It's only 300 meters from the nearest monorail station, about a five-minute walk, and there's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Osaka."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling Shinsaibashi area. It's incredibly lively at night with tons of food options, especially a wide variety of snacks. Across from the hotel is Japan's largest Don Quijote 24-hour drugstore, making shopping super convenient. The hotel rooms themselves are quite spacious, and the bathroom has a nice wet/dry separation, which is a plus."

"First hotel once touched down in Osaka. It was great as they allow early check in which is so so grateful and thankful for after a long flight due to long layover time. The staff is friendly and nice. But there’s one disturbing thing is every morning around 7/8/9 am, there will be door banging constantly and I assumed it’s the cleaning process which need to open some kind of room constantly. It was quite disturbing as it awakes me almost everyday. There’s the only downside. Other than that, location is great with walking distance to Tsutentaku and near to Zoo and Museum. It’s quite comfortable and will be perfect without the banging noise. Might hesitant to book again due to the noise as a light sleeper. Hope it can be improved in future. Overall, great stay and it’s near to a great luggage storage shop which named Daikoku Locker. Extremely cheap and easy to store,"

"This was my third time staying at your hotel, and due to personal reasons, I ended up staying for 20 consecutive nights this time. The hotel's basic facilities are quite comprehensive; the room had an air purifier, microwave, and sink, and the space was sufficient. There was plenty of storage with a safe, cupboards above and below, and even space under the bed for belongings. Towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities could be replaced by staff upon request, and the room had no unpleasant odors. What the hotel lacks is that the air conditioning in the room is too noisy and needs improvement. Just outside the hotel, on Sakaisuji Road, there's a Sugi Pharmacy store that sells a variety of food items like chocolates and biscuits, which are tax-free, and you can even get a discount if you spend over 10,000 yen. I've stayed at three other hotels in this vicinity, and yours offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth recommending."

"Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!"

"Had a great stay at President Premier Osaka Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities. The location is very convenient—near a train station and surrounded by 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson, AEON, and a shopping arcade. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the wagyu beef. I also enjoyed the daily snacks and drinks at the lounge, which added to the experience. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely come back."

"Clean and modern, with good soundproofing. There's a Nitori store across the street, and a train station and large supermarket just a short walk away. The breakfast leans more towards Chinese flavors, and the dining area is spacious. They provide two bottles of water in the room, and there's also water available on the first floor. I feel this hotel is very generous with its guests. Communication with the front desk staff was smooth, whether in English or Chinese!"

"I stayed for four consecutive nights. The price was great, and the hygiene was good too. On the first floor, there's a lounge area with complimentary coffee, black tea, green tea, and another beverage, available hot or cold. I often enjoyed them."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with two subway stations and three convenience stores nearby. There's also a Matsuya (a popular fast-food chain, great for introverts!), and Tsutenkaku Tower is right next door. The hotel is very clean, and the front desk even offers Chinese-speaking staff, so there's no need to worry about language barriers."

"After comparing several options, I finally settled on this one. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and commercial center, making it easy to walk everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. Even though I don't speak Japanese or English, the front desk had a translation device that helped answer all my questions patiently – truly commendable! They also informed me about the complimentary amenity kit available. The room was clean, and the air quality was good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it to you all; you won't be disappointed!"
