"The room was exceptionally clean. The front desk staff, a young man from Northeast China, was very friendly. The location is super convenient, right next to a large supermarket, and only a 500-meter walk to Daikokucho subway station. It's really easy to get to Shinsaibashi and Tennoji from here."

"Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!"

"I'll start with the morning, which is the food. It's delicious and varied; in my experience, the main dishes are repeated every 3-4 days. The location is absolutely perfect, with all the shops within walking distance, including a family market nearby. The metro is 5-10 minutes away, as are any other services. The train station is about a 40-minute drive away. There's also a dispenser (coffee, tea, toothbrushes, etc.) on the ground floor near the elevator."

The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp, clean linens. The room included high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a mini fridge, and a kettle—everything I needed. The bathroom featured a separate shower area, strong water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offered a wide range of options, from Western-style dishes to traditional local fare. There were fresh fruits, hot porridge, eggs cooked to order, and baked goods. The dining area was elegant, and the staff were attentive, often checking in to offer coffee or tea refills. Service: The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Housekeeping was thorough, and any requests were responded to promptly. The staff were always friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. Minor Downsides: If I had to point out one small flaw, it would be the slightly thin walls—some hallway noise was audible in the evening. However, it didn’t significantly disrupt my sleep. Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to the city."

"A kawaii reworked business-class hotel in a really cool Osaka ward, not far from the ”tower of Showa,” convenient to the subway, adjacent to a supermarket, within walking distance or on or two stations from countless restaurants and attractions. The bed was super-comfortable, wooden floors, good amenities. It felt casual and cozy. The few amenities that could not be found in the room were available in the lobby."
