"Fantastic! The staff were very polite, and the room was spotless. They offer free bread, which is a nice touch. It's only 300 meters from the nearest monorail station, about a five-minute walk, and there's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Osaka."

"Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great. One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space. Another disappointment is that they don't provide lotion which i think is a basic amenity. And that every certain hours of the night 10-ish -2am (everyday) you can hear super noisy motorcycles revving in the main street randomly. (I guess that's not directly their fault buy maybe they could opt for a more soundproof window or something.)"

"First hotel once touched down in Osaka. It was great as they allow early check in which is so so grateful and thankful for after a long flight due to long layover time. The staff is friendly and nice. But there’s one disturbing thing is every morning around 7/8/9 am, there will be door banging constantly and I assumed it’s the cleaning process which need to open some kind of room constantly. It was quite disturbing as it awakes me almost everyday. There’s the only downside. Other than that, location is great with walking distance to Tsutentaku and near to Zoo and Museum. It’s quite comfortable and will be perfect without the banging noise. Might hesitant to book again due to the noise as a light sleeper. Hope it can be improved in future. Overall, great stay and it’s near to a great luggage storage shop which named Daikoku Locker. Extremely cheap and easy to store,"

"This was my third time staying at your hotel, and due to personal reasons, I ended up staying for 20 consecutive nights this time. The hotel's basic facilities are quite comprehensive; the room had an air purifier, microwave, and sink, and the space was sufficient. There was plenty of storage with a safe, cupboards above and below, and even space under the bed for belongings. Towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities could be replaced by staff upon request, and the room had no unpleasant odors. What the hotel lacks is that the air conditioning in the room is too noisy and needs improvement. Just outside the hotel, on Sakaisuji Road, there's a Sugi Pharmacy store that sells a variety of food items like chocolates and biscuits, which are tax-free, and you can even get a discount if you spend over 10,000 yen. I've stayed at three other hotels in this vicinity, and yours offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth recommending."

"Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Premier Hotel Cabin President Osaka. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. We needed help sending my luggage to Tokyo via Sagawa, and the staff handled everything smoothly and professionally. A very special thank you to Tsujimoto and Echigo, they were incredibly kind, patient, and efficient. They explained the process clearly and made sure my luggage was safely arranged, which gave me great peace of mind. Their hospitality made my trip so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"Clean and modern, with good soundproofing. There's a Nitori store across the street, and a train station and large supermarket just a short walk away. The breakfast leans more towards Chinese flavors, and the dining area is spacious. They provide two bottles of water in the room, and there's also water available on the first floor. I feel this hotel is very generous with its guests. Communication with the front desk staff was smooth, whether in English or Chinese!"

"I had a truly fantastic stay! The women's bathroom on the first floor has everything you could need, and the cotton swabs were especially useful. Getting water and ice was super convenient, and the washing machine and dryer were easy to use. The hotel staff (an older gentleman and woman) were also very prompt with cleaning; the bathroom sinks were always spotless. When I left for my bus at 6 AM, I already saw a gentleman cleaning the public areas. The Nankai Rapid Express is right next door, so getting to the airport in the morning was a breeze – you just step out and hop on the airport train. The Nankai Rapid Express is incredibly convenient. The hotel is also near Dobutsuen-mae Station, which makes getting around very easy. Even after a tiring evening exploring Namba, walking back to the hotel (about 2km) felt quick. As a solo female traveler to Japan, staying here felt very convenient and safe. I noticed some people exaggerating about this area being a 'poor' neighborhood, but the Japanese streets are very clean, and the hotel opens right onto a busy main road with plenty of people coming and going, so there's absolutely nothing to worry about. Some of the reviews I read earlier were really alarmist. If you're on a budget, staying here in a small room by yourself is incredibly comfortable! If I get the chance, I'll definitely come back. If you walk uphill from the hotel to the main intersection, there's a supermarket in the basement of a shopping mall that offers 50% off groceries in the evening – very affordable and delicious, great value for money! I highly recommend checking that out. Kura Sushi and Sushiro in Japan are also delicious 😋. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Shin-Imamiya South Gate exit!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, with two subway stations and three convenience stores nearby. There's also a Matsuya (a popular fast-food chain, great for introverts!), and Tsutenkaku Tower is right next door. The hotel is very clean, and the front desk even offers Chinese-speaking staff, so there's no need to worry about language barriers."

"I frequently visit Osaka, and since my usual hotel was under renovation, I found Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka-Namba. It turned out to be surprisingly great value for money. Although the room wasn't huge, the overall environment was well-appointed, the location was convenient, and the service was just right, ensuring a smooth trip. I'll definitely choose Sotetsu Grand Fresa again next time."
