Great
稻稻荷KunThis is the most comfortable capsule hotel I've ever stayed in! The bed was super big, just like a single bed in a regular hotel, soft, and had plenty of space above, below, and to the sides. You get your own private compartment, not those small bunk-bed-style pods. Whether sitting up or lying down, it didn't feel cramped at all. The bed was a smart sofa bed, which was really cool – you could control the headrest angle via an iPod, as well as the lighting, fan, alarm, and more.
All the facilities were new; it seems like the hotel was recently renovated within the last two years. You need to use your key card to enter after going upstairs, which felt very secure. The restrooms and individual shower rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and stylishly designed.
The hotel front desk staff provided excellent service. They offered luggage storage, proactively provided an umbrella, and helped me exchange coins. The ground and first floors house a charming Western-style bar/restaurant with a great atmosphere, perfect for guests to relax in.
Finally, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right by the Nakasu-Kawabata subway station, surrounded by an abundance of dining and entertainment options. It's also within very easy walking distance to the Nakasu Yatai (food stalls) and Tenjin.

NNOON_CHUThis capsule hotel is within walking distance from Hakata Station. On the left side, there is a 7-Eleven, and on the right side, there is a Lawson.
The hotel floors range from the 5th to the 9th floor. You need to go up to the 9th floor first, which is the reception area. Check-in is self-service, but staff are available to assist. There is also a lounge where you can go outside to enjoy the view, and a water dispenser is located in front of the elevator.
The 8th floor (for women) and 7th floor (for men) have bathrooms, showers, and lockers. Inside the lockers, you will find towels, a face towel, a floor towel (I think), sleepwear, slippers, and a toothbrush set in a bag. In the shower area, there are shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Hair dryers are also provided.
The 3rd–4th floors are sleeping areas for men, and the 5th–6th floors are for women. It is quieter than expected. Inside each capsule, there are both USB charging ports and regular power outlets.
If you stay more than one night, the staff will provide new amenities on the following day.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly opened. The location isn't close to the subway station, but it's not far either, about a 7-minute walk.
There's a 7-Eleven and several restaurants nearby.
Eating out is convenient; both Tenjin and Hakata stations are a 5-minute taxi ride away.
The front desk staff are very welcoming and speak good English, making communication smooth.
The rooms are fairly large, facing Canal City with beautiful views and convenient for sightseeing.
The room design is simple yet stylish.
Overall, very satisfied.
CchanKennyPosition good, 3 mins from metro, 3mins to supermarket.
You can drive, pay car park next to hotel
3 beds clean ok
But not recommend for family with oldies, need walk straight stairs
Not much sun light at all, only small window.
I cannot happy with the aircon dirrect to the bed..if turn low wind will get hot in the whole apt.
Is good if the washing has dry cloth function.
My mark is 7/10.
Hope can improve
GGuest UserJust sleeping was perfect. Everything was impeccable. The only downside was that I had to take all my belongings with me to the bathroom in the capsule, fearing theft. After sleeping there for four days, I got the hang of it and only brought the bare minimum, storing the rest in a locker.
ききゃぉIt was a spacious apartment-style room with a balcony.
The bathroom only had a shower, but it was spacious and nice! Shampoo and body soap were provided, but there was no conditioner.
The double bed was large, and I slept comfortably!
There were plenty of electrical outlets, which was great.
The only downside was that the TV was wall-mounted, but its position was poor and it was very difficult to watch.
Aside from the TV, everything else was perfect, and as accommodation, it was excellent!
On my previous trip, I stayed for several nights at a famous hotel (let's call it ”A◯ Hotel”), but this place was definitely more comfortable.
I would like to use it again!!
GGuest UserSummary: don't stay here. You've been warned. I've been to many capsule hotels in Japan. None were as horribly bad and overpriced as this one.
Good: close to the station and the staff do what they can within their (very confined) perceived limits
Bad: no sound insulation so you get to enjoy ambient sounds like traffic, trains and other patrons scuffling about during nighttime. The mattress is moldy, dirty and super thin so it doesn't feel comfortable unless you're used to sleeping on a moldy floor. The layout makes absolutely no sense at all. They tried cramming in as many capsules as possible in one small area and called it a day. 2 toilet stalls for 62 capsules? Laughable. The bath area is minuscule so you're queueing just to get a cramped dip. Lockers are minuscule and the luggage area is right next to the reception so you have to cross public area just to get some stuff out of your luggage. No space to unpack in peace either. I'd rather have them drop the breakfast and bathing area in favour of fixing the one thing they're supposed to deliver: a good night's sleep.
Consider this place a last resort, not a proper stay.

蓝蓝莓国王The hotel front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel environment was clean and hygienic. The only downside, which is a common issue with all hostels, is the poor soundproofing. It's mainly due to other guests; you can always hear people rummaging through their luggage, often very loudly, even at two, three, or five in the morning.

GGuest UserI thought it was a cute place. Comfy bed with your own personal fan, plenty of room in the pod to have my laptop out, etc. I like the lobby that was like a sit down bar and you could socialize. The neighborhood was really cute too - lots of choices and it felt like truly living there as opposed to just a tourist. Staff super friendly and welcoming including repeat guests that I enjoyed interacting with too.

CCherylThe room is pretty and as per the pictures, but not functional.
Lighting was very poor and dark. The LED screen next to the tub was glaring, especially at night when going to bed. Even pulling down the blinds to cover the glass panels didn't work as it kept moving when blown by the aircon.
There are no lifts so you'll have to lug your luggage up 2/3 levels of stairs. No parking is provided too so you'll have to find any available lots around the area, which is limited especially on weekends.
