Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help really stood out. I truly appreciate their effort and dedication. The room's lighting was gentle, and the bedding was clean and fluffy; the moment I lay down, my fatigue was softly embraced. Waking up in the morning, I glimpsed the city stirring through the curtain gap, yet heard not a trace of noise. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the hot food brought a warmth to my heart. When checking out, Vicky, the duty manager, personally saw me to the door, gently reminding me to be careful on the road, her smile like a warm winter sun. As the car drove away, I looked back at the building standing quietly in the morning light, as if saying: 'See you next time.' Such perfectly timed thoughtfulness made all the weariness of the journey feel worthwhile. The tenderness in the details is what moves me most; I'll remember this corner of Guangzhou like an old friend, looking forward to reuniting with warmth."

"Extremely satisfied with the Cloudlesberg Hotel! The lobby is grand, and the room is spacious and bright with soft, comfortable bedding. The service was meticulous and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. "The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport every half hour, which is really quick, mainly because it's so close to the airport. It's actually in the same hotel zone as China Southern Airlines' flight attendants, which is pretty cool. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, super tidy, and I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly nice and even upgraded me to a suite! Even though I only stayed a short time because I had an early morning flight, they even offered a bowl of noodles for a late-night snack – how thoughtful is that? The environment is really great. I highly recommend staying here. Next time I fly from Baiyun Airport, I'll definitely choose this hotel again."

"Came back at 5 PM to find no toilet paper in the room and some toiletries missing. Probably an oversight due to a rushed cleaning. The pipe under the sink in the bathroom was leaking, and the shower door didn't close properly, sometimes letting water escape too. As someone from the North, I found everything here a bit too damp and I'm not used to it, so I was a bit irritated. However, the front desk lady with the black-rimmed glasses was very prompt in checking and finding the cause of the leak, mopped up the water, and reported the repair. She also brought us new toiletries, toilet paper, and water. She was very nice and responsible."

"This time, I came to Guangzhou for a concert and specifically chose the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Guangzhou Science City. It was an incredibly smart decision! The room rate was just over 1000, and considering the environment and location, it offered excellent value for money. The hotel's surroundings are fantastic – quiet and comfortable, completely free from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The best part is its proximity to the Baoneng Performing Arts Center. After the concert, there was no need to squeeze onto the subway or hail a taxi. My friends and I simply took a leisurely stroll back, enjoying the evening breeze and chatting about the concert's highlights. That sense of ease really enhanced the entire concert experience. The room met Hilton's usual high standards: clean, cozy, with very comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. Toiletries were well-stocked, and the staff were very enthusiastic. If I come back to Baoneng for another show, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended to all friends attending concerts there!"

We traveled all the way from the Middle East, and we were immediately impressed by the outstanding front desk service upon arrival. Special credit goes to Jeff, the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly warm and professional. He greeted us with a sincere smile and promptly offered to assist with our luggage. During check-in, he patiently recommended nearby dining, entertainment options and transportation routes, and even thoughtfully served us welcome tea—every small detail made us feel right at home. To our delight, we were provided with a spacious non-smoking room, which made our stay even more comfortable and made us feel genuinely valued and respected. What truly touched us was that all the front desk staff speak fluent English, making communication seamless and effortless. Several colleagues also patiently used translation apps to assist us with various requests and kindly helped us book taxis. Their patience and friendliness gave us great peace of mind while traveling abroad. The hotel is extremely foreigner-friendly, with thoughtful and professional service, making it an ideal choice for international guests. During the Canton Fair, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the exhibition center, which is incredibly convenient and greatly saves time for business travelers. There are also complimentary refreshments served in the lobby in the afternoon—delicate and thoughtful, perfect for relaxing and recharging. While enjoying the snacks, Manager Jeff even came over personally to introduce each dish in detail, with a sincere and attentive attitude. The breakfast was also exceptional, featuring a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including Chinese hot dishes, Western pastries, and made-to-order stations. Both the taste and presentation were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The hotel is clean, tidy, cozy and welcoming overall, excelling in service, transportation and dining. We are truly grateful to Manager Jeff and the entire team for their heartfelt service, which made us feel at home even far away from our own country. We couldn’t have made a better choice, and we highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Guangzhou!"

"The location is absolutely superb! It's right by Changlong South Gate, within walking distance, and super close to the subway. Next door are K11 and Times Fanghuali, so you can sort out dining and shopping in one go – incredibly convenient. The owner even upgraded us to a family suite for free. It was spacious, beautifully decorated with a quality feel, and spotlessly clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The amenities were all-encompassing, with a washing machine, fridge, and kitchenware. They even provided makeup remover and a full set of disposable toiletries, showing truly thoughtful and attentive service. The value for money is outstanding. If you're visiting Changlong, this is definitely the place to choose. Highly recommend!"
