels at the same price. The kettles are plastic, which proves that the management is still in place.

My stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our trip to China (Taiyuan/Xi'an/Beijing), even though the hotels in the other two cities were also very good and unique. The hotel is designed in the style of a traditional Shanxi compound, which is incredibly distinctive. It features multiple courtyards, each with its own unique ambiance, making it perfect for photos. The hotel offers a free 'young lady' (少奶奶) / Hanfu dress-up experience. We didn't pay for additional makeup and styling, but still took many great photos around the hotel ourselves. The hotel's location is also superb. It's just a 2-minute walk to Food Street and Liuxiang Pedestrian Street, a paradise for foodies and shoppers. The former Governor's Mansion and Jinshang Museum are also within walking distance. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle, the hotel itself is situated on a quiet alley, completely undisturbed by the outside noise. The breakfast offered by the hotel was something we looked forward to every morning, eager to go and eat. It was a thoughtfully prepared, nutritious breakfast, very rich, and excellent in color, aroma, and taste. Enjoying complimentary afternoon tea in the courtyard; free self-service laundry... the hotel truly offers a comprehensive range of services. Most notably, their service stands out – every staff member is friendly and dedicated. Next time I visit Taiyuan, I will definitely stay there again.

The stay was very comfortable. The free airport transfer was very practical. I didn't have to take a taxi myself, which was very worry-free. The room was also very clean. The sheets and quilt covers were all spotless. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. She would actively recommend good restaurants nearby and patiently answer any questions I had. If you are transiting near Taiyuan Airport or need to stay overnight, you can consider this hotel. It is very cost-effective and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Taiyuan!

The room is very large, the location is very central to the museum, Liuxiang is close, the service is very warm, not only collected my luggage, but also the manager helped me take my luggage to the room, breakfast vegetables and content are very rich, there is definitely Samsung hardware service, the price is too affordable, I am really satisfied with staying here next time.

The hotel's location is good. Although it's a bit old, it still has all the hardware facilities expected of a five-star hotel. Let me focus on the most unpleasant service experience this time. We booked a family room, which included three breakfasts. Our child had an upset stomach the night before and was throwing up and had diarrhea all night. So, in the morning, only the two adults went to eat, thinking of getting a takeaway box for the child. This is where the unpleasant experience began. The person in black, who seemed to be a supervisor at the restaurant, said that if we had already started dining, takeaway boxes wouldn't be provided (at this point, we thought we only had two breakfasts included). Later, after checking the order, we confirmed that the family room included three breakfasts. We went back to the restaurant reception to ask for a takeaway box, clarifying upfront that our room included three breakfasts and that we wanted to pack something because our child was unwell. Even then, the front desk staff said that after 6:30 AM, it's recommended to dine in, and takeaway boxes are generally not provided. She also claimed it was busy and she couldn't authorize it (even though there were no guests waiting at the front desk at that time) and that only the supervisor could approve it. I had to wait for her to call the supervisor over again before I finally got a takeaway box. Throughout this entire process, both of them had cold faces and showed absolutely no service意识 (service awareness). This definitely deserves a negative review!!!
